Wow what a great service! My lock broke last night meaning my door wasn't very secure. Rang emergency locksmith and spoke to Mark. I told him about the Mortice lock and also asked about my yale lock , Mark gave me a great quote for both locks. It is Saturday and he arrived about 35 mins after my call. The Yale lock was quite straightforward but the mortice lock wasn't as simple. I had a panic when I couldn’t get into my house after 10pm, thought the lock was broken. He arrived in about 15mins, put me right at ease. He spotted the problem straightaway and explained it very clearly to me. Turns out the lock wasn’t broken, he just needed to adjust the upper lock (to allow for the door dropping due to weather changes). He takes pride in his work and checked everything thoroughly. I called Emergency Locksmith Manchester because my bicycle lock wouldn't open while it was locked up away from home. I sent him a photo of the problem, he gave me an instant quote and was here in less than ten minutes. In the end he managed to open the lock without the use of any tools, even though the lock was not working properly (and I'd been trying to open it with the key and WD-40 for a long time already). Mark came to unlock our front door after we were unfortunately locked out. He was very reassuring, saying it happens, which made us feel better after feeling really bad! We asked for a quote on if we were to book an appointment for him to change the locks of our new home and he was honest enough to say it would be more expensive making an appointment and he would happily do it now whilst he was here for a lower price. Mark gave sound advice when we were choosing the new locks but also allowed us to make sure it suited us. Mark helped change a bad experience into a great one, thank you! :)

Back in March, I returned home from a work trip at 01:00am to realise I’d locked myself out. I called Mark and he came within 15 minutes. He did an excellent job of getting into the flat, (especially considering he had to break into the anti-theft cover protecting the lock), he then replaced the lock and tidied after himself. Importantly, the price he quoted (very reasonable) was the price I paid. A receipt was provided. By comparison, my neighbour the week before, had locked himself out, the company he used cost 3 times more than Mark! Honestly, can’t sing his praises enough. - he’s a decent, polite, genuine guy.

I left my keys inside and thought I'd be homeless! I called Mark and he got me inside in 5 minutes without breaking my lock! He's so trust worthy, calmed me down and opened my door! Call him and he won't let you down!
