I got Kevins details from a close friend. This is the second time I have had to call on him over the years. He arrived within fifteen minutes of my call, detected the faulty, explained what he had to do and the price. On completion of the work he asked me to check the lock, which now worked perfectly. He then went on to check my other doors and make any adjustments needed. He was as always polite and so helpful leaving the place clean and tidy. I would happily recommend Kevin.

What a star, 9am bank holiday Monday, arrived 35 minutes after explaining I couldn’t turn the key to lock or open my front door, it had been sticking for a while and I thought it had damaged the tumblers in the lock.. but no.. I had left a key in the lock on the inside!! And he didn’t even laugh.. He then opened the door, fixed the sticky door and replaced a pin in the hinge. All for a very reasonable price.. so thank you very much, and I recommend the services wholeheartedly.

Kevin responded to my Checkatrade inquiry in minutes after I had accidentally locked myself out of my flat on a Sunday morning. He arrived within 30 mins and was able to gain entry to my flat without changing the lock. Quoted a cheaper price than other emergency locksmiths. Kevin was great. We locked ourselves out on a Sunday, Kevin was the only local locksmith to answer and we were back inside within 30 minutes. He even changed our lock and made some adjustments to the doors whilst he was there all for a very reasonable price. Will be saving his number and using him again.

Came round, at a pretty short notice, fix my back door lock/gearbox, clear on up front costs and did a few extras, left all tidy. All good.

Mr. Windsor arrived within ca. 15 minutes of my call and remained for ca. an hour today, after I’d forgotten my key at home. In that time he was not able to open, either my front door or my garden patio door, or retrieve a key lying just inside my front door through the letter box. In the end I managed to get help from a neighbour with a ladder, to gain access through a bedroom window, who then opened up for me. Mr Windsor charged me £90.-, even though he was unable to open either lock! I wonder, 🤔 have locks become so complicated that his equipment is no longer able to deal with them? In any event, since he was unable to help me, I felt £90.- was a hugely excessive charge, and that £50.- would more than have covered the time he spent NOT being able to help me!
My front door lock suddenly stopped locking from the outside. Kevin came the same day and replaced the lock on the spot. He also 'tuned up' the door as a matter of course and I can't believe what a difference it made! Friendly, respectful and went the extra mile. Very reasonable repair cost. 100% recommend.
