Rob came along to repair some settlement cracks. Although there was a delay through illness, he communicated throughout the process, from booking, during the time he was doing the job through to completion. On the day he was professional, respectful, friendly and easy to talk to, and a pleasure to have working in my home. He cleaned up everything so that you wouldn’t know he had been there. Rob and the team at Brush Tech were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We originally thought, and were told, that we needed to get the exterior of our property re-rendered, which would have been extremely expensive. However, thanks to Rob’s product knowledge, experience, and the effort from everyone involved, they were able to save it, literally saving us thousands in the process. Getting tradesmen can be really frustrating as things are not always done properly or with care, much like the previous people we had in. But hand on heart, I can honestly say you will be absolutely looked after by Rob and the team at Brush Tech. Rob himself was incredibly approachable and friendly throughout the whole process, and honestly quite funny too, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. At the same time, when it came to the work itself, he was serious, organised, and from what I could see, a fantastic leader who clearly takes pride in making sure everything is done properly and to a very high standard. We really liked how he managed our expectations and gave us a realistic idea of the finished product from the beginning. After having such a good experience with the exterior work, we booked Brush Tech in to complete the entire interior of our house as well, and now that’s finished too, we are absolutely over the moon with the results. Everything during the process was protected properly and cleaned at the end of every single shift. The team use a range of dustless sanders, so there was minimal dust throughout, and their work ethic when it came to keeping everything tidy and clean was genuinely impressive. Although Brush Tech was a bit more expensive than the rest of the quotes we received, we are so happy we chose them. The quality of work, professionalism, attention to detail and care throughout the whole project made it completely worth it. We genuinely wish we had used these guys the first time round, as unfortunately the previous decorating company cut corners, leaving us with poor workmanship, an awful finish and paint everywhere. Since having Brush Tech in, everything has been absolutely spotless and the quality of the finish is outstanding. Me and my wife are genuinely so happy with the end result, especially as it was quite a big project. Even the effort they put into the clean up afterwards was fantastic, which we can honestly say after dealing with lots of different tradesmen is a rarity. Rob from Brush Tech has done a few jobs for us now – the outside of our house, an awkward loft room, office and bedroom – and he has done a great job on all of them. We recently had Brush Tech Decorating repaint the exterior of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Initially, we went with the cheapest quote on a previous project and ended up regretting it. This time, we decided to invest in quality, and Robert did not disappoint! Since then, we’ve had our hall, stairs, and landing done—another big job that involved lots of colour testing before finally choosing the perfect shade. Robert and his fellow decorator were patient, professional, and made sure everything was just right. One thing that really stood out was Robs product knowledge—it was far beyond anything we’ve ever been told by decorating merchants like Brewers. He helped us choose the best products not just for the look we wanted, but also for durability and longevity. The advice he gave made a huge difference in the final finish, and we feel confident that the work will last. We used scuff x- I’d highly recommend it. Now, 12 months later, after both a harsh summer and a tough winter, the exterior still looks as good as new—which is really promising, as the last time it was painted by another decorator, it started aging within months. Rob is really professional, he is punctual and a perfectionist. He has done some great jobs for us redecorating our home and projects. Always a great service.
Rob and his team were amazing! I have two offices and he painted the whole lower and upper floors and it was immaculate. His team worked very efficiently and made me feel very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the professionalism was executed perfectly.

we used brush tech decorating for our home refurbishment prior to it going on the market. (it’s sold and brush tech will be decorating our new home once it’s completed) we had lots of requests and we added on work to the original quote nearly everyday- Rob the owner was very patient and understanding of us. He and his team were spot on! very clean and professional which was a pleasant change as the last decorator left the place worse than we he arrived. As work came to an end, there were lots of odd jobs and bits and bobs that i requested last minute, which meant night shifts and some weekends were worked by rob which i never could of expected. but he truly went above and beyond to meet our deadline. the team were absolute superstars- thanks once again. highly recommend!
Me and my partner used Brush Tech Decorating after being recommended them by our neighbours whom had work done by them, for our flat in Southbourne. We had a full interior and exterior re-furb as soon as we completed on our new property and we are over the moon with the results. There were a few issues left on us by the previous owner of the property which caught us by surprise and the guys at Brush Tech were really helpful in making sure that we didn’t stress and got them sorted for us asap.
