I wasn't sure what colour to paint our lounge but Ashley has a keen eye for design and recommended f&b setting plaster we could of had it mixed in in a cheaper brand but we opted for f&b as we didnt want it to look to pink as Ashley advised that there can be slight variations in colour matching. His advice was spot on compared to colour samples and his workmanship and overall finish is second to none. Would highly recommended.
Ashley is an outstanding decorator and also an excellent teacher. I had the privilege of working alongside with him on a church project for a friend. His experience completely shows against my very little experience and i was really impressed by his abilities and the results.
Would highly recommend Brackstone Decorating and is always my first port of call. Ash is a extremely organised, a perfectionist and oozes passion. He has completed a number of decorating jobs for me and I have been delighted with the result. Every job has been meticulously undertaken with precision, skill and care.
We've had 3 rooms redecorated, and every time it's been genuinely a great experience. Very prompt on dates & times to arrive and were spot on with how long the work was due to take. The finish on each room has been excellent and communication throughout gave us confidence that the job was being done well and to a good standard. Very fairly priced and would certainly use them again!
We asked Ashley to undertake a huge open plan wooden vaulted ceiling revamp. Not an easy task given the original honey colour and we wanted white. He did his research into the best products to use, opting to spray it. The preparation was crucial to the desired finish and he worked so hard to achieve this. The whole room was carefully tented and expertly sprayed. Ashley’s keen eye for detail gave us a wonderful end result and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He went on to paint the whole downstairs woodwork for us later on, once again a superb job and swiftly executed. I would totally recommend Ashley, he’s honest, hardworking and very skilled and knowledgeable.
