Excellent prompt service. Paul swiftly exterminated a huge wasp nest in our garden much to our relief. Friendly, knowledgable & helpful, reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Paul came to our property the same day that I called him to check out a mouse problem. He laid bait where he thought they were entering & visiting. He gave us advice & was very understanding of my anxiety. As well as the initial visit, he came by 2 weeks later to top up the bait although there had been no more visits for a good week or more. One final visit to check that the bait was undisturbed & job done! Very pleased with the service & would highly recommend. The price is less than half of what the big name pest control companies charge.
Experienced, excellent advice and service, and reasonably priced. Paul explained that he could get rid of our immediate problem with rats, but we also needed a long term solution. On inspecting the house, his conclusion was that the rats would most likely be getting in via an unblocked redundant toilet drain, and he recommended we hire a local experienced drainage specialist. We followed his advice - our local drainage man immediately confirmed his diagnosis, showed us how rats were entering the property and rectified that problem. So between the two, problem solved both short and long term. Thank you!

I decided to give Trapper Pest Control a call after an ongoing rodent problem.When Paul came to my house he listened to all the problems that I had experienced & then told me his thoughts on the problem which made complete sense.As I was taking the procedures I was at the time Paul couldn't offer any other treatment as i was doing all that I could.I was only charged for the call out but have to say I had excellent advice from someone who is obviously very knowledgable & who has since been very interested to see how things have progressed since his visit.I would not hesitate to contact again.🙂
We have used Paul in the past to rid us of mice in the house and, most recently, for his expert guidance on how to deal with bees nesting in the roof. Excellent service from Paul at Trapper. Had a problem with rats getting into our cavity wall and loft. Paul identified that as our house was detached it was likely they were sewer rats. He was right. We found a hole in our sewer pipe giving them access. He also gave us details of a device that is fitted into the sewer pipe to prevent access to rats. He left traps in our loft & thankfully caught one. We have fitted the device and getting the sewer pipe repaired and so thankful to Paul for his good advice. We had previouly had another company out that were over £100 dearer than Paul and didn't advise us about this. Thanks so much Paul.
So grateful to Paul for all his work. I am not local and was looking to get urgent help with a mouse infestation in the student property my daughter and her friends are living in.
