Brilliant service from this family business. They were really accommodating to attend my home to deal with my problem. Really nice, friendly guys. They dealt with the problem and also quoted for additional work to block off entry routes which was done really well and as competitive as possible. The problem was resolved without any further issue. I'm really pleased and impressed with what they did. They even returned to take a little blighter on a long term holiday which I discovered when clearing the area once it was sorted. It was definitely deceased or had too much Vodka. Emergency call out .... After contacting several other all found on Google and being told can't help till next week or for a few days or will cost over £300 to come out tonight. Being a disabled person at risk of death if stung due to breathing issues. Finding a Queen wasp in January in the bedroom was life threatening. Simon, bless him said he had just gotten home but would be over shortly to deal with my Queen wasp. Life saving service ... I really cannot tell you how difficult my life is just existing, so when something like this happens and you phone countless companies all NOT understanding the situation to find one that does made me burst into tears with relief. At personal risk of my privacy I am doing this review as OUTSTANDING SERVICE really is an understatement. The cost £120 I really cannot recommend this gentleman and his company highly enough and I fear the day he goes into retirement. Thank you so very very much.

I highly recommend BMS Pest Control. I called them during the Christmas period when I heard scratching noises in the loft. Simon was able to book me in and visit within one day. They both did an inspection of the inside and exterior of the house, checking for any ways in. After a few days, the scratches had stopped and Simon came back a week later for a follow-up inspection. So far, no noises can be heard. Great service, highly knowledgeable and at a good price! Thank you!

A very professional service from initial contact through to on site dealing with a wasp nest for a neighbour’s property whilst they were away. Regular contact updates on what time they would be on site and I felt I was in very competent hands. The process was explained and practical safe working procedures were observed. The wasp nest was swiftly dealt with and practical advice was provided in when to hoover up any dead wasps inside the property. I HIGHLY recommend Simon. I've needed his valuable help a few times now. First was for a wasps nest. I'm scared of wasps and he sorted out same day within a couple of hours. Then it was rodents in the attic (which has been a couple of times), then Simon noticed there was a hole in the roof and put some wire across it to stop them getting in. Since then there have been no tenants in the attic! Simon always comes back 2 or 3 times to check that everything is clear and that any unwanted tenants have left the premises! Simon has also given advice to me for moths in my son's flat and gave valuable advice, free of charge for this. The moths stopped after about a week! I've been very grateful for Simon's help. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, very helpful, a lovely person and his prices extremely reasonable. Thank you Simon, I have you on speed dial!

Very courteous and friendly. Arrived promptly and explained what would happen once the treatment had been carried out. Gave a timeline of expected results. Normally I would be an advocate for animals and insects alike to be relocated where possible, however in this instance I supported extermination - no haters please! Minimally invasive and given assurance that should there be any signs of activity post 24 hours they would be back to sort it! Would happily recommend from the service supplied today.
