Five stars for the team at Schmidt! If you’re looking for a kitchen that isn't made of the flimsy stuff you find at other places, this is the place. The build quality is top-tier—solid, durable, and clearly engineered to a higher standard. We were considering Wren when getting a new kitchen for our house, but was put off by mixed reviews. We've now had our Schmidt for over 3 years and safe to say handles, hingles are still all intact and kitchen still looks as good as new! A massive thank you to Asam and Hanisha for their incredible service. Their design expertise was spot on, and they made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend them if you want premium quality and a team that truly cares about the details!
I recently had my kitchen designed and installed by SCHMIDT Epsom | Kitchens, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the initial consultation, Hanisha and Asam demonstrated a strong understanding of both design and functionality. Asam and Hanisha are masters of their craft, the experience was personal, meticulously managed, and their advice was always spot on. I can’t recommend them enough, we loved the experience and the kitchen is an even better than we could have imagined. Their attention to detail leaves nothing to chance and their flexible approach meant we were able to adjust things as the need arose (for example when our space changed a bit due to additional works being done mid process). I can’t recommend them and their kitchens highly enough.

Hanisha provides excellent customer service throughout the whole kitchen design process. We are very pleased with our Schmidt Epsom experience with both Asam & Hanisha. Both were very professional and were never pushy with anything. They made sure we were 100% happy with everything and were transparent throughout the whole process. We unfortunately had some issues with delivery and a damaged item however it was sorted smoothly by them. We can’t wait to use our new kitchen and are so happy with the experience we had with Schmidt Epsom. We would highly recommend!
Three years ago we had a kitchen from Schmidt in Epsom. We loved everything about it, from the design process, the quality of materials, the fitting and also the aftercare. So much so that when we moved house last year we went back to Asam and Hanisha to get another kitchen. Yet again I can't sing their praises high enough, it's more than just a business to them, they are personally invested in the experience and will go the extra mile to make sure everything is as you want it. When you combine Asam's eye for detail in the planning with Hanisha's flair for design you know you are in good hands. We now have a brand new kitchen of the highest quality which has been fitted with such precision that I'm sure it will be a long time before we need another kitchen. Unless of course we move house again in which case we will be paying another visit to Asam and Hanisha at Schmidt.
Schmidt Epsom designed, supplied and fitted our superb new kitchen and utility room as part of a ground floor extension project. Hanisha came up with a very stylish and practical design, based on architect’s drawings, patiently taking us through all the various options. Installation dovetailed perfectly with our builder’s schedule, and the fitting itself was carried out to a very high standard. Some minor issues were sorted out promptly. The Schmidt furniture itself is well designed and manufactured and has some innovative features that we really appreciate. Hanisha and Asam’s professionalism and enthusiasm for our project and their accessibility when we had questions, took the stress out of what we know from others can be a difficult process. We would not hesitate to recommend Schmidt Epsom.

We were complete novices and started with a blank sheet of paper but we were guided through every step of the design stage, working with our budget & timescales and then working with builders as and when required during installation. Our purchase was for bedroom fitted wardrobes wall to wall. Asaam & Haisha great to work with, no hard sell at all, they just worked with what we wanted. Range of finishes best we found. Whole process very professional, including installation. Extremely happy with finished product. Would recommend.

We moved into a new apartment which had a fitted kitchen but lacked cupboard space so we needed a new kitchen island to be fitted. Having looked at a few options we decided on Schmidt based on the professionalism of Hanisha and Asam who did an excellent job in ensuring the size and design of the island met our needs and complemented the remainder of the kitchen. The 360 virtual reality also helped us get a better understanding of how the island would fit in. The island was fitted in Jan/Feb 24 by BSF Consumables and Precision Stone who both did outstanding jobs and the result is a kitchen island we're very much delighted with. The quality of the Schmidt product is outstanding as is the worktop/waterfall so we have no hesitation in recommending the Schmidt team of Hanisha and Asan.
I cannot recommend Assam and Hanisha enough. They have been so helpful throughout our purchase and design of my new kitchen. They have been approachable and have answered any queries I had and always prompt with emails and delivery notices. Five stars for a fabulous kitchen, from start to finish. Hanisha was great in her designs and suggestions.
My husband and I are super happy with our new kitchen that was designed and fitted by Schmidt Epsom! Hanisha & Asam were so friendly and professional when we first met them, Hanisha listened to what we wanted and Asam asked questions to make sure we were getting everything we needed and more! I was so impressed when Hanisha showed us the final plan, not to mention the installation team they work with! We will be recommending Schmidt Epsom to anyone that mentions they are redesigning their kitchen and will definitely be visiting them again for further fits and storage solutions. Unfortunately, my experience was perhaps the worst experience I have had of renovations. Initially I was impressed by the service, however, once we moved onto the build stage things went from bad to worse. Hanisha had not designed the sink around the existing pipes, which later I found out is the first rule of kitchen design. Consequently, we had to re-design on the fly which cost around £600 extra in units. When the units were delivered, they were damaged and had to be returned and replaced, as we had already had the old kitchen removed, we were then told that we had to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a kitchen. We lived without ANY kitchen for nearly three months as when the re-delivery occurred the units were again damaged. In the end it took over three months for the kitchen to be done. When I asked for a discount or compensation, they pointed out in the small print that I have waived that right. Finally, the kitchen was complete and I decided I would rather have the extra unit space rather than a waste disposal unit - it was still in the box but I was told it was too late for the supplier to take it back. When I complained about this, they told me that I shouldn't have altered the design of the Kitchen - even though the design was only altered because of a mistake they made and had nothing to do with the waiting time to replace the damaged units. AWFUL STUFF!!! Please try to avoid if you can & a helpful tip is: try to find a kitchen supplier who can replace units within a shorter time frame if they arrive damaged. Even a little something would have been a spoonful of sugar to help me feel better about a cacophony of disasters; this was adamantly refused and just added to my feeling that they really DID NOT CARE.

Last year we did a bit of window shopping at Schmidt in Epsom with a dream of possibly changing a few units to modernise our tired kitchen. Once inside we were greeted by Asam who listened then showed us the range & quality of their products & along with Hanisha the colour guru gave us a vision of what we could achieve. They were so helpful with great ideas & they have now just installed the kitchen of our dreams, It truly has a wow factor which was brought to life by them & their team of excellent installers. It feels like a showroom! From idea to completion it’s been a pleasure dealing with Schmidt at Epsom...bedroom next!
Schmidt couldn’t do enough to help us and really went the extra mile to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible, from the design phase onwards. They even ensured our children were entertained so we could spend time in the shop with the plans. This focus on customer service proved invaluable since our building project as a whole overran massively. Nonetheless, Schmidt adjusted and accommodate and ensured that we had everything exactly when needed, the managers even driving to collect and deliver parts themselves to help us out. The quality of materials is just as good as the slick but personable showroom experience promises and we truly felt we were making a good investment. Two years on, the building work is still not finished but the kitchen looks superb and has been an oasis of calm. We still pinch ourselves when we go in the room as the design and outcome have changed the way we live. Highly recommended; so glad we chose Schmidt over other local options.
We used Schmidt to design and supply a new kitchen and fitted furniture in our bedrooms and study during a full refurbishment of our house. We are delighted by the results. There is not a thing We would change about the kitchen, which shows the attention to detail during the design process. We love using it everyday. The house looks polished and modern and we think it was good value for money for the service we received.
Our apartment is fairly new, but the kitchen design did not meet our ideal requirements and our needs as we get older. We decided to go with Schmidt after looking at a few other kitchen companies. From the start we were impressed with the design process based on our basic plan. After a few minor revisions we approved the final plan. The installation process went smoothly and we are delighted with our new kitchen. The design works well for us in the way we had hoped. Based on our experience we would not hesitate in recommending Schmidt-Epsom , the whole team were there to discuss any issues and clarify any points to ensure a problem free installation and happy clients.

We are so happy with our kitchen that we purchased through Schmidt Epsom, Nirav and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with through the full process. After visiting various other showrooms and having multiple designs mocked up we weren't quite happy, Nirav designed us the perfect kitchen and now that its fitted we really couldn't be happier. Everything was delivered on time and the kitchen feels sturdy and of great quality. We have been most impressed with the after sales service we received from Schmidt Epsom, in the day and age where good customer service seems to be well and truly dead, to work with a team who have called us to check we are happy with everything, been available to take calls at 10pm (Sorry Nirav) and just overall been lovely people - it is truly refreshing, thanks guys!
We are delighted with our new Schmidt kitchen. The units are strong and really well designed with lots of nice features like the internal drawers in the main units and stylish glass shelf with lighting in the wall units. The whole project worked well from the initial discussions in the showroom to the completion of the installation and all of the building works. Many thanks to Nirav, Asam and Hanisha at Schmidt Epsom for their ideas and input into the design, planning and overall organisation. We were very impressed by Boyan and the whole BSF Construction team, including Dimitri, Roman and the rest of the guys. The quality of their workmanship, timekeeping, cleaning up, hard work and the extra effort they put in to make sure the finished product was exactly what we wanted.
We unfortunately purchased a Schmidt kitchen through a different Schmidt dealer and have had a dreadful experience. Asam from Schmidt Epsom has gone out of his way to try and help us on a couple of occasions to try and ensure the best outcome for us. If this is the great service Schmidt Epsom offer non-customers, I can only imagine the high level of care they provide to their own customers!! The Schmidt product is absolutely fantastic and offers wonderful flexibility. The equivalent German kitchen suppliers are either completely inflexible in their design or are £5-10k more expensive. Just make sure you pick designers and fitters who are experienced and highly skilled to do the product justice!! If I could go back in time, I would have chosen the Epsom store to design and fit my Schmidt kitchen!! Thank you for your help!

Excellent service, knowledge & experience during the design & planning stages with Asam – he had great ideas and carefully matched solutions to our kitchen space, which was absent from the other kitchen providers we had considered. The team were great with communication throughout the process and the attention to detail with delivery & QC checks provided great peace of mind during a critical stage of our kitchen extension. Nirav, Asam and Hanisha from the Epsom office have been amazing from planning of the kitchen which was part of a new extension so we were able to create an what we wanted right through to delivery. You will not be disappointed with quality of the kitchens and our fitters described the hinges as the rolls Royce of hinges they were also very impressed with not only the quality of it all but also with the hands on help that the Nirav and Asam offered with any questions my fitters had. We have had our new Schmidt kitchen now for a few months and can honestly say we couldn’t be happier and it has exceeded our expectations so would highly recommend Schmidt.

Our stupendous new Schmidt kitchen has transformed our house. We couldn’t be more pleased. The Schmidt units are well made and stylish; the installation and accompanying building work, carried out by Schmidt’s local building partner, is of the highest quality and attention to detail; and the flexibility and helpfulness of the local Schmidt Directors during the project was exemplary. Highly recommended.
We had a productive first meeting with Nirav at Schmidt Epsom, he was engaging and after noting our ideas was able to provide a great first draft of the kitchen including the range and colour. There was no hard sales tactic that we had experienced with other kitchen designers and communication thereafter was excellent. Nirav was very patient in dealing with our design adjustments which was reassuring. Schmidt did two site visits and ensured the delivery process was smooth and although we had some factory issues with some of the units, Nirav swiftly rectified the issues and kept us updated. The kitchen (now fitted) looks brilliant, and we’ve received a lot of compliments already. The units themselves are very well made, and the Schmidt extras (eg matting within the drawer units) are a lovely touch - thanks to Nirav, Asam and Hanisha, would highly recommend!
Asam, Hanishsa and Vienna have all been fantastic from start to finish and are well worthy of the 5 stars! Vienna was excellent in helping us to design our dream kitchen. She listened to everything we wanted and came up with some great ideas as well, I’ve worked with several kitchen designers over the years but she is by far the best. As for Asam and Hanishsa, their aftersales and customer service have been superb.They continuously kept us update with the delivery of the kitchen and although we experienced a couple of minor problems, they dealt with them quickly and effectively. All in all, this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a kitchen and would recommend them to anyone and defiantly use them again in the future!! We have had a Schmidt kitchen for over 31 years, and when it came to having a new kitchen installed, we chose to go to Schmidt in Epsom. From the first meeting with Nirav, the designer, we knew it would be a good job, based on his attention to detail. Nirav and his colleagues Hanisha and Assam looked after the project from the beginning until the end. The kitchen fitters led by Boyan of BSF Construction, were hard-working, friendly and they did a brilliant job. All-in-all, we couldn't be happier. Our kitchen looks amazing. Our experience with Schmidt was excellent. What a pleasure for a change to have plumbers,tilers, carpenters and electricians arrive on time as scheduled, and have the job of installation proceeding like clockwork. As for the finished product, we now have a beautiful contemporary kitchen that is superbly crafted. The whole process was a pleasure.
We are very pleased with our new kitchen from Schmidt Epsom. The quality of the kitchen is great, all prebuilt in Germany. The delivery of the kitchen was on schedule. Assam and his team offer great customer service, always be there if we have any question or any issue occurs fix them without any quibble. Throughout the project. they are very helpful in liaising with builders, a pleasure to deal with them. The builders/ fitters working with them are great too! good at details, trust worthy. nice people. recommend! if we have another project in the future. we will definetely use them again.
