Thought we had roaches. Contacted Lee and sent him a photo which he identified as crickets. He advised us what to get and do. Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats 🐀. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps. He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again. Lee was always smartly dressed, polite and tidy.

Absolutely brilliant. Having an unknown something scratching up in the roof of the extension, Martin arrived quickly to help get things sorted. As a very anxious person, he was quick to assure me of his methods and success rate, and how we could make improvements to ensure the critter couldn't get back in. The night Martin arrived and baited the areas he believed the vermin had access too, I heard the scratching again as he said I probably would... Then the following night, 10 seconds of scratching then total silence for over a week! Martin came back after 10 days when he was happy I hadn't heard anything, and made some additional improvements to stop future visitors. He is a genuinely decent chap, his quote was exactly what he said it would be and he arrived exawhen he said he would. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
