This is a very good company to entrust with your kitchen project. They work together with care and efficiency to discuss & design, produce a detailed specification, survey, dismantle the old, prepare for all service connections, build the new, install appliances and equipment, connect everything up and make sure it all works as you intended. Their project management definitely takes the stress out of the process for the client and their fitters, plumbers, electricians etc. are excellent. Furthermore, if something goes wrong or doesn't fit, they fix the problem without drama. We knew nothing about Krystal before we stepped through their front door but have no hesitation in pointing other people in their direction.
Couldn’t recommend Krystal Kitchens more highly. We were in need of a new kitchen after a flood damaged ours and they were incredibly helpful, efficient and good value. I would use them every time.
From deciding on a new kitchen which are amazing, Krystal Kitchens have been outstanding, the team have been tremendous, nothing has been too much trouble, we have been treated with a lot of respect and kept informed from ordering to delivery, then arrangements made for fitting to suit us. The contractors have been outstanding, professional, friendly, very tidy and a credit to Krystal Kitchens. Would certainly recommend to family and friends. So Thank You, Mark, Mags, Lyn and Steph for making having a new kitchen a wonderful experience.
Krystal Kitchens recently renovated our Kitchen and we could not recommend the team highly enough. The full project was delivered ahead of schedule, the house and kitchen were always left tidy and the end product exceeded our expectations. The entire team were extremely professional and the quality of the work is great.
What a service we have received from Krystal Kitchens from the moment we walked into the showroom, to then the design (which we changed twice), chasing the stone through to sign off... The fitters were excellent and took pride in their work, nothing was ever a problem and they were meticulous from start to finish. We have just refurbished our entire house and we can honestly say one of the best services and products we have ended up with was via Krystal Kitchens, the quality of our German kitchen is second to none! We have just recommended them to a friend and a colleague at work.
Thank you to everyone involved at Krystal Kitchens in the build of our beautiful new kitchen. From Mark's amazing design, combined with Mags' proactive and excellent project management, and with the brilliant, professional, friendly and diligent work each and every person performed on site - including a meticulous fitter, the project was a definitive success. We are extremely pleased with the results, have already enjoyed sharing it with all our friends and family and we look forward to enjoying our new kitchen for years to come.
Thank you all for making us feel so welcome on Saturday's Open Day. We felt a bit out of our depth to begin with, as it's got to be 25yrs since we bought a new kitchen! There was so much to take on board but Krystal's staff talked us through all the different features and materials, making it easy. It was really interesting and we learned a lot.
Shop not as advertised, went for the bespoke timber kitchens and shop full of plastic kitchens. staff no where to be seen - not a great impression at all.
Got our kitchen done recently with Krystal Kitchen. They did a fantastic job! From the designing to coordination of the different trades. To getting things done on schedule. The finish is very clean and professional. I am so so happy with my dream kitchen 😍. Mark, Mags, Dale, Aaron, Darren, Darrell, Lee all done a great job! Hope I haven't missed anyone. You have all been brilliant!
Having previously contacted a few kitchen companies about refitting our utility room, we the found Krystal largely by chance and are very glad we did! From start to finish the whole process was incredibly well managed and finished to an impeccable standard. Unlike others we had spoken with, Krystal actually provide a complete service from initial design to the completed installation (electric, plumbing etc) which was what we were looking for. The execution of Mark's design was flawlessly carried out by the installing team who were not just very skilled at their trades but also nice to have around (which makes a huge difference), with the whole project being expertly managed from start to finish by Mags. Without exception, we have found everyone from Krystal to be a real pleasure to deal with. We are absolutely delighted with the end result which we also found to be very competitively priced. From start to finish, Krystal Kitchens made the whole experience so easy and stress free. From Mark, the designer, being so patient and understanding of what we wanted to achieve, to Mags totally project managing the timeline and trades people, we were so impressed! Plus, all the trades people were so highly skilled, efficient, reliable and friendly. In particular, Andy, the fitter, was so meticulous, nothing was ever too much trouble & ultimately, our kitchen looks amazing. We really appreciated Mags coordinating everything for us too and completely taking the stress out of everything, always so professional and considerate of what we wanted. Having thoroughly researched other kitchen companies beforehand, we are so pleased we went with Krystal & we would highly recommend them to friends and family in the future. We are so happy with our new kitchen!
Krystal Kitchens This is a 5 star review. After discovering their showroom by chance after a visit to Wren in Basingstoke, we went in and immediately thought WOW. (Thoughts running in head - can we afford this?) Then Mags appeared and introduced herself in a way that doesn’t make you feel intimidated. October 2024 We look round and ask some questions that were answered honestly. We decided to book a survey/design visit and see where things went. Design visit. Mark the designer duly arrives, spends a fair while talking and asking probing questions about lifestyle, wants, dislikes and expectations. He then measures up reaffirms a few things and then books a viewing at the showroom for a few weeks away. (The design process should not be rushed) Nov 2024 Design viewing. We arrived at the showroom and we met by both Mags and Mark. The design was displayed on a large screen as a CAD/3D view. Mark then explained the reasoning with what he had designed against each of our wants /likes/expectations. We had asked for all under counter appliances. Mark explained that having listened and pick up on a medical point for Lady Patricia he thought that having to constantly bend to go the fridge might aggravate her condition so had designed the fridge freezer into a space we had asked for storage in (under stairs) but had also designed in a slightly smaller storage space in a concealed cupboard behind it (did mean cutting a hole in a wall) The upside was we also now had space for drawers. Another suggestion was setting the oven stack back slightly taking a small area of the office by cutting a hole in that wall We embraced this design, confirmed what appliances we wanted, here we decided to upgrade after seeing the differences between what was designed in (At our instructions) and we pleasantly informed if we did that and ordered by the end of the month we would qualify for an additional cash back offer (circa £2000) from the appliance manufacturer (As writing this review currently awaiting approval of cash back claim) Plans/prices updated Deposit for appliances paid and schedule set Late Feb 2025 Starting deposit paid Survey visit by Mags and Project manager Here everything is checked again with plenty of discussion about how design is to be achieved. Mar 2025 It takes 2 whole days for the kitchen to be removed and put in the skip. Other trades come and go as required in the schedule to tidy up or make the necessary changes for the new installation. Trades used Project Manager-Carpenter Cool calm and collected. Nothing too much trouble for him Builder Brought in last minute to sort an unexpected issue requiring his skills Plumber Amazing skills to remove old unplanned pipe work and then to plan and install a superb tidy installation for the planned kitchen Electricians Very efficient in running new wiring in preparation for the install. Plasterer His work is magical (comment from decoration company) The work is scheduled and progressed timely with all trades returning for second fixes as required. April 2025 The kitchen is in. Finishing touches The stonemason templates the worktops and fits them a week later The glass splash backs are templated and fitted 10 days later With these visits Mags is all over them demanding timely fitting to allow for completion. May 2025 The kitchen is in and fully functional. This company has had to work and liaise with a decoration company and a flooring company during the installation. Final sign off. Mags is all over the kitchen and picks a few issues she isn’t happy with on the units and arranges replacements without due delay. Only downside is I now had to pay the final balance, but have a fantastic new kitchen curtesy of this fantastic company. Points to note. Do not rush a new kitchen design. Embrace designers input and be flexible with your design Do not underestimate the amount of disruption an installation can cause Be prepared for mess This was our experience with Krystal Kitchens WE HAVE NO HESITATION ON RECOMMENDING THEM
We have been looking for a kitchen for a couple of years. We wanted a couple of hand made bespoke bits added and were really hot on quality. We went through the usual contenders and dismissed them. Then we meet Mark. Probably the most professional patient man in the world. He was not afraid to tell us what we were getting wrong and the kitchen looks very different to how we thought we wanted. It's absolutely amazing. Then the horrible bit, the fitting, and along came Maggs, project manager extrordinare. Once again amazing and so attentive. Then the fitters, attention to detail was absolutely spot on. We are not easy customers and they were perfect. You get what you pay for. Brilliant.....

Just had a kitchen refresh from Krystal Kitchens. Richard was great helping us go through some options. Got a few quotes and Krystal prices were competitive. Fitting all went smoothly, overall very happy with quality and service, highly recommended.
