Amazing store and service. Helped take apart a very expensive lock, repaired and serviced. Gave valuable insight into how it worked and gave tips to maintain. Cut keys for a very reasonable price on oem quality blanks.
Got help from Gary today. The company is very helpful and very honest. Got told that replacing the lock myself was easy to do and would save me 40£. Helped me via WhatsApp with the installing process. Would definitely recommend.
We recently visited to have a copy of a key done and the service was great. We’ve really struggled to get anyone to cut a new key for us but it was no problem here! Fast friendly service and we finally got the key we needed by the end. Thanks again!
Amazing little shop with fantastic customer service. Went in for a new key and got help with changing my locks by myself to save myself an unnecessary fee and even gave me his number incase I needed help once I was home. Thanks so much for your help the door is as good as new!

Excellent professional in the city centre, very competent! I had a problem to make key copies in other place and he save me and my housemates. It is located close to Piccadilly Station, easy to access. The price is fair.
Went in to get 2 copies of a key cut for work and the gent was very quick (also only around £8). He was also very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. There are also different types of locks on display which have their internal parts visible so you can see how they work and play around with while you wait. All round great experience and I'll definitely be retuning.
Great experience, fabulous feel as soon as you enter the shop, an aladins cave of safes, keys, locks of all sizes and descriptions! Sorted my almost 40 year old VW keys out in a jiffy.
Had a key copied a while ago, but didn't get a chance to leave a review back then. Amazing service, went up and beyond what's expected. Has now become my go to locksmith.
Excellent locksmiths, I will certainly go back. It is worth ringing in advance to check they are there - they do a fair amount of external work, but are very helpful about arranging a time to meet, should they be out of the shop.

Great family run locksmiths business. I only popped in to have a key cut today, but found them very friendly, helpful and efficient, despite only needing such a small job doing. I'd tried a well known chain of keycutters who didn't manage to get a copy that worked, but this one worked first time, and only cost about half the price the chain had charged. Highly recommended.
