I had a wasp nest which I needed removing. I originally called another company but, in 2 days the wasps were back. Then I rang pest clear and their receptionist was fantastic and arranged for Paul to come straightaway. He was very friendly & professional. Plus, much more reasonably priced than the first company. He explained everything he was doing, with a guarantee that he would come back again - for free - if it didn’t work. But, it did work. The wasps are gone. I would highly recommend Paul & Pest-Clear Dorset.

Amazing service from Paul. We used a national company to get rid of a wasp nest, I was in a hurry and didn't have time to research properly as we're in the middle of a re-roof at the property. It turned out that they had completely missed the nest. Not only that, but they refused to come back for several days! After researching properly, I found Paul who was a couple of miles down the road. He came out within 3 hours of calling him and did a proper job. The wasps were gone almost instantly and the roofers were able to get on with their work. I highly recommend Paul and will be keeping his details in case we have any pest problems in the future.

Paul responded quickly when I enquired about him checking my loft for mice, after I had heard scratching noises. He identified a possible route in through a wall cavity, which I then blocked up. He left traps & poison in the loft & returned about a week later to see if any little visitors had been caught but none had. I haven't heard them since, so hopefully they have moved out! It cost £130. I didn't get any other quotes as he was recommended by my neighbour. He is friendly & helpful & I can honestly recommend him to you. Thank you Paul!

Paul at Pest-Clear Dorset was absolutely brilliant. We found a wasp nest in our shed at 3pm on a Friday and because I have severe anaphylaxis to wasp stings and carry an EpiPen, it was really worrying for us. We emptied the shed and called Paul, who came out the very same evening at 6:30pm as an emergency call out. He was calm, knowledgeable and honest. He explained that he felt we had already done most of what was needed to deal with the nest, but he still took the time to show us how to make sure the wasps died off properly and didn’t return. He gave us practical advice and recommendations without trying to upsell or scare us. What really stood out was that despite coming out on a Friday night, he was incredibly generous with his time and genuinely cared about helping us feel safe and reassured. Just a genuinely decent, solid guy who clearly cares about helping people. We’d recommend him without hesitation.

We unfortunately had Rats in the loft. Contacted Paul at pest-clear . He came over a couple of days later. Found the holes the Rats had entered. Concreted the holes and recommended we have a drain flap fitted. Very professional and a good price.

Paul came to our property promptly at the agreed time. He assessed our problem and suggested we get a rat flap for him to fit on the drains. This was to be fitted the next week, in the meatime he put bait down in the loft. On his second visit, having fitted the flaps he thoroughly checked our loft. Paul came back a third time to check all was quiet and vaccuumed the loft. He also rang a couple of weeks after his last visit to check all still OK. We are now rat free. Long may is last. Would have no hesitation in recommend ing Paul.

Paul at *Pest Control Service*, Dorset visited us today to look into a rat problem. He surveyed round our garden to ascertain where the problem was and discovered a large hole near an outside drain cover in the patio area. When taking up the cover discovered rat poo and also a tunnel from the top of the drain to the outside hole. Also the drain itself seemed to have blocked both ways which will get rectified by Homeserve and thereafter fill the gap round the rim etc. with concrete. Paul is a wonderful guy to call out, very knowledgeable, professional. kind and helpful and would thoroughly recommend him for his Pest Control Service.

After hearing scratching noises coming from the loft in a property I was restoring I decided to contact Paul who came round and soon established it was rats in loft , problem resolved in two visits, he also sealed up entry holes to stop rats getting back in, very reasonable price, would highly recommend for pest control in Bournemouth. I had an ongoing problem with rats under my shed, I had tried other methods and another company before contacting Paul from ALL GONE, he took his time accessing the situation & I explained I had 2 small dogs & was concerned about the increasing amount of rats we were seeing every day! Paul took his time to get a good idea of what was going & to get rid of these unwanted vermin ! Came to my home to deal with a mice problem and later to a commercial premises to sort out a problem with rats. Both appear to have been resolved. Paul was a really pleasant guy to deal with and in relation to the latter property (on his second follow up visit), he supplied and laid concrete to block a rat access point to the building and made no additional charge for the extra work and materials.

I woke up in the middle of the night to the terrifying sound of rats scurrying around above me in the loft. All Gone Pest Control were contacted and Paul came the next day to investigate. He very quickly found their entry point and went into the loft to put some bait down. He kept coming back until the problem was sorted. Not only did Paul visit three or four times, but I felt I had his support 24/7. He responded immediately to my frantic late night emails when I genuinely thought hundreds of rats were going to fall through the ceiling and eat me in my sleep! After it was clear there were no more rats, Paul set to work at filling the entry point outside. He did such a great job, you’d never know there was a hole there. Paul gets the job done and knows what he’s doing. I’m incredibly grateful to him for his kindness and patience with me during such a difficult and stressful time.
