Ian, Clive, Mason and team have just completed our kitchen installation. We are highly delighted with the results and can fully recommend the top level professionalism of the work carried out, the products used and the courteous manner of all the team. Ian was on hand from the beginning, throughout the many planning meetings we had with him. He visited us whenever we had a query or needed advice which he provided in spades. He guided us through the whole process without pushing us into any decisions. Ian was very patient with us! A number of my friends have used Kitchens Unique over the years. All of them have been extremely impressed with the results and they came highly recommended to us. The team worked incredibly hard throughout the heatwave and the installation was completed on time within two weeks (including a new ceiling). We had our kitchen and utility area completed by Ian, Mason and Clive, who supplied and fitted everything at the end of May 2025. They worked through an incredibly hot week during the heatwave and continued to give their best despite the challenging conditions. We’re absolutely delighted with the quality of the workmanship - the whole process felt like a well-oiled machine from start to finish. Before choosing Kitchens Unique, I was going round in circles arranging appointments with companies like Magnet and Howdens, but I’m so glad we ended up going with Ian. He’s incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to kitchens and is genuinely a trustworthy, reliable and approachable person. Thanks Ian for answering the millions of questions I had and being constantly on hand to help me get to the kitchen I wanted. We recently had our kitchen, bar area, utility and storeroom done and we’re really happy with how it all turned out. Communication was good throughout and everything felt pretty straightforward. The install itself was excellent – you can tell there was a real emphasis on doing a good job and not just rushing through it. Plenty of care and attention to detail. Price was very reasonable for what we got, and all the recommendations Ian made along the way were actually spot on, which made a big difference in the end. Big thing for me was dealing with a smaller team that actually care about the work, rather than a big company where you just feel like another job on the list. Would definitely recommend 👍

This ranges from designing plans on a computer, helping pick out styles and colours of units as well as specialist appliances and shelves. Ian was professional and courteous throughout. When it came to the install day, the turnaround was extremely quick and the team completed the task in little to no time. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get a new kitchen.
We needed a company to fit our new kitchen for us quite quickly and Ian and his team were extremely helpful in accommodating this. From first communication, to starting the job, they slotted us in within a few weeks and took 4 days to fit our new one. They were reasonably priced, very efficient and always early to start the day. I felt very happy leaving them in our home and would recommend them to anyone.
It was a very informed decision to hire them and I got it right. I had many different people quoting the job; some were cheaper, but I wouldn't like my kitchen to be done by someone who says: "I am a carpenter and I can do some plumbing". Others were a complete ripoff instead. I couldn't believe when I heard that they would need two, three or even four weeks for such a small kitchen. Kitchens Unique did the work in 4 and 1/2 days, very efficient, coming on time every day, to a high standard, finding the easy way to resolve unexpected issues, and with a price in line with the average other kitchen professionals would ask for. I definitely recommend them. They are proper kitchen professionals and they know what to do without nasty surprises.

We evaluated a couple of different kitchen installers but settled on Ian because he managed the kitchen design and order in addition to installation - and is based locally. Ian is extremely responsive, detail-oriented, and professional. We asked him a million questions and responded to every one of them in a timely fashion, which was extremely appreciated! Coming up with the final design was a collaborative process with just the right balance of incorporating our ideas and taking into account his experience - both in terms of function/layout and appearance. He and his team were on time for installation and completed it efficiently with a very nice finish. Out of all the contractors we have worked with, Ian definitely is one of the top ones. Now having used our new kitchen for a couple of months we are so so pleased. We’re super happy we went with Ian and his team, and would strongly recommend them to others!
Ian and his team are fantastic, from producing a bespoke design through to completion it was faultless. Ian project manages and ensures it is all delivered exactly to schedule within record time and efficiency of 2 weeks. They truly are unique as the name goes as nothing is too much trouble and he accommodated all our bespoke needs. He also recommends suppliers for flooring and worktop who are just as professional at the best prices. We could not be happier and our kitchen really does look showroom.

The whole experience with Ian and the team at Kitchens Unique, from first contact to the work being completed, was so smooth and stress-free. Ian is super responsive, reliable, punctual and knowledgeable. The team worked together like a well-oiled machine and completed the work really efficiently to a high standard. We went to a quite a few of the major retailers as well as a smaller independent kitchen company before contacting Kitchens Unique. It was getting to the point where we would have had to pay way more than our budget for quality products that we could trust, or go for a supplier which was within budget but with an inferior product. It was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone who wasn’t trying to sell us anything or compromise on what we wanted. Ian was able to create the exact kitchen we wanted, within our budget, and he took care of supplying all the materials. Any extra requests or things we changed our mind on were absolutely no problem. We are delighted with our new kitchen and I would 100% recommend Kitchens Unique to anyone.

We used Kitchens Unique to fit our kitchen which was designed and supplied by another company. Communication with Ian from day one was very good. He set out a clear programme of work and guided us through the whole process. He and his team were very professional and had a clear and well organised working methodology that meant there was minimum disruption to our day to day routine during the installation. The quality of their work was of a very high standard and we would have no reservations recommending them to anyone else who is thinking of using them for kitchen fitting.

We can’t recommend Kitchens Unique highly enough! Ian and his team (Clive and Mason) supplied and installed our kitchen in November, and they were absolutely brilliant throughout. Ian (the owner) was by far the most responsive, organised and conscientious person we have ever worked with. From promptly delivering the quote at the beginning, to happily offering to come over whenever we needed after then to show/lend us as many samples as we needed to see, and his many, many quick & helpful replies to our emails, helping to sort out kitchen design, until we were all happy everything was perfect. His advice about kitchen design was incredibly helpful and he also anticipates any potential issues that could occur at the outset, so there are no surprises or delays later down the line and there is a solution already in place by the time the work starts. There was also zero sales pressure throughout, which we really appreciated. Ian gave us a very clear timeline of the planned installation at the beginning, and everything went exactly like clockwork & perfectly to time. The whole operation was clearly a very well oiled machine. He and his team were incredibly efficient and meticulous, and their work was of a very high standard, with a great eye for detail. Their products were all of excellent quality also, and it shows. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Ian and his team have built us the most beautiful kitchen, with attention to detail at every turn, with clarity about timetable and ordering deadlines, and plenty of patience in the run up. Ian answers queries rapidly and honestly, with no sales pressure whatsoever to sign up and get started. I cannot fault Kitchens Unique, who completely the build in less than 10 days, minimising disruption, cleaning and tidying every day, and leaving us with a kitchen to be proud of.
Ian and his team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ian gave excellent advice during the design process, and was always available for questions & to bring numerous samples over. During the work his team were courteous and tried to be as tidy as is possible when ripping out a kitchen! I am a perfectionist which can be challenging, but Ian's team's work has been top notch and the finish on things is excellent. We are really pleased with the kitchen, and wouldn't hesitate to use Ian again.
Ian and his team were very professional. Ian took time to always answer our questions promptly and provide examples of carcasses and door fronts. He was happy to make several visits before we decided to choose him. The team worked incredibly hard and very efficiently together. They arrived on time and were always happy to explain what they were doing and discuss options with us. They made the upheaval of living without a kitchen for a few days as painless as possible. The team cleaned up well and removed all the debris quickly. We would be happy to highly recommend them.
Ian and his team were first class from start to finish, from the initial design to the thorough clear up at completion. Ian and his team were amazing from start to finish. Ian is passionate about providing very high quality work and was a great organiser. Units and everything arrived with precision and he was always on hand to answer questions along the way. His fitter of the worktops said the units were fitted to absolute perfection as no spacers were needed at all. I still have the floor to do but the photos below shows the finished units and worktops from affordable granite. Would not hesitate to recommend kitchens unique to anyone! Simon
Ian at Kitchens Unique Epsom has been brilliant from start to finish with our kitchen and utility replacement. He took onboard our design ideas and quickly produced a CGI view of our new space and sent a quote which was far better value & quality (using real wooden doors) than others such as Wren and Wickes. During the work Ian and his team were on time each day, clean and tidy and always on hand to check if any decisions were to be made. There were no hidden costs or add ons to the quote, finished the 2 jobs on time & always answered any of our questions - Would highly recommend!

Ian and Clive fitted our next kitchen and it exceeded our expectations, we are delighted with the change that has turned the kitchen into one that we can fully use. The advice given on how to configure was excellent and made major improvements to how the kitchen function. A fully professional service, on time, the enabling works planned in advance so that we could decorate prior to fixing, every day the kitchen was cleaned and there was no mess All the work is of a high quality, selection of appliances spot on, all professionally delivered. We have already recommended to neighbours and friends without hesitation The personal touch knowing that the person quoting and designing is going to be the installer provides extra comfort
Ian designed and fitted our kitchen for us. He uses great quality materials (solid wood) and actually worked out better value than every one of the major kitchen retainers we got quotes with. I also appreciated that Ian works with an electrician, plumber, tiler and closely with a quartz worktop manufacturer. This meant that the quote included most of the above and there weren’t any surprise costs - pretty much every other kitchen quote we got did not include these and we would have had to source the extra contractors ourselves. After the work was completed Ian has stayed in touch to ensure everything is working well. Was also great to have Ian as a contact, readily available and actually doing the work himself so understood any query.

We were really pleased with our kitchen. From start to finish Ian was professional, approachable and was happy to answer all my questions. Even though the flooring we purchased seperatly for Ian to fit, was not perfect, he was determined to make it look great. Our kitchen now looks lovely.

The work was done efficiently and to a very high standard, everything was extremely well organised and there were no hitches at all---despite working through the 40C heatwave this summer.
