Can not recommend Paul highly enough!!! I was in the unfortunate situation of being locked out with my children and nowhere to go. Unfortunately being a single parent I didn't have much money to throw away and give all to a locksmith leaving myself and my children hungry as we didn't have much. Paul @ PBR did a very good job supplying and replacing a worn out nightlatch lock on the wooden communal front door of our Victorian property, he also supplied a number of duplicate keys. He also replaced a broken sash window lock at the same time. He arrived on time, supplied and replaced the locks efficiently and left the area clean and tidy. Also very good communication. Would be happy to recommend him to others.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE - Paul offered to come and look at my elderly parents back door when the lock stopped working, with no call out fee. He immediately spotted that the issue was not with the lock but the alignment of the door. Straight away, he got working on sorting the door despite having a busy morning ahead of him. Whilst he was working on the door, we mentioned that the front door lock has a small issue and a couple of windows have lost handles. He was able to take a quick look, and assured us he could come back and sort those out. Then, he worked out the cost ( VERY reasonable - far less than quotes I had got from other companies) AND took off 25% as my parents are OAPs ( he does the same for NHS staff). Professional, respectful, efficient and very kind - Paul’s business deserves our support, for sure!

Great experience with Paul. Arrived within 20 mins of being called in the evening. He communicated everything he was trying with our lock. Ultimately the lock would have had to be drilled, which we declined. Paul then refused to take payment from us despite breaking a tool of his trying to help. Clearly takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. We already will look to have him back for a second job. Can’t recommend enough.
Absolutely brilliant locksmith. Highly recommended company. We was locked out of our flat. Of course it’s extremely stressful and can be extremely expensive. We gave PBR (Paul great guy) a call who explained he could come to our address within the hour. Paul arrived was polite, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our lock on our door was slightly confusing (dogey new build lock) but Paul didn’t decide to just break through the lock. Paul used his advanced professional knowledge to pick lock the front door.
