Excellent service from Carl. Was punctual and very professional with service and advice.

We had a bedbug infestation that was caused when the property next to ours was treated for a serious infestation. When the treatment was done, because the neighbouring property didn't protect the party walls, the infestation was driven into our property. The neighbouring property paid for Carl to attend our property for the recommended treatment (an initial spraying and fogging etc and a second treatment of the same two weeks later). Carl was professional and efficient, answered our questions and explained in detail what treatments were necessary and why. The infestation caused us immense mental and financial stress, however, being bug free has enabled us to sleep easily again and start the process of returning our home to normality. Unfortunately, with bedbugs, you don't know you have a problem until it is a problem. Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. If you are unfortunate enough to get them, I'd suggest getting Carl in ASAP as they are notoriously difficult to eradicate, they need professional grade chemical treatment and Carl will know every place they hide and will deal with accordingly. Additionally, he is professional, efficient and also a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend.

Having found a dead fox cub on my lawn, I contacted Carl and we arranged a time after work for him to collect and dispose of. Called up Carl to come and resolve the rodent issue I've had in the house. He came within the week and found where they were coming from. Immediately blocked all the holes and laid all the necessary baits and traps. We managed to resolve the issue and we have had no rodents since. Nice, friendly and informative service

We had a problem with a rogue rat deciding to setup camp in our house and causing damage. I looked at various options, including the council, but wanted a better service and Carl at Pestforce certainly delivered. He was extremely professional and courteous and had the patience of a saint and due to this, it appears that the issue has now been resolved. A family of squirrels decided to take up residence in my attic without permission. I received a quick reply from Pest Force following my request for help earlier in the morning.
