Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Amazing service! We were desperate when the back door lock went just as we were about to leave for a family get together. Tim came out at a moment's notice on a sunny Saturday and had a look. He was utterly brilliant, and got the door working again in a flash. He had that true professional knowledge of someone who can diagnose a problem in a heartbeat and who knows exactly what to do. What is more, he had his own family do on, but he rescued us anyway! What a guy. Recommend 100%.

I was in lock! Tim came within 15 minuets of calling him the price quoted for was less than half the price i had previously paid when using a bigger company and living in Bournemouth. He did everything he could to pick and fish for the keys like a true locksmith before drilling as a last resort. he was friendly and courteous to me and my toddler whist we were waiting. Certainly made a horrible and daunting experience the best it could possibly be. hopefully it doesn't happen again! If it does I know where to go without about being fleeced in my hour of need! thanks again Tim!
