WOW is the word for describing our new kitchen from Howdens (Totton). If you want 1st class service on your new kitchen this is the place to hang out and plan with the lovely Jemma. Along your way you will meet the rest of the gang Lee, Jack Black, Twizzle and Anna who are all very accommodating with regards to any changes that you make, in our case that was quite a lot. It’s like anything you have to trial and error. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for any of the gang. We would like to say a huge thank you to all of you. Now on to the KITCHEN FITTER, James Dando from Precision, Carpentry and Building was recommended by Howdens and boy we hit the jackpot with this guy. Nothing was too much trouble, ie pull out kick board to stand on for short asses and also made me a leprechaun cupboard. Don’t google cus I made that up for our drawer cupboard, that’s vertical instead of horizontal so I can access corner cupboard. No photos as yet as kitchen still waiting to be painted. My hubby has not been awarded any stars 🌟as yet as no paintbrushes and rollers have been seen in the vacanity. We live in hope. TTFN for now. Min xx
A big thank you to the HowdensTeam for all their help and advice and great quality cabinets... a special thank you to Lee for all his support and design expertise, he even managed to find space for my dishwasher. I would certainly recommend Howdens and if I ever have to install a new kitchen again I would use them. I must mention Russ the delivery driver he was also helpful and nothing too much Trouble ...great crowd

Helpful staff . Tidy and organised store . Generally a good atmosphere .Great range of stock.
Cheerful member of staff was very helpful in showing the colours & textures of kitchens designs available, then he took down details to pass onto a kitchen designer who got in contact within 48 hours to set a date to come measure & give free quote.
Very polite and professional service. There isn't much of a showroom but they are very willing to create a design for you.
