I’ve just had my fourth kitchen installed by Designa so that gives sum indication of how good they are ( we have moved house a lot). From the planning to the design and installation it was completely professional and the fitters were excellent with a lot of time spent on details which is important! I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I will FOREVER use Designa and will ALWAYS recommend them! I have used this company twice in two homes- for my kitchen and bathroom. Just recently it was more than a new kitchen and bathroom- it was a totally renovation transformation! I cannot express how AMAZING the whole team have been. To the guidance, transparency, countless calls, meetings and emails to discuss and plan.. as well as ease any worries or concerns I had! As well as extra advice on every other part of my house! I cannot believe the transformation. The boys on the ground were all so hard working, kept me in the loop and always asked me to confirm and clarify- to make sure my kitchen and bathroom was being built exactly how I wanted it 🙏 no corners cut! I never had any doubts about the whole renovation process I knew they would give me the outcome I wanted. The team is genuinely passionate about what they do. Just had my fabulous kitchen fitted. From the start designa and the team have been superb. From Russell and Mark's planning and Jai's excellent fitting skills. Respectful, clean and professional. So pleased with my dream kitchen. I can't recommend designa enough. 😁
Very Poor! Designa KBB of Weymouth and Poundbury were contracted to supply and project manage our new kitchen including underfloor heating, new flooring and other building works. They performed very badly and miss managed the whole project causing delays and extreme stress. Their attention to detail in design was poor which created problems. I also had to act as their site manager to stop mistakes being made, as their Installation Manager (who is also their showroom manager in Poundbury) seldom attended site. I had to request a meeting with their director after just a few weeks to discuss the problems but little improved. When I complained at the end of the project with a long list of the issues, the director refused to respond to my complaint and threatened to add additional charges if I insisted on a response.
Designa have just completed my kitchen and I am so pleased with it. The price was very good value and the kitchen quality was excellent. The fitters could not have been more helpful and I can wholly recommend this company.
Although they delayed for 2 days due to an over run, the team worked very hard to complete the bathroom installation. There was one minor leak on the basin, they returned the same day and rectified it. The standard of work was good. I would recommend the company.
We are very happy with the work carried out to our kitchen remodeling. The job took longer than expected due to issues nobody could have known about prior to stripping the old kitchen out. We cannot recommend this company enough, everybody was polite, considerate and we were consulted along the journey from start to finish. They have earned their 5 stars. We love the end result. 😃
Designa offered a great service from design to completion. No alteration or change of plan was too difficult. All staff were polite, professional and a pleasure to have in my home as they worked. We're delighted with the finish which has been completed to a high standard.
We had our bathroom completely re done. I didn't know what i wanted but i knew what i didn't want. From start to finish they were great. Russell seemed to know what look i was after and came up with a few designs that were excellent. The lads who fitted my bathroom were very pleasant, they turned up on time and were very tidy considering the amount of rubbish they had to move. Over all i would highly recommend Designa. Thank you all so much for my beatiful new shower room. P Yeomans
