Fantastic service, called for a quote to fit a mortice lock in my new property. Lewis was very upfront about the cost and gave me all the options. They were with me in an hour and I ended up deciding to replace all the locks. Ran through all the options and no pressure tactics to try and upsell me.

He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything I needed to know. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he paid great attention to detail. After drilling out the old lock, he even vacuumed up all the metal shavings with his own hoover, explaining that using a normal household vacuum could cause problems because the shavings can get stuck inside it. It was a thoughtful touch that showed how much he cares about his customers and the quality of his service. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely kind and helpful person. Front door lock had issues this morning and would not open. Searched online for quotes and Lewis rung me within 5-10 mins. He was friendly and unlike other quotes given he was direct and up front about costs. He was at my property as promised within 20/30 mins and got to work right away and took time to explain the issues with the door to me. Even when he didn’t have the part he needed he was very swiftly out and back with the right part in next to no time. Would highly recommend him, great service and friendly.

Called Bumble Bee locksmiths today as i was looking for a local company for a lock change. Lewis came out within the hour we went for the superior lock for security everything was explained and price was given which was much less that i was expecting,due to lewis knowledge professionalism and reasonable price we are having 2 more locks changed.lewis even noticed that someone had already tried to break in to the property from just looking at the lock. Brilliant service! Came out fitted a handle and lock and explained about the British Standard lock and its importance as it ensures your insurance is valid.

Great service! Lewis replaced the mechanism in our door. He identified the issue and had the mechanism replaced promptly. After this repair, our door still had issues due to the hinges dropping slightly. Again he identified this and had it resolved quickly. No complaints, repair was done well and speedy and the price charged was reasonable too. Happy to have found a good locksmith for any future needs.

Door locking mechanism broke on a Saturday, Lewis came out on the Sunday even though he's based about 25 miles away. Quickly found the problem, explained and showed me the offending part, and went to suppliers for a replacement part, came back and fitted the new locking mechanism. Door sorted. Should the need arise, I would definitely call Lewis again.
