Fantastic and rapid service on a Friday night in deepest darkest Dorset Thank you very much Steve, you're a lifesaver

Thank you so much for coming out in a hour! Lost my car key! Even managed to get the key sorted within half hours Really pleasant company and reliable and the price was in our budget. Thank you so much! We will definitely use you again’ highly recommended

My car key would not work and I lost the blade, this company was brilliant they can straight out to me late and I was on holiday. Cannot thank them enough. Really recommend to anyone in the dorset area.

After losing my keys I had been in a slight panic. Calling local tradesman I gathered a few quotes where I found majority of them were asking for almost double what steve had and furthermore were unavailable to help me today. Auto Locksmith's made me feel as if i wasn't a huge pain in the arse calling on a Sunday and were very willing to help me. Communication with them was fantastic and it's nice to see within the business that these guys are willing to help without ripping people off.

Matt was huge help and very efficient.

Brilliant quick service! Steve was a life saver

I was down in Bournemouth for the weekend when I lost my keys. I called up handy auto lock, they sent out a guy called Matt who helped me get back in my car. Matt was a lovely lad, and I was very impressed he managed to get me into my car without my keys! They also cut me a key! 10/10 would recommend👍🏼

Came out really quickly and got the keys out. Great customer service too.

Really prompt, efficient call out from Matt. Cut a spare key for a van - no issues. Would highly recommend this company.

Super quick service and really helpful

I paid £170 for a replacement car key after my keys were stolen. Unfortunately, the car was stolen only a few hours later by the person who had taken the original keys and it has since been written off as the person crashed it. At no point when the key was cut was I told that the original stolen key might still work or that there was no guarantee the vehicle would be secure. When I phoned afterwards to discuss the situation, I was told “in hindsight I should have said there was no guarantee.” This warning was never given to me at the time. I found the response defensive and unhelpful when I was already dealing with a very stressful situation. Given the circumstances and the cost involved, I’m very disappointed with both the lack of clear advice and the customer service. My needs were not met, I feel misled and I paid in good faith for something that didn’t work! Not happy!

Thanks Steve and his young lad that works with him, me and my dad were working on a job someone stole the van keys off the wall in Bournemouth we called Steve. He was there within the hour new key programmed to the van this guy knows exactly what he’s doing wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him thanks again Steave 👍

Steve is an absolute legend. Came to my home address the next day & cut me a key. A few weeks later I had a problem with the key and couldn't start my car whilst stuck in a camera controlled carpark. Steve was there within half an hour...no questions asked and rectified the problem and got me on the road again. Great service with a friendly smile. Thankyou Steve

Many thanks to Auto Locksmith Specialists, in quickly resolving my completely dead remote key issue, saving me a nightmare... Excellent and professional services, delivered on time. Thanks again

Had damage to both sets of my Bentley car keys. Auto locksmith specialists in Bournemouth went above and beyond to help me out by repairing both sets very quickly and at a great & comprehensive price . Fantastic service from start to finish would highly recommend them and would definitely use again !! Shawn

Steve was fantastic. I called late on a Saturday afternoon after my car keys stopped working and I was locked out of my car. I was located 35 miles away and yet he left immediately and arrived very quickly, was extremely friendly and managed to get me back into my car within 10 minutes. He gave me advice to avoid the issue happening again and was an absolute lifesaver! Thanks so much and I highly recommend Steve if you’re in a similar situation.

A genuine help in time of need.

Waste of time. Useless , couldn't programe my key to match the car. Amature playing the Auto locksmith. Time waster .

Super grateful for Steve! He really came to the rescue when silly me had replaced my key casing incorrectly and thought I was going to have to pay for a key replacement. He was so patient with my silly questions and in helping me fix the car key. He’s a life saver! Thank you again!

Can honestly say I've never been shouted at whilst making an enquiry. Slightly misunderstood the explanation given as I did not understand the process and was literally shouted at for 'not listening'. Would rather buy a new car then give this man business.

I called him and he met us at the vehicle within half an hour unlocked the car and reprogramed a brand new key within the hour. Great service and fantastic value. Thanks Steve you really got us out of a pickle.

Thanks to Steve and young Matt they got my daughter’s car back on the road. Would highly recommend this A team!

Had them come out to get a replacement remote key for my Audi was told they couldn't do it as my central locking was broken. Had a different company who came out and sorted it no issue. Wouldn't recommend.

Very quick response & service as well as a reasonable price especially considering the time of day! Thank you!

Lovely bloke and great, well priced service, thank you.

Very pleased with the fast response when I needed help getting back into my van without damaging it. Auto locksmith specialists saved me considerable time and money. Would be happy to recommend.

Top quality service and kind and fast even tho my car locks were worn on my quashqai. He didnt give up affordable prices and he came out within 1 hour of calling him.. would recommend this man

Great service and very prompt. Steve was great and even helped to jump start the van when he was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Steve and his Son literally just left us Key's recovered from the back of the van down to my own stupid mistake 🙄 friendly, professional, fast, and, very quick more than pleased highly recommend Auto locksmith Specialist 👍

Locked my keys in the car at 19:15, by 20:30 I had them back. Fast, polite, professional, friendly and a fair price. Couldn’t ask for more. Hope I never have to but would 100% go to them again and happily recommend to others.

Absolutely amazing bloke, got us a new key straight away. great prices & overall an amazing guy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs his services

Absolutely brilliant! Lost my car key at the beach and they came out to me in around 30 minutes! Very friendly, helpful and made it all seem less stressful! Very fair prices to come out on a Sunday evening in the freezing cold! 100% recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant service. I locked myself out of my Audi Q2 - keys in the boot! Auto Locksmith Specialists were extremely efficient and effectively got me back in my car. Thankyou.

Highly recommend this company when I locked my keys in my car. They attended within 30 minutes and soon sorted everything out. Many thanks!

Key stopped working and couldn't start my van, was with me within 30mins and got me sorted with a new key, checked the key entry point and sorted it all out very quickly for me, lovely bloke, highly recommend ✨

When I locked car keys in boot the AA couldn't gain access and recommended this company. Attended within 30 minutes and got the car open and keys recovered quickly. Friendly, kind, skilled and helpful. 5 star service.

I used Auto Locksmith Specialists and they were excellent. They reduced the stress and did a great job getting me back into my car and a new spare key created. Friendly and knowledgeable and can't recommend them highly enough.

My Renault Megane keycard went totally kaput and I was at a loss after phoning so many people. Called these guys who came out on Saturday morning and programmed a temporary replacement (as didn't have the right card), ordered a new card for me and came back to reprogramme the new card when it arrived. Excellent service and a total star.

What an amazing service I broke my key in the door lock and Steve saved the day. Due to the age of my vehicle it was not an easy process, I think anyone else would have given up, charged me for the call-out and been on their way… but not Steve.. he spent at least a couple of hours exhausting all options until he found a solution. I was then expecting a really hefty bill, but no, I was charged only a little extra on what he quoted over the phone even though the job took a lot longer than expected. If you need a key sorting for your car, this company is the only one you should call. Thank you, thank you 🙏🏻

I contacted numerous locksmiths to replace my lost car keys. Due to make/model, they explained it was a more complex job and were unable to help me with the equipment they had. I was given Auto Locksmiths contact info & spoke to Steve. He was knowledgeable, quoted a very reasonable price for the work involved and I now have a replacement key fob (plus a spare!). Highly recommend.

Was very quick to respond and got the job done and at less of a cost than any other company quoted. Highly Recommend!

Came out in under an hour ... Into the car in ten minutes ... Fabulous ... Many thanks 🙏👍

An absolute diamond sold my problem straight away resetting my car key

Professional helpful friendly

Great service! Thanks a lot!

After buying some casings off Ebay to try and fix our car keys ourselves, we admitted defeat and called Steve at Auto Locksmith Specialist for help and I am so glad we did. He was very reliable, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Very competitive price too! Thank you so much Steve. 🙂

He was a no-show... I waited in all afternoon for our appointment and not even a message from him to say he wasn't coming, let alone an apology.

Came to me within a short time period done 2 keys for my daughter's car from scratch 45 mins done good price polite and very professional highly rate you use this company

Steve was an absolute life saver (well holiday saver to be more precise). I’m visiting the area on holiday and stupidly packed my car key in the shopping bag which ended up in the boot of the car. He had to attend another job before coming to me but kept me updated on his timeframe. Despite my car being and absolute pain in the… to get into he didn’t give up and got me back in and back to my holiday. Thank you so much!

Steve was great, would highly recommend to anyone. Came out on a Sunday, I have an old car so was a more timely job but he was very patient and made sure he got everything right. Very happy with the price and the service would definitely use again.

Incredible service.... managed to get to us within 45 mins and had the problem sorted in under 10.. would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous service. After losing my keys in the woods and spending over 4 hours looking, 2 of them with a friend and a metal detector, I called Steve. I wasn't expecting such a swift response. He was on his way almost immediately. I was an hour away. He was really lovely, and I had two keys in less than 45 minutes of arrival. A frustrating day but at least I have my car home and a spare key! Thank you so much.

Thankyou so much for programming a complete keyfob to my mazda 6 works really well and looks just like original thankyou again highly recommended

Excellent, friendly service. Arrived in 30 minutes, unlocked vehicle & cut a spare key in 20.

Steve is absolutely fantastic! Saved my life when it grind to a halt with a lost car key! Cannot thank him enough for a prompt and professional service. Definitely recommend him.

I live abroad and need to change a lock on a rental property in the UK. However this company does not have an email address. I have to make a very expensive phone call in working hours.

Great service, Came when expected, no fuss, solved my immobiliser issue with new key and reasonably priced.

Good genuine guy, hard worker.

Use this company!!! I would 100 times over recommend Steve - rang him on a sat morning on the off chance he would be able to help with my car theft system playing up due to the keys and was over within the hour. Such a honest, trustworthy, kind & friendly bloke who was happy to help! Thank you so much Steve!

Great knowledge and expertise and new car key sorted super quick, highly recommend!

Had to use this auto locksmith 2 times have passed his number onto my customers good 👍 service good price thanks gray lynx locks Bournemouth

Absolutely amazing - we love Steve! We managed to get stood up by another company that made us wait 4 hours for a prearranged job. In the end we rang Steve on the off chance he would be able to do the job of programming a new key for our car. Despite being fully booked, Steve still came and had us sorted within 20 minutes of arrival. Can’t recommended him enough; amazing customer service and quick response - goes above and beyond for his customers and turned a bad day into a good one! After all we’d gone through price didn’t really matter to us as we just wanted it sorted but we had rang around quite a few other companies in the area and his was the cheapest service. Even earned himself a homemade chocolate cookie! Hopefully we never have this problem again but if we did he’d be the first person we’d call.

Fantastic service, I was desperate to have it done like yesterday, he manage to squeeze me in very short notice, turned up was friendly and had the brand-new key cut and transponder chip sorted within minutes and was quoted incredible price compared to 6 other companies I rang. Well I know if I get any problems in future or friends/family have issues I won't hesitate in pointing them to auto locksmith specialist. Thanks again

Came to the house, and had a new key cut and the remote fob programmed in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional, and a lot cheaper than going through a dealership - highly recommended!

The technician was timely and professional. He went the extra mile coming all the way to me as it was getting dark and sorted my problem although others couldn’t or wouldn’t. A complex issue that required some very in depth electronics work, I’m pleased to be back on the road and would recommend Auto Locksmith Specialists without hesitation.

Amazing customer service! Also very quick to respond to my phone call and was out the very next day and the job was done within the hour, Highley recommend with a qauilty price.

Absolutely amazing service less than an hour and we was om our way very fair price xx would deffinatly recommended

Super helpful and good value. Highly recommend

Highly professional and an extremely swift service. I'd had an unfortunate accident where my van keys went missing. Steve said he'd be with me in an hour and he was in fact 30 mins early and managed to solve my issue within the hour. I couldn't recommend Steve enough, he was quick, understanding and honest.

Steve arrived very quick for a Friday afternoon, especially in sandbanks. Very professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend, thanks again 👍🏽

Steve saved the day for me. Very knowledgeable, experienced professional who would not give up where perhaps others would. Went above and beyond to get my Mercedes Vito running when I needed it most. Highly recommended. Thanks Steve.

Well where to start, professional, excellent, polite, fair price and a lot more I call auto locksmiths on Friday evening after losing both my car keys first thing Saturday morning he was there sorting it for me after a lot of hard work as the car was having none of it with no damage and 2 brand new keys I couldn’t of been more happier! Thank you for everything will recommend you to anyone and everyone! Keep the good work up thank you once again! Regards Owen lewis

After managing to lock the keys to my car in the boot I called Auto Locksmith Specialists at 7.10am and they were with me within thirty five minutes. They managed to create a key on site and in order to gain the required access into the boot without causing any damage. My car keys were retrieved and I was back on the road within thirty minutes and all for a reasonable cost.

A fabulous service, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you

Great service. Came out the same day to picklock my van due to lost key and made a replacement on site.

Helped me today when my key wouldn't start the car, leaving us stranded in the multistory with no way home! Managed to fix my key fob super quick, as something had come loose and meant the anti-theft was triggering (which meant no starting until it was fixed). Was super friendly, came in great time and was a fantastic help for reasonable price! Couldn't thank enough honestly! :D

Steve just came and sorted my broken key for my van and also did my neighbours key fob at the same time. 100% recommend and very reasonable on price.

Outstanding. Have used twice and each time Steve has gone out of his way to provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.

Steve was so helpful and really friendly, he sorted my car key out quickly and re-cased it so it looks like a brand new car key for a fraction of the price that BMW asked for. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thanks Steve 👍🏻

What an absolute star we spent hours locked out of the car. We tried every way imaginable to get in and eventually gave this man a call and what a fast response. What a lovely bloke very friendly and understanding. Has us back in no problem. Can’t thank him enough

Very good and fast service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic friendly but professional service and I like too that he respected social distancing during this covid pandemic. He was very knowledgeable of the issues I had long before he even got too the job and managed not only to resolve my issues faced but do it at a price alot cheaper than what I'd been quoted before. My job was £110 but I tipped £5 on that as everywhere else was quoting me £175 and above so will gladly use this honest and reliable service if ever I need to again.

Steve is the most genuine, kindest and helpful tradesman I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend him. He is very professional, trained and gets back to you straight away. Thankyou so much Steve for making a horrible week losing my keys alot more better. All the best!

Very prompt response out within a couple of hours , despite problems in getting a code for car Steve stuck at it and got me back on the road very thankful , fantastic customer service

Just wanted to say how thankful I am for Steve’s service with my key and barrel. Fast and reliable sorted the problem within a few days. Couldn’t ask for better quality and price.

Absolute fantastic service. Made an enquiry about a replacement key as unable to start car due to chip in remote key. They was here within less then 15 mins and was able to show me how to start car to enable me to go to there unit tomorrow and get a replacement key. I highly recommend this company they are excellent thankyou for your fast response

Even with our current situation, Steve was here with in no time and was extremely helpful. He had two new keys made for me within the hour of his arrival with no fuss. Would definitely recommend!

Came out straight away even in rush hour, all other companies wanted me to wait two days or they didn't have the correct equipment for my car, and Steve was the cheapest too, hopefully I'm not careless enough to lock my key in my car again, but if I am, Steve will be my first port of call.

Had a issue where my key did not work and I got locked out of my car. Steve came out to me within half hour and managed to sort my key which was a mess. Very professional and got a great set up with his van. Steve also sorted me out with a new car key all at a reasonable price. Thanks guys.
