Wow what a great service! My lock broke last night meaning my door wasn't very secure. Rang emergency locksmith and spoke to Mark. I told him about the Mortice lock and also asked about my yale lock , Mark gave me a great quote for both locks. It is Saturday and he arrived about 35 mins after my call. The Yale lock was quite straightforward but the mortice lock wasn't as simple. I had a panic when I couldn’t get into my house after 10pm, thought the lock was broken. He arrived in about 15mins, put me right at ease. He spotted the problem straightaway and explained it very clearly to me. Turns out the lock wasn’t broken, he just needed to adjust the upper lock (to allow for the door dropping due to weather changes). He takes pride in his work and checked everything thoroughly. I called Emergency Locksmith Manchester because my bicycle lock wouldn't open while it was locked up away from home. I sent him a photo of the problem, he gave me an instant quote and was here in less than ten minutes. In the end he managed to open the lock without the use of any tools, even though the lock was not working properly (and I'd been trying to open it with the key and WD-40 for a long time already).
