I really exhausted all humane solutions before contacting pest control,the mice after all,are just trying to survive, but my mind was somewhat put at ease by the thorough explanation of how the particular rodenticide works,which mattered greatly to me, but after mice took up residence in my grandsons bedroom,as well as downstairs,including juvenile mice and adults .. Wayne has quickly identified the source of the rats and has treated the situation to kill them off and has provided good clear advice as to the next steps to avoid any further infestations occurring. Excellent Service I was very distressed at seeing the Rodent in my kitchen. I managed to get the number of Britannic Pest Control and Wayne answered heard how Distressed I sounded came out that evening put the necessary boxes in place. Phoned because we found a wasps nest under a floor. Wayne was there within 2 hours, dealt with and removed quickly & professionally.
Swift response to remove wasps nest. Wayne turned up when he said he would, in fact very promptly. Safely removed the nest, which had grown since the photo.
We called Wayne at around 6am when we had a fully grown rat come into our flat through an exposed drain pipe hole. He was with us by 07:30. He immediately put us at ease and managed to catch the rat within 15 minutes of locking himself in the room with it! He then sprayed the room down and did a survey, helping us to identify where the likely entry point was. Wayne answered lots of our questions and was very patient. Knowledgeable and friendly. Rates were reasonable too, especially given the unsociable hour that we first phoned him. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again if required.
Signed up for a pest control contract l spoke to a very helpful guy they were round the next day explained all that I needed to know about the traps and where they should go. what should do if there's any vermin left behind . I was given a folder with a site plan where all the traps are left and was given a detailed report sheet. Very professional setup
