Pest-Clear Dorset

Amazing service from Paul. We used a national company to get rid of a wasp nest, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to research properly as we're in the middle of a re-roof at the property. It turned out that they had completely missed the nest. Not only that, but they refused to come back for several days! After researching properly, I found Paul who was a couple of miles down the road. He came out within 3 hours of calling him and did a proper job. The wasps were gone almost instantly and the roofers were able to get on with their work. I highly recommend Paul and will be keeping his details in case we have any pest problems in the future.

Very professional , and very quick to turn up. Brilliant service.

Great friendly service with great prices, 👍👍👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Paul at Pest Clear Dorset for the excellent service. Paul came out to one of my commercial sites to remove a wasp nest, and from start to finish he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, carried out the treatment quickly and efficiently, and made the whole process straightforward. His pricing was also extremely reasonable and very competitive, offering excellent value for such a professional service. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly takes pride in his work and provides such a high standard of customer service. I’ll definitely be using Pest Clear Dorset again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and the team to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and competitively priced pest control. I’ve also added a photo from the job to show the great work carried out.

Thanks Paul, very quick service! Came round within an hour of my message! Very polite and professional

After a disappointing experience with another pest control company that failed to solve our ant problem, I searched online for a trusted local expert and found Paul at Pest Clear Dorset. From my first call, the customer service was outstanding. Paul’s partner was incredibly understanding and even apologised for the way we’d been treated by the previous company. Paul arrived the very next day, right on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. The service exceeded all expectations, and the ant problem was finally resolved. If you value excellent customer service and knowledgeable professionals, I can’t recommend Pest Clear Dorset highly enough. Paul, you’ve earned another well-deserved 5-star review from a very happy customer!

Paul is very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He tracked down our wasps nest & despite its awkward position dealt with it efficiently. Highly recommended; we'd definitely use him again 👍.

I booked Paul to come and deal with a wasps nest in the garden. He arrived on time and got to work straight away, I’m please to say I have not seen any wasps since he left. Very quick and efficient and a nice person too. I would highly recommend him.

Paul was brilliant from start to finish. He was thorough, professional, and got our pest problem sorted within three visits. He took the time to investigate properly and made sure the issue was fully resolved rather than just treating the symptoms. Thanks again, Paul, for all your hard work. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable pest control service.

Paul responded quickly when I enquired about him checking my loft for mice, after I had heard scratching noises. He identified a possible route in through a wall cavity, which I then blocked up. He left traps & poison in the loft & returned about a week later to see if any little visitors had been caught but none had. I haven't heard them since, so hopefully they have moved out! It cost £130. I didn't get any other quotes as he was recommended by my neighbour. He is friendly & helpful & I can honestly recommend him to you. Thank you Paul!

Paul was most professional, he kept me informed of the whys and wherefore’s of treatment. He had a calming nature, which helped when I was most anxious. Would recommend Paul highly.

Super great friendly guy. Very professional. I would definitely recommend. 👍

Paul showed up on time, explained fully what he intended to do and i must say he did a fantastic job. Very polite and helpful and left the area treated (loft) very clean and cleared up any mess made. Would highly recommend his work and will be using him again in the future. Steve&Carole.

Paul arrived early with all his equipment to tackle our issue. He spent a good amount of time assessing the situation before taking action. He was reassuring, competent and I have no issues recommending his services.

We recently reached out to Paul for advice and his service to support our busy hospitality venue. Easy to get in touch with, he was incredibly responsive towards our request. His approach was considered, mindful of our delicate surroundings, and carried out the job in an efficient and precise manner, delivering above and beyond our expectations. Paul was most helpful in answering any questions we had regarding the process, providing recommendations for future occurrences. If we need him again, we absolutely know where to go!

Very professional, easy communication and swift resolution. Would absolutely recommend! Thank you

Paul is a really nice guy and provides a great service. We were pretty sure we had rats in our garden. After putting the bait out, we had two follow up visits and it’s all clear now.

Prompt visit, excellent service and took time to give advice which was really appreciated. Fantastic value for money

Paul at Pest-Clear Dorset was absolutely brilliant. We found a wasp nest in our shed at 3pm on a Friday and because I have severe anaphylaxis to wasp stings and carry an EpiPen, it was really worrying for us. We emptied the shed and called Paul, who came out the very same evening at 6:30pm as an emergency call out. He was calm, knowledgeable and honest. He explained that he felt we had already done most of what was needed to deal with the nest, but he still took the time to show us how to make sure the wasps died off properly and didn’t return. He gave us practical advice and recommendations without trying to upsell or scare us. What really stood out was that despite coming out on a Friday night, he was incredibly generous with his time and genuinely cared about helping us feel safe and reassured. Just a genuinely decent, solid guy who clearly cares about helping people. We’d recommend him without hesitation.

Paul is super friendly and reliable, getting back to us on a query about old rodent droppings super fast, offering a quote and carrying out the service within a week 😊 His communication is great, replying promptly to any concerns and questions we had! Thank you 🤩 😊😊

He did a thorough check over and set a plan into motion which helped us get rid of our unwanted visitor!! Highly recommend Paul for all your pest needs.

Paul came to our property promptly at the agreed time. He assessed our problem and suggested we get a rat flap for him to fit on the drains. This was to be fitted the next week, in the meatime he put bait down in the loft. On his second visit, having fitted the flaps he thoroughly checked our loft. Paul came back a third time to check all was quiet and vaccuumed the loft. He also rang a couple of weeks after his last visit to check all still OK. We are now rat free. Long may is last. Would have no hesitation in recommend ing Paul.

Professional and friendly, very keen to get to the root problem and resolve it 👍🏻

Very professional service! Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Paul has visited my property on many occasions for pest control, installing a drain rat valve, meshing and concreting a rat entry hole in a cavity wall and loft and garage clearance. I highly recommend Paul, as he is honest, reliable, highly respectful and an excellent time keeper. I will definitely be using his services again in the near future. Sarah BH12.

Paul at *Pest Control Service*, Dorset visited us today to look into a rat problem. He surveyed round our garden to ascertain where the problem was and discovered a large hole near an outside drain cover in the patio area. When taking up the cover discovered rat poo and also a tunnel from the top of the drain to the outside hole. Also the drain itself seemed to have blocked both ways which will get rectified by Homeserve and thereafter fill the gap round the rim etc. with concrete. Paul is a wonderful guy to call out, very knowledgeable, professional. kind and helpful and would thoroughly recommend him for his Pest Control Service.

We can't thank Paul enough for his fantastic service and great assuring attitude. After weeks of unwanted guests at the attic Paul was quick to find the source of the issue and within 2 weeks it's calm and quiet again! Thank you Paul Regards, Ewa

I woke up in the middle of the night to the terrifying sound of rats scurrying around above me in the loft. All Gone Pest Control were contacted and Paul came the next day to investigate. He very quickly found their entry point and went into the loft to put some bait down. He kept coming back until the problem was sorted. Not only did Paul visit three or four times, but I felt I had his support 24/7. He responded immediately to my frantic late night emails when I genuinely thought hundreds of rats were going to fall through the ceiling and eat me in my sleep!
