We are so impressed and thoroughly thrilled with our new bathroom. It has well surpassed our expectations, and looks amazing!! We wanted a walk in shower, toilet, sink and all the extra bits, heated towel rail, new floor and such. From the moment we into walked Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms showroom in Totton it has been a positive experience. At no point was there any hard sell or pressure on us to give them the job. When Paul came out to take measurements and such, he listened to us and this was reflected in the quote and his ideas that he emailed us promptly Our project was given to John. He was punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Professional, friendly and so hardworking, and he came when he said he would. John is clearly committed to his work and customer care and satisfaction is top of his priorities. We have never seen anyone work so hard. John kept us up to speed on his progress and developments, and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. Without question John is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. Every little detail is important and clearly John is extremely skilled in the work he does. John always tidied things away before he left each day. When the bathroom was almost finished, Paul came back to add the finishing touches. We wanted a glass splashback above the sink and window seal which needed to be measured and ordered when everything else was in place. When the item arrived at Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms Totton, Paul called and made arrangements for the following day. He arrived punctually, and fitted the glass. The final piece of the jigsaw. We are so pleased with the final result. It's beyond our wildest dreams, and begs the question, why didn't we do it before? We cannot praise John and Liberty Kitchens and Bathrooms Totton enough. From meeting Paul in the showroom he and all staff were efficient and friendly. Paul guided us well and met our design requests (as vague as we may be). Our cloakroom layout, fittings, tiles, flooring and lighting now enhance the space. A professional, clean, tidy and polite team, Richard, Luke and Sam kept prompt hours for the 4 days. All hardworking and cleaned up working areas every day. Can recommend.
Our kitchen was quite dated and needed a full refresh. The team helped with the layout and suggested a few small changes that made a big difference. The cupboards, worktops and lighting were all installed beautifully. The whole space now feels modern and much more practical.
They’ve fitted my bathroom and kitchen, and recently fitted me a brand new front door and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done, very pleased with the work Paul, Steve and the team have done, always kept me in the loop with the work going on, a great team

Delighted with the projects that Liberty Kitchen and Bathrooms have carried out for me. My bathroom had an urgent need to be changed to a shower room after we moved in and Paul, Steve, and his team helped me work out the design solution and were able to fit me in quite quickly. Great job where the problems of working in an old house were overcome with creativity and skill by Richard. Then we needed the kitchen to have changes and extra units installed. Again the design solutions were developed with Paul tactfully suggesting different ideas and bringing the team’s substantial knowledge to bear on our issues. Sorted the supply of the components and took control over delivery matters when the suppliers were getting confused. The installation went extremely well with Richard using his considerable skills in making the items fit, (it is an old house where nothing is square !), and ensuring that the finished job looks excellent. A professional team that don’t quibble over small matters but just get on with it. Reliable and come at the agreed dates. Richard was especially sensitive to my challenges as my wife had to go for complex surgery the day after the work started. Thank you so much. Steve and team were helpful from the beginning, listening to our needs and helping with our bathroom design.We previously had a kitchen fitted and as always with " Liberty" the service was helpful and efficient. They took time to discuss our options and were patient when we changed our mind! The fitters Jason and Rich and tiler Sam were brilliant skilled and efficient. The fitters (Richard and Jason) and the tiler (Sam) were not only highly skilled but also friendly and efficient, demonstrating great attention to detail throughout the project. They took the time to discuss any decisions along the way and offered helpful suggestions, such as lighting options, that we perhaps might not have thought of. We had Liberty fit out our bathroom a few weeks ago and I can not fault them from start to finish, we had Digger and Chris as our fitters and they were Professional,Approachable, Friendly and really helpful in decision making, they were both a credit to the company and when we have our Kitchen sorted in the next year we will definitely have Liberty to do the installation as the price, quality and standard of workmanship are hard to beat.
We were very impressed with Liberty Kitchens and bathrooms. They completed a bathroom project for us, combining a small en suite into an existing bathroom to make a larger bathroom. They also renovated our bedroom, replaced a downstairs cloakroom and replaced our front door. From the initial design consultation they were reliable, professional and helpful with ideas. All of the work was started and completed on time and to a really high standard. Their attention to detail was fantastic and we are thrilled with the results. The team kept us updated along the way, always left things clean and tidy at the end of the day and were nice guys to have in the house. Thank you ever so much for all your hard work!

Over the moon with our 2nd project completed by Liberty. Thought the bathroom was incredible, then we stepped foot in our brand new kitchen!!! Even though a wall was knocked down, the disruption and mess was kept to a bare minimum. All the chaps working on the various aspects from design to install are so friendly and extremely good at what they do. The pride taken in their projects is the overall reason I would highly recommend their services.
Just got back from my father's house after his new bathroom was fitted this past week. Wow! It looks incredible and the style and workmanship excellent. Everytime I've been there, usually after they've left, the house was left tidy and clean. My dad has been away while the work was done and I can't wait for him to see it. Great advise given to him while ordering too. Great job guys 😀.
Buyer Beware! Has anybody else had any dealings with Liberty Kitchens & Bathrooms in Salisbury Road Totton? In my case, they insisted on full payment in advance then claimed they were unable to supply a white bathroom cabinet leaving me to find one and arrange to have it fitted. I’m reporting their “take the money and run” approach to the local Trading Standards so please feel free to contact me privately if you’ve had a similar experience with this “taking a liberty” bunch of cowboys.
