You're in Lock!

Prompt and friendly attention from our local locksmith. Thanks Tim.

After work, we discovered our door was no longer locking. I quickly searched for a locksmith in Dorchester and chose the one with the best reviews — and they are absolutely deserved. Tim was able to see us the same day and fixed the lock quickly. Everything was explained clearly and handled very professionally. We’re extremely grateful for the fast and excellent service!

Excellent friendly service. I Highly recommend Tim

Best locksmith in Dorset came within 20 minutes and help us within 30 very helpful and friendly such great service.

Excellent service. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and changed the lock. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Tim researched and fitted a digital lock on the external fire door for our flat. He had to come back several times to make sure we got the right product. So far it is working well.

My name is Mike and I live in America. A very good female friend of mine lives in Dorchester and needed to have her locks changed because she didn't want a certain man coming back into her home. Tim was prompt, professional and changing the locks brought both of us a great deal of comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim and his services to family or friends.

Absolutely amazing locksmith service! I called them when I got locked out of my house, and they arrived so quickly. The technician was very polite, calm, and professional — he explained everything before starting and opened the door without any damage. Their service was fast, safe, and super reliable. The price was fair and clearly explained, no hidden charges at all. I really appreciate how respectful and skilled the technician was — he even checked my other locks to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent experience from start to finish — I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy locksmith!

Very prompt, helpful and friendly service. Great communication, highly recommend. Thank you.

Called numerous times at 7pm needing urgent help. No answer whatsoever. 24 hour service? A bad joke!

Tim was incredibly helpful, didn’t even charge us! Highly recommend

Wow! What an amazing guy with incredible service. Got locked out on our first day, he came out straight away and was so helpful and reasonably priced and was a good laugh whilst doing so. Photo below of our move in photo, with the one and only Tim!

Great service, called up and arranged to come the next day. A quick hinge adjustment and our door is locking and unlocking smoother than ever! Tim was on time, polite and friendly and was happy to have a look/advise on some other bits we need doing while he was here. Highly recommend You're in Lock! (and love the name 😁)

Really helpful and quick response with clear and reasonable costs for change of faulty lock. Would definitely recommend!

Complete confidence in using his services again in the future.

Couldnt ask for a better service. Came out very quickly and fixed our broken lock. Very pleasant to deal with and super efficient job, thank you!

Great service . Came out to have a look at job and ended up fixing it there and then . Had parts on his van .. Couldn’t ask for a better service . Really nice friendly pleasant guy . Would definitely recommend .

Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Tim is very professional, friendly and I highly recommend his services. Tim was able to get to me and fix my door within the hour of calling him, can't ask for a better service than that.

Great experience with Tim. Very friendly and did a great job.

Definitely recommend! Tim is very professional, considerate, trustworthy and prompt; great communication too. Many thanks, Tim.

Tim was very fast to respond, excellent communication, worked quickly and cleanly. Fair prices. Highly recommended!

Tim is very professional and friendly. He booked the work in ASAP, is a great communicator and is punctual.

Tim changed front door lock to insurance valid lock, changing lock and handle position. Tim did the work at short notice, did a super job and left it cleaner than when he arrived. The door now closes with a very satisfactory click! I’d definitely recommend him.

Excellent service. A quick response, efficient and effective.

It was brilliant to find such a professional service close to home. Amazingly quick to respond and had two doors sorted in a couple of hours. Costs were explained at every stage, and advice to save me money. Fantastic service - would never use anyone else again

Tim is not only a lovely chap, but also did a fantastic job and was happy to be flexible, adding another job just as he was about to finish for the day. I would recommend Tim to anyone needing a locksmith :)

Amazing service! We were desperate when the back door lock went just as we were about to leave for a family get together. Tim came out at a moment's notice on a sunny Saturday and had a look. He was utterly brilliant, and got the door working again in a flash. He had that true professional knowledge of someone who can diagnose a problem in a heartbeat and who knows exactly what to do. What is more, he had his own family do on, but he rescued us anyway! What a guy. Recommend 100%.

Great service, very professional and friendly. Performed an emergency fix at around 11:00 PM on Saturday night. Saved my bacon! For a good price as well. I can certainly recommend.

Tim took my phone call very early on a Monday morning and was very helpful. He arrived on time later that day keeping me updated of his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, professional and polite. He was able to repair and replace our broken exit door lock with minimal disruption. Very reasonable costs with no call out charge either. I cannot fault Tim's services and would highly recommend, our 'go to' now for all locksmith services. Thank you Tim, keep up and great work.

I was in lock! Tim came within 15 minuets of calling him the price quoted for was less than half the price i had previously paid when using a bigger company and living in Bournemouth. He did everything he could to pick and fish for the keys like a true locksmith before drilling as a last resort. he was friendly and courteous to me and my toddler whist we were waiting. Certainly made a horrible and daunting experience the best it could possibly be. hopefully it doesn't happen again! If it does I know where to go without about being fleeced in my hour of need! thanks again Tim!

Brilliant service, efficient , on time, fixed my broken lock. Wonderful company, Tim was a honest nice guy :-)

Great job, arrived quickly when I’d locked myself out, and easily solved the problem. Then came out and replaced the lock/handles to solve the problem permanently, at a fair price. Very happy.

Brilliant, friendly and reliable service.

Came to help today when I have trouble getting the key in the lock. Was unable to take my details straight away. Promptly called back. Quick to arrive. Very helpful even though solution was simple. Thank you. Would defiently recommend.

Friendly, professional service, will certainly use again.

Quick and efficient! Was struggling to get my key in the lock and Tim came really quickly and sorted it out with a minimum of fuss. Many thanks!
