We have engaged with Two Guys Kitchens & Bathrooms on a couple of occasions whilst updating bathrooms / cloakrooms at home. Dan's extensive product knowledge and helpful design advice has proved invaluable to us and we would thoroughly recommend their bathroom design service. It is well worth visiting their showroom in Basingstoke to see the products on display.
Had a full kitchen refit with Two Guys replacing the kitchen, flooring, appliances and adding underfloor heating and new radiators and lighting. Really pleased with service from start to finish and the quality of the kitchen units. Heather did a great job with the design and options created, going through multiple iterations with us to get it right, and Andy and the team were fantastic on the fit. Really clear timelines provided, and updates given and the end result is fantastic and has transformed the space - just what we pictured it as.
We would highly recommend Two Guy’s to our family and friends. From the initial design stage with Heather, who helped us create a kitchen that perfectly suited our needs, to the planning and scheduling of the trades with Jo, and finally the installation by Bruce, every step of the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The communication throughout was excellent, the project ran smoothly, and the workmanship was of a very high standard. Our Masterplan kitchen is of outstanding quality, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result.

Two Guys fitted kitchen in my old house 25 years ago. When I came to sourcing a reputable company I was a bit worried, especially since unhappy customers of other companies were featuring in the media. One in particular sprang to mind had a tank in their car park 😟 Then I remembered Two Guys and I am so glad I did. I thought if they are still local and owned by the same couple, then they must be good. After deciding to enquire with Two Guys the whole process was nothing short of smooth and seamless. To booking the appointment for Heather to visit, the planning and tweaking of the design to Jo planning the schedule for the team of workmen to come together to perform miracles, was amazing. No worries about substandard work, tradesman not turning up or arriving late. The team that Two Guys employ are quite simply amazing. Really polite and respectful and above all great at what they do. I felt that having the whole process co-ordinated by Two Guys took the pressure off me. They met every criteria that I expected from a company. I could go on but I won’t. If you are looking for a new kitchen, and do not have the contacts , skills or time to do the job yourself, don’t look any further -Two Guys are the best 👍
We are delighted with our new kitchen and the excellent service received throughout the installation. From the initial kitchen design by Heather who has a great deal of knowledge and experience and supported us throughout the decision making process. The workmanship from the installation team has been first class by all involved, initially by Bruce who fitted the kitchen units paying great attention to detail and always leaving everything tidy at the end of the day. Jo coordinated every aspect of the installation project ensuring excellent communication throughout , any questions and minor issues that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The after care and back up service has been excellent - giving us complete confidence that customer service genuinely matters to the Company. We would not hesitate to recommend Two Guys to anyone considering a new kitchen. We would like to thank the entire Team for their hard work.
We have just had our 2nd kitchen installed by Two Guys and cannot recommend them highly enough. Once again we are thrilled with our new kitchen of NEFF appliances, Hacker cabinets and quartz worktops. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly with Two Guys managing the whole project, scheduling in the various tradesmen. It was very much a team effort with all the trades liaising with each other. Heather, the designer, was very friendly and experienced- she seemed to know exactly what we wanted! The different trades were all extremely professional diligent and friendly- they come into your house, get on with the job and nothing is too much trouble. Bruce, our fitter, had fitted our previous kitchen 17 years ago and we were delighted to find he was still at Two Guys and scheduled to fit our new kitchen. Bruce has done another excellent job. Jo and Tony kept in touch throughout the process and we felt well looked after. Thank you.
I cannot recommend Two Guys enough for anyone looking to fit a new kitchen. The service from start to finish has been seamless. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is handled with the upmost efficiency and professionalism. Heather our planner is so experienced every detail is covered and you feel in very good hands throughout. Jo is amazingly helpful and efficient and went above and beyond to help us secure a manufacture cashback offer. Andy , the fitter, was so diligent and a total perfectionist and takes pride in his work. Our kitchen looks amazing and we are so pleased. It looks high end without the price tag attached. We had our old kitchen ( different house) fitted by Two Guys 20 years ago and it is still going strong and looks as good as the day it was fitted. This is testament to the quality they provide and the service then was as good as it is now. If you're looking for a kitchen I wouldn't hesitate but go to their showroom and have a look. Two Guys designed and fitted our kitchen 12 years ago and we have been extremely happy with it. Recently we requested some remedial work following a leak from the room above. Tony and Jo were very quick to help and organise the work and Bruce the fitter (who had originally fitted the kitchen) did an excellent job to remove and then refit a full height cupboard after the leak repair. It now looks as good as new. We'd recommend Two Guys unreservedly.
We were recommended to Two Guys by family, the whole process was so smooth, easy, and quick! From our initial design appointment to finished kitchen was 2 and a half months! Designing our kitchen with Heather was relaxed and no pressure, and with so many options meant we could design a kitchen that fit our wants and needs. The scariest thing we found when starting our search for a new kitchen with other companies was the uncertainty of extra costs for additional work like plumbing, electrics, plaster, and flooring. This was not a problem with Two Guys, they quote for the whole job, start to finish with everything included, which meant we knew exactly what it was going to cost! All the trades we're brilliant, everyone was friendly, chatty and genuinely invested in providing a high quality finish. Our fitter Bruce was great, super friendly and really accommodating. Everything was organised and scheduled and we felt informed every step of the process. We are so happy with our new kitchen, it has made our kitchen feel bigger, it's just a joy to cook in, the finish of everything is just spot on. We highly recommend Two Guys!
This is the second time we have used Two Guys for our renovation projects. The service is excellent from design right through to installation. Every member of the team is friendly and helpful and get really involved. I would recommend their services every time.
We chose Two Guys following recommendations from two separate sets of friends and being underwhelmed by some of the big showroom brands. We are both busy with work and appreciated the fact that the whole thing was project managed: during the actual installation there was something scheduled almost every day so that the process was done efficiently. Heather took her time with us during the planning process and our many wobbles about various decisions. Bruce was our fitter who did a thorough job - we love the kitchen. All the tradesmen involved were very good and we have collected their details for future projects. Jo has been in touch throughout and beyond to ensure we are happy. We will have no hesitation in using two Guys when it comes to updating the bathrooms.
Within ten days of visiting Two Guys showroom they sourced, delivered and fitted my new Neff double oven. Now that's what I call service. A big thank you to all concerned.

We explored three quite different quotes for our new kitchen and quickly felt a lot more comfortable working with Two Guys. The planners at the other suppliers were fine, but each of their offerings came with downsides, to our minds. Most significant of all, unlike the others, Two Guys take full control of organising their various specialist tradesmen to a timetable, meaning we are not responsible for having to choose and then ensure the electrician, plumber, tiler, floor layer and kitchen fitter do their parts on time. It's all handled by Two Guys, with one point of contact. This immediately set them apart from Wickes and Howdens. And it turned out that the specialist tradesmen they use are excellent; in fact, we now have a list of trusted guys we may call on in the future. Meanwhile, their own kitchen fitter, Bruce, did a superb job of fitting the Hacker cabinets, draws etc. We must also give a shout out to Heather, who designed the kitchen and was superb in carefully suggesting (not pushing) ideas we wouldn't have thought of. And Jo for overseeing the fit and keeping in touch throughout. The time they put in at the start with us, especially Heather, turning ideas into a plan, was a huge part of getting us the kitchen we hoped for. A nice kitchen costs; there's no getting around that. Two Guys may come across as a little more expensive - their showroom is far and away the best we saw - but then you have to factor in the higher quality of the Hacker kitchen units we chose, the quality of work they delivered, and the superb way they organised everything. With Two Guys we got a full quote that covered everything - with the others it was much more difficult to know what the final bill would be. Truthfully, we expected to have to pay more for a bespoke service and we can't recommend them enough, based on our experience.
We are delighted with our amazingTwo Guys kitchen and pantry. The whole process was a joy, made so easy by Heather's flexible and friendly approach to the design. Thanks to her, we now have a kitchen that is beautiful, functional and timeless. And I don't think I could ever live without a pantry again - a small but completely transformational space. Andy was brilliant, professional and friendly during the installation and the rest of the team were equally responsive and helpful. I would (and have already) recommend Two Guys without hesitation.

I'm so pleased to have found Two Guys. I had been searching for some replacement parts for an existing kitchen bought elsewhere. Other kitchen companies weren't interested in helping me out or didn't bother respond to my email/phone messages but Two Guys were brilliant. Responsive, friendly and super helpful with prompt delivery: I definitely recommend them.
We are delighted with our new kitchen. Heather is a brilliant designer. Bruce was a superb kitchen fitter and Craftsman we are absolutely delighted. The schedule we were given worked seamlessly. The electrician , plumber and plasterer were excellent too. Thank you Two Guys.
If you are looking for a full service from the planning through to the installation then I would highly recommend Two Guys. The planning stage was completed really well and there are endless options in terms of the kitchens and components you can have. They use a very experienced, polite and reliable team of installers, plumbers, plasterers and electricians which makes the process as pain free as possible. The end result was identical to the initial designs and the kitchens is of a very high quality.
We recently had our new kitchen planned and installed by Two Guys, and we are absolutely delighted with the entire experience from start to finish. The service provided by the whole team was excellent, and every stage of the project was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. A special thank you goes to Heather for her patience and support throughout the planning process. She guided us through many questions and several design changes, always remaining helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Her input made the whole planning stage much easier and ensured we ended up with a layout that works perfectly for us. We were also extremely impressed with all the trades involved — the electricians, plumbers, and flooring team — who worked seamlessly together to keep everything on schedule. However, we must give particular praise to Andy, our kitchen fitter. His work was exceptional. He put in incredibly long hours, including evenings and weekends, to make sure the installation stayed on track. Throughout the entire process he was friendly, helpful, and meticulous in everything he did. His commitment and craftsmanship have played a huge part in the final result. We are thrilled with our new kitchen — the layout, the quality of the products, and the overall finish are exactly what we hoped for, if not better. It’s truly a dream come true, and we keep pinching ourselves that it’s finally ours. This was a long-awaited project, and the outcome has certainly matched, if not exceeded, our expectations. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this fantastic team.

This is the 3rd kitchen we’ve had over the past 25years (different houses), we wouldn’t use anyone else. From design to completion, with thanks to Heather, Bruce, Jo and all the tradespeople, we now have an absolutely stunning new kitchen of our dreams. If you want a company who’ll take the stress out of helping you realise a custom designed luxury kitchen, then choose Two Guys! At the start of the process, the wonderful Heather is great at listening to what you need & want from your kitchen, and her very first design was perfectly tailored for us. Over the next couple of visits, Heather carefully guided us through selecting the finishing details and left us feeling really excited to get started. Jo provided us with a handy schedule of works showing exactly what was going to happen and who would be doing the work each day. We have to say that each and every one of those assigned to our project were a pleasure to have in our home; Steve & Ryan on electrics, Dave on plumbing, Lee on plastering, Darrell, Charlie & Arran on flooring, Kevin on delivery, and the amazing Bruce on fitting & perfecting - a brilliant band!! They all worked happily and diligently, despite the high temperatures we were experiencing. Bruce (the name caused some comical moments as our dog is a Bruce too!), who did the bulk of the fitting, was an absolute star and our beautiful finished kitchen reflected his level of skill. Other companies they contract to provide worktops and splash backs were great too. A couple of avoidable snags prolonged the process but were efficiently remedied, and we are so happy and impressed with our new kitchen! Thanks go to everyone for their hard work - what an asset to Two Guys they are! We are very happy to recommend their amazing service and beautifully crafted kitchens.
We cannot praise Two Guys enough. We had an absolutely beautiful kitchen renovation done nearly 2 years ago. This was no small job as we wanted the wall knocked down between kitchen and dining room making one big kitchen diner. We went away leaving them alone to get on with it for most of the time and returned to an absolutely immaculate kitchen diner. Unfortunately though a few weeks ago we discovered a leak (not their fault) behind one of the cabinets near a soil stack. It wasn't just a case of removing the cabinet as the cabinet had been adjusted to fit around a soil stack. Rather than call a plumber and let them rip our lovely cabinets apart we first called Two Guys who I must say were absolutely brilliant. They sent Bruce who carefully removed the cabinet so we could find the leak and have our plumber fix it. Two Guys then ordered replacement parts for us, as some of the cabinet and kick board had become water damaged. Bruce then returned and refitted the cabinet around the awkward soil stack and replaced the kick board for us. We really are so glad we used this company, we really thought we would have an absolute nightmare trying to fix this leak. Thank You so very much.
Having had our new kitchen fitted by Two Guys in May this year, we then went on to have our bathroom renovated by them a few weeks ago. We were very impressed not only with the design team, Heather in the case of the kitchen and Dan in respect of the bathroom, but also with the highly skilled and professional installation teams. Both the kitchen and bathroom were completed on schedule and to a very high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending this company if you require a new kitchen or bathroom.

After having quotes from a number of kitchen companies, we were delighted when Two Guys were able to offer everything on our wish list for our new kitchen within our budget. The design process was smooth with lots of choice and guidance. As our project was quite large there were always going to be small issues along the way, but Two Guys were always there at the end of the phone or email to address any questions or queries. Our fitter was extremely diligent in his work and communicated with us throughout the project - so neat and tidy too! We are thrilled with the finished look and design. We would highly recommend Two Guys and 100% would use them again in the future.
Another great installation of what was our third kitchen plus a bathroom from Two Guys, over the last 17 years. We are delighted with the outcome as can be seen in the before and after photo and super impressed by the level of professionalism from the entire Two Guys team. A big thank you to Heather for the design work in making it all fit so beautifully into the space and a special thanks to Bruce for travelling to the IOW to fit the kitchen. Due to the age of the property some of the furniture had to be modified on site to make it fit and with Bruce being a perfectionist you could not see the difference between the units from the factory and the units that Bruce modified. The quality of his workmanship was outstanding. It goes without saying that we would not have come back for a third kitchen if we had not been 100% happy in the past so we would fully recommend Two Guys - an excellent local company who really care about the quality of the finished product!
We have used Two Guys for several projects over the last five years or so. A small kitchen alteration and a couple of complete bathroom renovations. Every time we have used them we have had nothing but excellent service from the whole team but especially Dan and Heather. Dan designed the bathrooms and Heather planned our kitchen alteration. So when we were planning a complete new kitchen and utility room, we had no hesitation in asking Heather to design it for us. She has been an enormous help to us throughout the project. Her genius, patience and support have enabled us to get through the process of firstly having the kitchen extended which was difficult, to say the least, and took twice as long as we were told as these projects often do. She has been on our wavelength from the outset and planned the perfect kitchen/utility for us. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever the question, the answer was always yes. When we eventually got to the point of having the kitchen installed, Jo was a great help and Andy, the fitter, pulled out all the stops to get the job done with as little disruption as possible. So we can’t recommend Two Guys highly enough and are now planning another little project for them very soon.
The showroom and bathroom design assistance is of a good standard, matches other established companies in the area. The final product and workmanship is of a good quality, however, taking 6 months to finish the project and having leaking water, cascading into the rooms and electrics below, twice, incl. damaging the ceiling, does take the shine off. They do honour the warranty on workmanship and component, which is a saving grace. In summary, not cheap but results are good, decent warranty but keep a close eye on the project management, as it can drift, along with quality issues during the project. Update : Had the kitchen, dining room and utlity room revamped, new cupboards, appliances and remodeling. Design process was top notch, excellent ideas and options provided. Workmanship and finish was excellent, Fitter (Bruce) Plumber and Electrician were all conscientious, skilled and experienced; a pleasure to deal with. Genuinely made the difference; Year later, still happy. Highly recommended on the kitchen front.

Just had a new kitchen installed by Two Guys. Heather captured exactly what we wanted in a new kitchen and crammed lots into the space we have, as well as offering lots of advice and guiding us through all the design decisions to make. Jo did a great job of organising all the trades, and kept us up-to-date with who would be on site and when. The trades all turned up when expected, completing the installation on time and to a very high quality. A particular shout out also goes to Bruce who fitted the kitchen brilliantly. Could not ask the team for more - highly recommend.
Having had a New Kitchen expertly fitted by Two Guy's in our old house back in early 2000's, we had no hesitation in going to them again this time. We were not disappointed by our decision to do so, in fact the experience was a lot better this time as they have changed the way they do things by employing Jo who projects manage the whole process with all the various trades, which we think is a great idea as you are supplied with a detailed spreadsheet of who is attending on any given day and what they will be doing. If there were changes to the schedule or you had a concern, Jo always on hand to deal with it in a professional and courteous manner. We had spent a lot of time with Heather the Kitchen Designer as we kept changing our mind on different layouts, she deserves a lot of credit and a big thank you for putting up with our constant changes, but, we got there in the end. We went for the Masterclass "Hawksmoor" Range in Sea Salt, along with Neff Appliances and Quartz Worktops, and we are both truly delighted with the end result, it looks absolutely amazing. But to achieve this stunning result a big thank you must go to the various trades of, Lee the Plasterer, Dave the Plumber, Steve, Paul & Mark the Electricians, Darryl, Arran & Charley the Floor Fitters, in particular a big thank you to Arran for the brilliant job he done with the LVT Flooring in the Kitchen, it was a pattern he had not done before and the end result is amazing, to us it's what makes the choice of kitchen we chose stand out even more. The biggest thanks of all must go to Bruce the actual Kitchen Fitter, what a character, very, very meticulous and punctual in everything that he does, he does it with perfection and a smile, he's very tidy as well, always cleared up at the end of each day, it was an absolute pleasure to have him around, he is a credit to Two Guy's Kitchens. A mention also to Tony the MD who occasionally popped in to make sure that we were happy with everything and had no problems or issues ..........which on one occasion near to the end of the project there was, but this was dealt with in a professional manner with no if's or but's. The Quality of there kitchens is second to none, whether it be a German Hacker or a British Masterclass Kitchen, you are paying for quality and expertise. All in all, a wholly and enjoyable experience of which we would have no hesitation in using or recommending Two Guy's Kitchens again in the future. The end result is beyond our expectations, it's just perfect.
We are extremely pleased to with our new kitchen from Two Guys. The whole consultation from original inquiry through to design and actual installation was excellent. We were given a schedule of work outlining the whole installation program from beginning to end. The team of fitters were highly skilled and professional and the standard of their work was outstanding. The quality of the kitchen units and appliances were exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Two Guys. In fact we have been so impressed with them that we are using them again to replace our bathroom.
Had an absolutely perfect experience with Two Guys. I had a new kitchen designed and installed. Design stage was very good and quite fun too: Heather listened to all my ideas, kitchen problems and suggestions and after establishing the colours and style I was interested in quickly came up with a gorgeous design, including suggesting which appliances best suited to our needs - we didn't need to change a single one. After a couple of small design adjustments an installation date was set. Brian was our installer and he is seriously impressive: installs cupboards, appliances, does the electrics and plumbing, so the installation couldn't have been smoother. I can't believe how well and how quickly one man is able to rip out the old and perfectly install the new. It all went very smoothly and according to schedule, with the MD popping round several times to ensure I was happy and everything was perfect. Jo, our project manager, was ridiculously efficient and easy to deal with and bent over backwards to accommodate us. After installation there were 2 small snaggings to be dealt with and this was done quickly and well. I seriously can't recommend Two Guys enough. And they really were barely more expensive than Wren Kitchens, and offered a better quality and wider range. An excellent experience and we're over the moon with our new kitchen.
We could not be happier and more proud of our beautiful new kitchen. Two Guys looked after us throughout with special thanks to Heather our designer, Bruce our wonderful fitter who’s attention to detail and craftsmanship was exemplary, Jo in after sales and the other trades including Steve, Paul & Dave. The whole team made the process most enjoyable and my new appliances are a dream! I cannot recommend them enough.
We had a bathroom fitted last year and have just had a new kitchen fitted buy Two Guys. We could not fault the service and the quality of the kitchen. From the first meeting with Heather who design the kitchen and maximised the space through to the fitting. Bruce who fitted the kitchen was super helpful and friendly as were all the trades people that worked on the job. I would highly recommend using this company.
From design to completion the process was so well organised and professional. Our kitchen has been fitted with real care and attention to detail. We loved the spreadsheet we were given before the work started as it gave us a clear idea of what would be happening and when during the build. All the people involved, from Heather’s patience during the design process, to Andy’s professionalism and real skill installing the kitchen, have made the process so much easier than we expected. We absolutely love the kitchen - it is everything we hoped for and more. We would highly recommend Two Guys to anyone who would like a beautiful, functional room that is the heart of the home.
We chose Two Guys for our new kitchen and utility room because they took charge of the whole job, including knocking down a wall and blocking up a doorway, and were recommended by a friend. During the design stage they listened to our needs, made great suggestions and made it easy for us to choose between the multitude of options available. The coordination of the tradesmen was excellent and they were all professional, efficient and pleasant. Our installation began on 25th November and we were not expecting it to be finished by Christmas, but Two Guys made sure we had a fully functional kitchen and utilty room by 20th December, with only a few small jobs to be finished off in January. The kitchen and utility are lovely, spacious, easy to use and we are very satisfied with the work.
New kitchen - we went to Two Guys following a friend’s recommendation and we were not disappointed. We had a total strip out of the old kitchen and wall tiling meaning that everything from plastering was new. Heather came up with a new kitchen configuration which works very well. Bruce did the new unit installation and was very methodical and met our needs. Jo organised a tight programme of works with the supporting trades which went like clockwork and everyone involved were very friendly and cooperative. As one would expect with such a project we encountered a few problems on the way and these were dealt with quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Two Guys kitchens.

We have just had our family bathroom replaced using Two Guys for the design and supply of the whole bathroom suite, tiles and flooring. All the team at Two Guys were outstanding from start to finish, incredibly helpful and worked so efficiently as we had a very tight turnaround for our bathroom to be designed and delivered. We are thrilled with the space and would use Two Guys again without a doubt! Highly recommended.
Having decided that I wanted to change the kitchen, I visited all the kitchen fitters in Basingstoke to see what was possible, and Two Guys stood head and shoulders above the others. From walking into the showroom, speaking with the designer, the initial design stage through to kitchen installation, I was really impressed with the service I received from Two Guys. Communication was excellent throughout, they really listened to my requirements, and worked with me to make sure I fully understood the different options and resultant costs, and also were quite happy to let me know when something may not have worked in my kitchen based on my own requirements. Having Two Guys organise everything, project manage the fitting and organise the trades saved me so much stress, knowing when people were due to be in to undertake certain tasks and having them turn up when expected…….priceless. My expectations were more than met, I couldn’t be happier with the kitchen. Steve, the kitchen fitter was great! He was very friendly and meticulous in his approach, showing great attention to detail and was very considerate, cleaning away at the end of each day. The quality of work, the quality of kitchen is excellent. Two Guys managed to give me more space and a better flow in my kitchen without me losing any of the space from the dining room. While my previous kitchen was still functional, my new kitchen is a much more social space, with a flow the encourages cooking, so much so I actually bake now (well I have the settings on the oven so why not). Would I recommend Two Guys Kitchen & Bathrooms, ABSOLUTELY. To anyone looking for a new kitchen. They really do go the extra mile and take immense pride in the work they do. I am very happy with my kitchen.
We are delighted with our kitchen which was designed and installed by Two Guys. The initial, and subsequent, design meetings with Heather were relaxed and informative. The final design fully optimised the available space, producing a stunning, yet also practical layout. All of the installation team were very skilled and informative as the job progressed. There were regular site visits by Two Guys management to interact with ourselves and their installation team. The kitchen met all of our requirements and was completed within the original proposed timescale. From our experience, we would definitely recommend Two Guys for kitchen installations.

Two Guys designed and installed the kitchen of my dreams! We are delighted with the whole process and so pleased we didn't go anywhere else. The design process was easy with support given on all those difficult decisions around colours and handles etc etc. We had a timetable with details of when and what kind of work would take place. Everything was done on time and all the trades managed very well. Our fitter, Andy, was simply brilliant and carried all work out to a very high standard. Bruce finished off the last couple of bits and was a pleasure to have round. Highly recommend!

The whole process of installing my splendid kitchen went smoothly according to the schedule I was given, so I knew what was happening and who was doing it. All of the tradesmen were friendly and left everything tidy. Two Guys staff answered queries or emails promptly. I am more than happy with the new kitchen , it is friendly comfortable space and works well as a kitchen should.
We are delighted with the kitchen TwoGuys supplied and fitted. The designer, Heather, came up with a couple of inspired ideas which improved the design we'd had in mind. The fitting team were excellent and kept the place tidy. There were issues with the hob that we'd chosen which were not TwoGuys fault at all. Tony and the team were completely supportive and helped us deal with the manufacturer and when we'd tried everything; Tony was able to advise and supply an alternative option which has been excellent. I think that's something of a highlight. There are often hiccups on major renovations and what you want is a team that'll make sure it get resolved. In Tony and the team you have that. Five stars all the way. I cannot recommend Two Guys highly enough. The service, and my overall experience, was outstanding from the initial visit to the showroom right through to completion. Having had a very poor experience a couple of years ago with a large UK kitchen supplier, I was extremely anxious to go through another kitchen refit, but I needn’t have worried. Heather ‘s design was more than I could have hoped for, and the team – the two Marks, Lee, Dave, Darrell and Charlie were all great – friendly and professional - but the biggest thanks go the Bruce, who brought the whole thing to life. To say he is a perfectionist is a bit of an understatement. Not forgetting of course the quality of the product – pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.
We have recently had our kitchen completely redesigned and installed by Two Guys. The whole process from early design ideas to final sign-off was excellent. The Two Guys team showed patience and professionalism every step of the way. The project started on the planned day and every tradesperson turned up when they were meant to turn up. They treated our property with the utmost respect and always left the kitchen as clean and tidy as possible at the end of each day. We are really pleased with the quality of our new kitchen and can’t speak highly enough of the Two Guys team.
We’ve just had our kitchen refreshed and completed by Two Guys and I must say from start to finish they were superb. The design process was easy, they had the right kind of doors, cupboards and worktops and the install was a breeze - relatively speaking of course! The workmen used were fantastic - really friendly, efficient and clean. You hear so many horror stories about how wrong a new kitchen install can go but not with Two Guys. Not the cheapest but then again despite the size of the project it all went so smoothly that I’d argue good value - in fact, we’ve come back for more as they will now be doing our bathrooms too! The bathrooms have now been finished and once again we’ve been really impressed from start to finish. Dan, the bathrooms guy was patient and helped us immensely with the design process. We didn’t really know how much variety there was with everything and to be fair it took around 6 months to get it all sorted. They recommended a fabulous workman (Chris Bonsey) to complete the project and once again whilst not the cheapest, the attention to detail and overall finish is exactly what we wanted. Thanks again Two Guys, we’d be happy to recommend you to anyone looking to undertake a new kitchen/bathroom project.

Fantastic experience from start to finish... Two Guys Kitchens have recently completed the installation of our stunning Masterclass Kitchen and we cannot get over how fuss free the whole experience was. After discussing our requirements (which was a lengthy list at the time, including opening up the living space), Tony introduced us to Heather who worked with our plans and came up with the perfect design. It has actually transformed the way our family use our home and its a pleasure having our friends and family round without it being the tight squeeze we experienced with our old kitchen. We are delighted with our modern Oxwich New Forest Green painted grained slab doored kitchen with bronze handles. It came with oak interiors and is packed full of features. We chose stunning black appliances from the Neff collection and topped it off with white concrete effect laminate tops and upstands and smart lighting. On the day of delivery, Bruce and Craig, Two Guys installers, unpacked each cabinet and laid everything out ready to start the following day... by the end of day 2, we could see how the new layout would transform our home. 1 week later and Wow, it looked amazing! Darrell and his flooring team were excellent in prepping and laying our new Camaro Naked Blonde Oak Herringbone LVT floor once the kitchen had gone in and Bruce followed up to install our plinths and complete the finishing touches. From our very first visit to the Two Guys showroom we were very impressed, not only with the build quality of their kitchen units, but also with the people and their flexibility and ideas for our new kitchen design. We had already spoken to several suppliers looking at ideas for a new kitchen for a couple of years and had designs and quotes from two well-known suppliers. However, none had really fired our imagination, but then a friend recommended Two Guys and we’re really pleased we went to them. From the start they listened to our likes and dislikes, and our ideas for a new kitchen layout. They quickly responded with some ideas of their own that made better use of our existing space without major building work. Over time we revised the overall design and selected the best units to both maximise storage space and for ease of access. Two Guys were also happy to take the lead in managing the overall installation work, appointing an excellent lead installer as well as co-ordinating the work of the electricians and plumbers. The installation work was delivered without any dramas, a few minor issues were dealt with without a fuss and all was done with a degree of flexibility to accommodate some minor modifications as the work progressed. The installation work was completed to time and the high-quality units and appliances were all installed and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The result of all this work is that Two Guys now have one extremely satisfied customer and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We are very pleased with our new Kitchen, and believe a Two Guys kitchen represents excellent value for money when we compare our new kitchen with the other quotes we had received. From the moment we started the process Heather instantly got what we were trying to achieve and was full of ideas and also lots of points on design, we really appreciated her experience. The whole process was detailed and not one stone left unturned and the outcome was even better than we imagined. We now have a unique, wow kitchen that we never want to leave! We couldn’t have wished for a more, from Heather designing it to Bruce fitting it, they both went above and beyond to get it just right, (Bruce even made us an amazing chopping board!) We're absolutely delighted with our new kitchen...we love using it and everyone who comes round says how lovely it is and how well the space has been utilised. From the time we came to the showroom for a look and then started designing with Mark Perkins who could see our vision and directed us perfectly to order and installation. Craig did a great job installing the kitchen with Bruce. Always efficient, polite, tidy and informative. Mags ensured that any issues were sorted and organised solutions promptly. We visited several kitchen suppliers in Basingstoke area, but deciced to go for Two Guys due to the design ideas from Heather and also the pricing. When it came to the fitting there were a few issues as you'd expect on any large project but these were resolved efficently and the fitter Bruce did a great job expertly fitting the kitchen . Overall we definatley recommend Two Guys.

We started with Wren but ended up going with Two Guys for the quality and wider options available. Mark was brilliant from start to finish, and was extremely patient and helpful throughout the design and ordering process. Cannot recommend enough.
We had some refurbishment done to our house earlier in 2023. This included a complete kitchen refit, reconfiguration and opening up of an understairs cupboard, refurbishment of our downstairs cloak room and reconfiguration to make it a cloakroom/utility. So a fairly extensive list and it was good to be able to do all of this through one Company at a competitive price. All work undertaken was to a very high standard throughout, all of the supplied units and appliances were equally high quality. All of the team doing the work were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. We now have a fantastic kitchen and cloakroom which we are really pleased with and would have no hesitation in recommending Two Guys for similar work.

Right from the start Two Guys Kitchens' approach was friendly helpful & very professional. A schedule of work was produced detailing from the start when the walls would be removed right through to the final sign-off. All work was carried out with minimal disruption by professional workmen to a very high standard. I am so impressed by my recent kitchen installation designed by Two Guys Kitchens. Heather took the time to understand my requirements and fully understood the ask. She has transformed the room into my dream kitchen, taking into account how I will be using the space. She is patient and knowledgeable and I could not be happier with the end result. She answered all my questions and made recommendations which has made the kitchen feel extremely high quality. I was lucky enough to come into the show room and be given a tour by Tony. He is extremely passionate about the products and took the time to explain what would be best for my design. The entire team kept us informed and engaged throughout, taking the stress away from the process. The kitchen was fitted by Brian, who was the most professional and patient person. He followed Heathers design but continued to check in with me throughout the build to ensure that it was exactly as I wanted. His attention to detail has meant that the kitchen feels completely tailored to my needs, even ensuring that all of the units and buttons are at the perfect height for me to reach. The plumbing and plastering were carried out to a very high standard. I have never seen pipes so organised or walls so flat, which is not easy in an older house like ours. I was seriously impressed by how clean the team left our house once they had completed the job. I was anticipating hours of work but was left with a light dusting. I can not recommend Two Guys enough. They are patient, knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting it right.
We went to Two Guys for a complete kitchen design and it was all so easy. Mark the designer worked with us to design a kitchen that would suit our requirements and look stunning. We were given a schedule informing us when each of the different trades required would be with us and they kept to it throughout. We would wholeheartedly recommend Two Guys Kitchens. Right from the start their attention to detail was superb. The design created by Heather maximised the space and resulted in a new kitchen which has transformed the way we live. Other suppliers said it couldn’t be done, however in a major renovation (we moved the kitchen from the front to the back of the house) Heathers plans worked perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble when choosing fittings & at no time did we feel pressured or hurried. We have recently used Two Guys for a family bathroom refit. From start to finish the professionalism, helpfulness and hard work has been exceptional. Our first meeting in the showroom with Dan was excellent, so useful and inspiring! Until we heard about Two Guys after recommendation we were becoming quite frustrated that we couldn't find anything that we liked anywhere! Dan helped us to plan, came out to measure and then arranged for the work to be completed. The speed and quality of the work, as well as tidiness and organisation was astounding! From start to finish the work took less than 5 days and this included rebuilding a cupboard, taking out the old bathroom, refitting the bathroom with the addition of a shower unit and tiling walls and floor! We were prepared for at least a couple of weeks work! We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of the project, from Dan's superb help and knowledge all the way through, to the end result. I will continue to recommend Two Guys to everyone I know!

The whole process from blocking up an external door, taking an internal wall down, plastering, matching up our current flooring, fitting and advice on all aspects including the electricals, were just spot on and professional.
Two Guys recently finished our new kitchen. We chose them on recommendation from a friend and because they had the German range we liked. The whole experience from initial contact, design and installation was superb. They came up with design elements that other companies we spoke to didn’t think of and these added hugely to the final kitchen. Everyone we dealt with including plumber, electrician and flooring fitter was courteous, hard working and genuinely nice people who cared about the standard of their work. Bruce the kitchen fitter was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Covid and global supply chain issues led to some delays especially with the hob but they dealt with this professionally, finding temporary solutions. The final kitchen looks like a much more expensive custom built kitchen, such a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending Two Guys.
We found Two Guys absolutely excellent in helping us choose, design and fit our new Bathroom. From our first meeting (with Dan) we felt we were in good hands and his insights, knowledge and professionalism in keeping us up to date at all times was very welcome. The regular print-outs we were given (using their excellent software) were really helpful in showing us how the new bathroom would look and the work and material it would take to get the shower room we wanted. We were also kept informed of costs and given regular print-outs showing the changes we had made. I terms of the fitting-out we had Mat, who really knew his stuff and the final product was completed to a very high standard and to our complete satisfaction. We have just signed off a new kitchen, utility room and cloakroom supplied and installed by Two Guys. Although the process from start (design) to finish was several months all the people used by Two Guys were very professional and helpful and the installation plan agreed was delivered on time and budget and the product has a quality finish. Having a new kitchen fitted can be expensive and deciding where to go and what to get is daunting to say the least. We were told about Two Guys and following our initial meeting with the kitchen designer (Mark), never thought about returning anywhere else. From the designing of the kitchen, through to the planning and installation, the whole process was meticulous and we were even provided a schedule of what would be happening on what days (and which trade personnel we would expect to be on-site). Our Kitchen fitter (Bruce) was always punctual, had a great work ethic and eye for detail, keeping the areas as clean as possible at the end of each day. The kitchen units and appliances supplied by Two Guys are of great quality and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We have recently had a new kitchen fitted by Two Guys and we are delighted with the outcome. It was a very smooth process from initial design ideas through to fitting and final adjustments. The kitchen itself is of superb quality and design and is a pleasure to work in. Our fitter, Bruce, was outstanding: always cheerful and meticulous with a great work ethic - nothing was too much for him and he did a brilliant job. Just had a new kitchen installed by Two Guys. From design through to completion the work has been excellent. We have much more space, and are very happy with all aspects of the work involving kitchen fitter, floor tiler, plumber and electricians.

Last summer, Two Guys installed our dream kitchen. From the outset, the team were exceptional. Heather designed and tweaked the completely refigured layout following our requests. During the month of installation we were entertained by Bruce - a real perfectionist! All of the tradesmen were professional and reliable and they turned up according to the schedule. Even at sign off, a defective door was noted and a replacement was sent and fitted. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough - so much so that we’re having our bathroom done next!!
We recently had our kitchen fitted by Two Guys and couldn't be happier. The main thing to point out is that it's well planned and they are quick to react to changes or unpredictabilities. Tony and Mags are always ready on the other side of a phone call to react or answer any of the random questions we had. All of the tradesmen that came into our house made sure to communicate what the plan was and allowed for us to also input on how we would prefer certain things, all very nice ( Jack, Dave, Darrell and Sam). Bruce deserves its own mention as besides putting up with someone working from home constantly lingering around was also very happy to make sure everything was as we wanted. It's amazing how he ends up piecing together. Not to forget all the pain we put Mark Perkins ( designer ) who had quite a bit of input while always listening to our not so well thought out ideas and tens of changes to the design.
Great experience from start in the showroom, through planning and selection of materials, to installation. 6 days for two upstairs bathrooms, demolished and fitted to a new design, has to be some sort of record. Immaculate finish and attention to detail. Definitely a wow factor.

We asked Two Guys to refit our kitchen and they couldn't have been more helpful. From the detail in the initial quoting process to the fantastic fitter Brian, the whole team was amazing and the quality of the workmanship faultless. Tony the Director was very supportive throughout the process and very understanding of our concerns during the Covid period. Special mention too to Mags who coordinated everything so seamlessly. We're extremely pleased with the end result and have already has several comments and requests from people for photos of the design ideas.
We chose Two Guys for our kitchen as the quality of their units were second to none. We are also glad that we left it to their professional team to install and coordinate all of the trades. From planning to completion everyone involved including all of their trade partners were extremely professional. Yes we had some hiccups along the way including a couple of damaged cabinets but it was dealt with and resolved efficiently and to our satisfaction. Absolutely love our new kitchen. Would highly recommend Two Guys.
The proof of a good company is not when everything goes perfectly but how well something is resolved when something goes wrong. We had a problem with the fitting of our worktop quartz but this was evaluated and replaced quickly and smoothly. We are delighted with our finished kitchen and would highly recommend TwoGuys and would like to thank all staff and sub-contractors for all their help in delivering a quality service.
Two Guys Kitchens have just done a brilliant job for me - from ceiling to floor. I'm so glad I left it to them to co-ordinate all the different trades, etc., they were all brilliant and gave me a personal service. So clean and tidy too! It's the hardest room in the home to have refurbed but it was made less painful by their excellent and slick service. Thank you.

From the design by Mark, to the installation by Andy, we have been extremely impressed by the service from Two Guys Kitchens. They were always very helpful with advice, and nothing seemed too much trouble. Due to ordering our kitchen just before COVID hit, there was a minor issue with delivery of a couple of items once work started again, but these were very quickly sourced and did not impact the completion date. Well done to Tony and his team for recovering the situation. The coloured glass splashback and granite worktop finish the kitchen off beautifully. We would thoroughly recommend Two Guys Kitchens for anyone looking for quality and service.

A kitchen more than any other room in the house involves all the trade services To get all these services working together requires a lot of organisation and especially timing. Two Guys have a very good team of trades people to make this work. When you put a value on this service, and that Two Guys is a local company with a good reputation, it is an easy decision to make.
I am delighted with my new kitchen which has recently been installed by Two Guys. The installation was extremely well planned and ran totally to schedule and on budget. We had purchased our previous kitchen from Two Guys over 23 years ago. This new kitchen was fitted by Bryan who had fitted the original kitchen. He is a conscientious and meticulous fitter who takes a great deal of pride in his work. I was most impressed by the skills and professionalism of all the tradespeople. Particular thanks to Jake and Mark, the electricians. Nothing was to much trouble and they overcame any problems with a smile and a positive attitude. Thanks to Bruce who completed the final snagging to complete the job in full and on time.

Two Guys Kitchens have done a great job in refurbishing our old dining room and kitchen and have created a lovely light and open space, with a fabulous Hacker kitchen and Neff appliances. For us this was a bit of a scary commitment but we are very pleased with the transformation. A supporting wall was removed and all trades scheduled, with Brian the kitchen fitter doing a first class job and making last minute changes without a problem.
This is the fourth project Two Guys have done for us - a cellar utility room which had its share of challenges. As usual the service was professional, friendly and the product and fitting excellent.
Have now had 2 kitchens installed by Two Guys and both times it has been an excellent experience. The products are extremely high quality and the installation was very straightforward ,even though we asked for some very bespoke fitting quirks. Having a surveyor come around prior to fitting to ensure both parties know exactly what they are agreeing on is a genius move, as it removes any contention. They advised on lighting and appliances, ensuring we were aware of the different options. The pricing was clear and itemised so that we knew what different aspects were costing. A few minor changes were completed without question and minor defects were resolved without delay. The whole service from start to finish was friendly and they wanted to work together to ensure we were delighted with the outcome, which we most certainly are. The Dekton Trillium worktop is awesome. I can't help but to highly recommend this company as a repeat repeat customer that has been fully satisfied both time.
Two Guys fitted a new kitchen and dining room for us this summer, and we're delighted with it. From the initial design and quotation with Heather, through to the fitting by Andy and the various other trades involved, the process was smooth and clear throughout. Once we agreed the price, there were no nasty surprises; any changes or extras were clearly agreed upon in advance. Every step of the installation, from building alterations through electrics, flooring, plumbing and fitting, was fully managed by Mags at Two Guys, and everything was always clearly explained. A few hiccups due to poor workmanship from a previous installation (a different company!) were dealt with involving minimal cost and hassle, and the many workmen who came in and out over the four or five weeks were always pleasant, friendly, punctual and tidy. The final kitchen is of superb quality and has transformed our most used living space. We made the right decision going with Two Guys and would fully recommend to anyone else.
Two Guys have completely transformed our dingy old kitchen. They helped us through every step of the planning, anticipating our every need. The workmanship was immaculate and the job completed in record time. We now have a kitchen that is a pleasure to look at and a pleasure to use!
Recently had Two Guys in to do our new kitchen after deciding the 25 year old original kitchen had seen better days. From the first designs done by Heather through to the final completed kitchen the quality and support couldn't have been better. Heather listened to all of our ideas as they evolved over a couple of visits and advised what would work in the space and budget we had, producing some great plans that we agreed to go with. Once dates were agreed, from the moment the fitters moved in everything ran like clockwork and we received a plan of works so we knew who was coming when and what they would be doing. The work done by all involved from fitters, through electricians, plumbers, plasterers and flooring was done quickly and to a really high standard. I must give a special mention to Mark and Darrell the fitter and flooring guy who worked really hard to make our kitchen look fantastic. As part of the aftercare, Mags ran us through the on-going support, part of which will be attending a NEF cooking demonstration in the near future to ensure we get the full benefits from the new cooker/ oven that is so much more efficient than our old gas cooker. Wish we'd done this ages ago! Would definitely recommend if you're thinking of changing your kitchen soon!
I haven’t purchased a kitchen from this company, but they’ve been a great source of help, going above and beyond to help me with advice when they had absolutely no obligation to do so. My kitchen supplier/fitter (Schmidt - avoid at all costs!!) has completely messed up everything and have failed to resolve all the problems and Two Guys Kitchens gave me some useful information on what I can do to get help!! If only I could’ve purchased my kitchen from this lot instead!!!! Thank you for all your help!!
Had a bathroom installed last year and while the final look is what we wanted, we encountered problems and weren't happy with service. We were promised quality products, but have found items to be pretty standard or substandard. A bath tap broke less than a year in and is made from plastic!! It took several calls to chase them to sort the repair. During the work, it didn't seem like there was much or any communication between the designer and builder, who was their 'highly recommended' and previously affiliated builder. As a result, we have our mirrored cabinet set incredibly high on the wall and also have a few other issues with the finish and workmanship. Other design flaws were quickly apparent when the builder couldn't install several products that did not fit the space, resulting in us having to sacrifice space to accommodate. The builder disappeared and is uncontactable despite Two Guys initial reassurance, and have since have no interest in any responsibility. We found the staff member we worked with to be poor with communication, follow up, and I question his honesty about their quality, 'go-to' products that the very experienced builder had never heard of and didn't rate highly. We have never been asked if we were happy with our experience and result. Overall, we like our final look (granted we made all selections style wise!) but we would NOT use Two Guys again.

Heather did a fantastic job taking us through the design process and the end product was exactly what we wanted, finishing off our extension perfectly. Two Guys have replaced both my kitchen and en-suite bathroom over the past 6 months and I'm extremely pleased with the end result on both. Mark's kitchen design was excellent - it opened up the kitchen and dining room to create a very good looking and useable kitchen. The build was managed by (another) Mark, who really cared about the quality of his work. There was a communications issue which meant the final piece of work took far longer than it should, but otherwise I can't criticise anything. So much so, I then spoke to Dan about the en-suite bathroom. Again, the design was excellent with really good quality fittings and tiles. The recommended installer, Mat, again proved to be very conscientious - once he had started, all the work was completed in a couple of weeks.
Two Guys gave me excellent advise on new kitchen appliances, which I went on to purchase. Overall - friendly, great service, good value and prompt delivery.

The show room is very well laid out with fully trained staff who can support you to make a choice that fits with your lifestyle.

From start to finish a very easy process. Staff always polite and couteous, The proucts themselves are of excellent quality and my new kitchen looks stunning. The fitters were clean and tidy and nothing seemed too much trouble. There were some minor issues along the way mainly due to manufacturing faults but these were resolved quickly and without fuss. The only reason I am giving 4 stars (probably 4.5 more appropriate) is because on occasion communication was slow and the final solution to the kitchen tap flow took too long. Overall I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.
Our Two Guys kitchen is 9 years old and still looking good. Just had to replace the integrated dishwasher. Price was competitive and although the fit was not straightforward, Bruce dealt with it ensuring that we were happy with the end result and also took away the old appliance. Happy to recommend.
I am writing this in the hope that 2 guys pick the phone up and apologise to my work colleague from Tadley who has handed over thousands of pounds for her kitchen and 4 months later is still waiting. 2 week's she was given for completion. Started on time but didn't finish the job and now 4 month's later still waiting for it to be completed .... and the saga continues. 4 weeks without water, 8 weeks - no cooker, no one is getting back to her and she waits.... truly shocking and spoilt the whole process for her.

Emailed a request for an appointment for a brand new kitchen. Two days later no response. Went to showroom in Basingstoke and two women were present. Neither of them greeted me. I mentioned that I had sent an email about an onsite survey and the receptionist just said she had not yet got round to looking at emails and asked me nothing else. i wandered around to look at the showroom examples for 15 mins and neither of the women (or anyone else) asked if I needed help. I left not wanting to use them.
We renovated our house 4 years ago and used 2 Guys for both Kitchen and bathroom Excellent from planning to installation, and the ever important after sales Nice to see the same staff in the company after 4 years! As we were not in the house while the work was carried out we were not disappointed
Excellent from the start, when we first walked in to make an enquiry. Cheerfully and professionally Heather took us through the options, leading to a design we liked. There was also commendable patience in dealing with the changes and tweaks we asked for in the months leading up to installation. Then there was the installation team led by Bruce - highly skilled craftsmen, making sure that what they were about to do was what we wanted. We are delighted with the result, and will certainly go back to Two Guys again if ever we want another kitchen.

Fantastic experiance from start to finish. Tony designed the Kitchen of our dreams and in December Bruce installed and completed it in time for Christmas. Incredibly happy with the design, it's perfect and very well thought out. Bruce doing the fitting and all the guys that worked on it did a very professional job. The units are a great quality and the after care to tweak the odd thing we weren't 100% happy with was fantastic and very quickly completed. Great value for money compared to other places we looked for similar designs and I would highly recommend the very friendly and professional team at two guys to anyone looking for new Kitchens or Bathrooms.
Appalling customer service, seems that unless you are wanting to completely re-do your kitchen or bathroom, they are not interested.
Not even worthy of 1 star rating!!! Walked in and asked if someone could come and measure up my kitchen the next day as I was going abroad for a period of time and was instantly told NO! No offer to take my details incase of a cancellation or if someone became available. I understand you maybe busy but that was Terrible customer service! Was expecting to spend £1000's but it's fine I will take my custom elsewhere.
Fitted a new bathroom for my sister 2 yrs ago and gave 2 yr labour 5 yr parts guarantee. Fault developed for her to be told that the guarantee is not with them.
Went into Two Guys thinking about kitchens, not realising Two Guys also supply and fit bathrooms too. And what an impressive showroom. We were courteously treated and really appreciated the straight forward advice we were given and impressive choice available.
