The installation of my kitchen was brilliant. The two men who did the installation were always on time and very easy to get on with. They rerouted the gas and water plumbing and rewired the electrics as requested. I thoroughly recommend them.

We have just had our kitchen finished by Matt and Jay. It’s amazing and they have been so professional. From our first contact Jay always got back to us quickly. The project was started on the allotted day and Matt worked so hard to achieve an amazing standard of work. Always taking time to talk through any decisions that needed taking. He worked solidly and did not leave us for other clients in nearly 3 weeks he was with us. At the end of every day the kitchen was left in a clean condition. Matt was approachable and so knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. This was a big project but we were confident through the whole time thanks to Matt and Jay. We would not hesitate to recommend them. Can’t believe how lucky we were to find them and to have them install our beautiful kitchen. Thank you so very much.
Jay recently completed my new kitchen installation and im so pleased with it! He really knows his stuff and works efficiently. Great standard of work and a really great guy! Jay and his team are excellent! Friendly and professional from the first visit until completion. The quote was fair and he was transparent with the details. Worked around my schedule when he could. Did a fantastic job with my kitchen and worked to overcome issues relating to older houses. I felt in safe hands from start to finish. Can’t recommend him enough! 10/10.

I absolutely love my new kitchen. Elite kitchen installations did a fantastic job. Even plumbed my washing machine in mid way through to make my life easier and my oven so I could make a cake! They listened to what we wanted. We were not disappointed with the results. Would defo use again although don't plan to get my kitchen done again for another 20 years! Thank you.
Jay & Darren completed work on our new kitchen in January 2026. They were always neat throughout the house. Even when we had a leak in the pipes, they came back out of hours to rectify to limit any water damage to the new flooring. We were always concerned throughout the project for budget, as it was a close decision on whether we could complete the project, but they always kept us up to date on how the project was going, both on time, and budget. He was always honest regarding the upfront quote, and even once the work was completed, there was some minor additional works that needed to be completed, but he was very fair in how much more this costed. the workmanship that they both showed throughout the project was phenomenal, and we are very happy with our new kitchen/downstairs flooring. thank you very much to Jay and his team for the great work.
10/10 Would recommend the Team at Elite Kitchens. Jay went out of his way to come out over the Christmas break to give us a quote. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell from him, And they managed to work with our schedule to fit the kitchen. Paul was amazing during the actual fitting. Turned up bright and early every morning. Was polite, happy to answer the many questions we had, kept the place clean and tidy and did an excellent job. The work itself is amazing, and we are so happy with the new kitchen! Paul also made sure that we had a 'workable' kitchen as soon as possible, which was a godsend. I wouldn't hesitate to get back in contact if I had any other work that needed doing, as they are such a skilled team. Thanks again!!!

We had Elite Kitchen Installations carry out work on our kitchen and bathroom during June/July and are very pleased with the overall experience and results. The standard of workmanship throughout the project was excellent, and everything was completed professionally and to a high standard. A big thank you to Jay and Matt for the work they did. They were reliable, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable, with good attention to detail. They were always happy to answer questions and explain things along the way, which made the process straightforward and stress-free. The kitchen looks really great and has made a huge difference to the space. Everything fits well and the finish is clean and well done. The bathroom work was completed to the same standard, leaving it looking modern and tidy. The whole Elite Kitchen Installations team were accommodating and easy to deal with throughout. Communication was clear, any requests were handled well, and the project ran smoothly from start to finish. We’re very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom and would happily recommend Elite Kitchen Installations to others.
i am so glad we chose Elite Kitchens to install our Wren Kitchen units. Jay and his team arrived at the appointed time and they worked without a break to achieve a high quality completion within one day. I cannot recommend Elite Kitchen Installation and Jay highly enough. They previously installed our kitchen, and the workmanship was flawless. When I later needed a bespoke wardrobe installation, I reached out to Jay—despite not even knowing this was a service they offered—after being let down by another company that refused the job because the bed could not be removed from the bedroom. As always, Jay responded promptly, provided a fair and reasonable quote, and completed the job to an exceptional standard, professionally working around multiple challenges without any compromise on quality. On a personal level, Jay is polite, trustworthy, and genuinely a good human being. Professionally, he is rare to come across—always punctual, highly creative, solution-oriented, and meticulous in his work. On top of his top-tier carpentry skills, he is also fully certified in both gas and electrical work, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and competence. I genuinely would not consider using anyone else for work on my property. If you are in Basingstoke, Jay is simply the best you will find.
We are incredibly pleased with our kitchen Jay fitted from day one Jay took care of the whole project Jay and the team are approachable, respectful & caring they exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by their commitment nothing was to much trouble, we needed a new fuse box fitted which was in a awkward position in the garage Jay and Paul fitted this for us without any qualms, Jay fitted a sub main unit for the cooker/hob which was a great idea and saved us having to have the walls/ceiling drilled into, he also re-positioned the sink for us from the original plans. If you want a 100% professional job carried out by a genuinely nice bunch of guys look no further than Jay and his team, we would not hesitate to have them fit another kitchen for us. Thank you Elite Kitchens for another great install! We asked Elite back to install our utility room after doing our kitchen a couple of years ago. Matt did a great job and finished it to a very high standard. In addition to installing the units and boxing in the boiler, Matt also replaced the old halogen strip lights with LEDs; installed a new radiator off the central heating; chased in all sockets; plasterboard old brick; and even reduced the window board depth to give the units a better fit. Very happy with the results and for going above and beyond with the small details. Thank you!

I could not recommend Jay and his team enough! Our kitchen needed a bit of a makeover. Jay gave us some brilliant advice when it came to replacing items beforehand. He is very knowledgeable and experienced on what works and what doesn't! He did a wonderful job on our kitchen. Jay didn't stop on the day, and he has great attention to detail to make your kitchen look perfect. When he left, he made sure everything was clean and tidy and in good order. I am so happy with the outcome it looks like a brand new kitchen. I would 100% use Jay and his team in the future!
Jay and his team from Elite Kitchens have just finished a set of fitted bedroom units for us. They gave excellent communication and workmanship from start to finish. They assessed the job, discussed and worked through any problems found. They completed the work within an agreed time frame, then perfectly cleaned up after themselves. Recommendations make the choice of any professional easier and lower the risks associated with using somebody you haven’t heard of. Luckily we were given Jay’s name and number. Thank goodness we were. From the first visit to do the quote (which was done at short notice so that we could order our kitchen before the discount ended) to his final visit to make sure we’re are happy before paying the final invoice, Jay’s professionalism shone through. He arrived on time every day, made sure the delivery was correct, identified necessary additional works that were not evident at his initial visit, then gave us options on how to fix the issue. This was necessary because the design by the supplier was not an exact fit in the space so we needed some additional work to fill the space. Once agreed, the price was very good and not over inflated like some do for ‘extras’. When he started, he made sure that he cleaned up after each job to ensure a clean area and to reduce the possibility of damage to the flooring. He is a perfectionist so everything was done perfectly. When he had completed the install, he got one of his team to do a small paint job and to do all the tiling. He was equally reliable and another perfectionist in his work. Now the work is completed, I have to shout the praises of Elite Kitchen Installations and would recommend them to everyone. If I have any more work, they will be my first call. Thanks to Jay and the team for an excellent job.

Jay did an amazing job fitting the kitchen in our rental property. Previous tenants had left the property in quite a state and Jay was fundamental in refurbishing not just the kitchen but other areas of the property. He is multi skilled and can tackle all areas of plumbing, plastering, electrics and joinery making things much easier to coordinate. His communication and standard of work is exceptional, I would highly recommend Elite Kitchens and will 100% use them again for any future jobs
Jay at Elite Kitchen Installations did a fantasic job on my utility room! It went from a dark, grim space to a light, usable room. His (and his team's) attention to detail has resulted in a great space. Don’t underestimate the skill required in fitting a kitchen! I did, and it was an expensive mistake. After two days of a very average builder butchering my new kitchen units, I was very fortunately put in touch with Jay @ Elite Kitchens. Thankfully my kitchen was still salvageable and he agreed to take my job on; and WOW! 🤩🤩🤩 Utterly flawless craftsmanship; the highest of standards; and a very genuine and honest guy who has created me THE most stunning kitchen I have ever seen. So don’t do what I did, go straight to the professionals, and if Jay can fit you into his diary, jump at the chance! I cannot recommend Jay enough. From the beginning to the end of this installation, Jay and his team at Elite Kitchens have been fantastic. Fantastic, friendly service. All we asked for and more!! Our kitchen looks amazing. Everyone has commented on how good it looks. Jay and his team were amazing, they were reliable and approachable and any worries were addressed immediately. All the guys were great but would particularly like to mention Paul who was great. Always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. It’s genuinely really refreshing to have such great tradesmen that you can rely upon and trust. I would HIGHLY recommend Jay & Elite kitchens.
We like to use a local tradesperson, and we could not have made a better choice. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Kitchen Installation. Jay and his team converted our separate kitchen and dinning room into a single space. They sorted out removal of a wall, blocking an unused doorway, moving and adding new electrics and moving and installing new radiators. The whole room was faultlessly re-plastered from ceiling to floor. Then a new Wren Kitchen was installed. It was a joy to have tradesmen that you knew you could trust, that discussed progress and planning with you daily, and that took pride in delivering the best finish to all aspects of their work.
Just had Jay round changing all my doors and flooring. Fantastic job his attention to detail was amazing. Price was very reasonable too for a true professional.

Elite Kitchen Installations relocated our kitchen from one room to another nearby room, removing a load-bearing wall in the process, and then repurposing our old kitchen as our casual diner/snug. At one time or another, every one of the Elite Kitchens team worked on the project and each demonstrated consistent professionalism and an amazing attention to detail. There were hiccups, as you would expect on a project of this size, which were fully explained and options discussed and speedily implemented to our complete satisfaction. The team also provided welcome advice to improve aspects of the layout and every effort was made to minimise disruption despite the kitchen being the heart home. We are delighted with our new kitchen and diner and would not hesitate to recommend Elite Kitchen Installations

From our very first meeting with Jay we knew he and his team at Elite were the right company for our project. Throughout the process they have been on hand to support, provide advice and ideas on how to transform our kitchen space into a brand new extended kitchen area. Thank you so much to Jay and his team, who professionally and promptly transformed our kitchen. The guys managed to remove an old, battered worktop without damaging any of the walls or tiles above, then installed a new worktop. In addition, they fitted an updated cooker hood, cooker, sink and tap to modernise the whole look and feel of our kitchen. Start to finish the job was done in a couple of days, which was mightily impressive. The guys were always on time, never left early, were polite and most importantly - extremely clean and tidy. Jay even did a massive favour and changed a light switch which had been bugging me in another unrelated room, which he didn't need to do and I was super grateful for. I cannot recommend these chaps enough, 6/5.
Elite Kitchens are without doubt the best company we have ever worked with on our home. The advice and guidance shared in helping us to make decisions on the layout and use of our kitchen was constructive and practical. Work was completed on time and within the agreed price. At the end of each day my home was left clean and tidy, which makes such a huge difference when you are living in your home whilst renovating it. Our neighbours commended us on the professional, friendly team we had working with us. We are delighted at the results achieved with a relatively inexpensive kitchen. Our home is Georgian so the team had to bespoke so much of the fit out as no wall, floor or ceiling is straight. The install is exemplar. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Not only were these extra jobs completed to the same high standard as everything else, but was also priced very fairly. Very happy with our kitchen and we have Jay and his team to thank for it.
I don’t think our feedback will do justice to the way Jay has helped us, as he became much more than ‘just our kitchen fitter’ in a whole house home renovation project that had become ‘challenging’. I think it’s fair to say he also found the kitchen project had its own challenges, but from the outset his positivity was infectious and he brought our project back to life for us. His attention to detail and expertise has been spot-on and we are really pleased with the final result. Communication with Jay has been superb throughout and it really was a case of putting the customer first in all our dealings with him. We haven’t been particularly lucky with our renovation project but one of the things that did go right is having Jay as the fitter and I couldn’t recommend Elite Kitchens highly enough. If only all tradesmen had his considerable skillset….

We purchased the kitchen from Wren but chose Elite rather than Wren's in-house fitters. Jay and his team did an excellent job from initial quote through to completion of the work. We were kept informed of what jobs were being done each day and everything was explained clearly which really helped us to have confidence in the process. What a fantastic company. We had a complete revamp of our kitchen, including flooring throughout downstairs, floor levelled as well as the ceilings replastered. They knocked through to the dining room and even amended the design to suit our needs better! Always professional, open, honest and the attention to detail was immaculate! Jay and his team were fantastic. We had a complete kitchen renovation including the removal of walls and the partitioning of rooms as well as new flooring. Jay was incredibly professional throughout the project and his standard of workmanship is fantastic. I would recommend Jay without hesitation.
We are very happy to recommend Jay and his team to anybody that is considering working with Elite Kitchens. Our project was a complete renovation of our kitchen/dining/family room and also included knocking through into our garage and installing a utility area. Jay was on site for the full 7 weeks and is genuinely the most customer focussed tradesperson we’ve ever dealt with. He pays attention to the most minute deal which ultimately results in a high quality finish at the end of the project. We were consulted throughout every step of the project and Jay was incredibly accommodating and fair when we requested changes to the original project scope. We had absolutely no issues having Jay, his team and the additional tradespeople that he sourced for us in our house and we’re very happy with the quality of their work. In short, if you’re willing to be open and honest with Jay before & during your project, you’ve no reason to look elsewhere.
SUPERB, we cannot say how delighted we are with Elite Kitchens. We had our kitchen and utility room totally refurbished along with flooring through out most of our downstairs. From start to finished Jay and his whole team were just amazing from Doug who measured our kitchen to Matt our fitter who has the skill set to do all the jobs required and nothing was too much trouble, we also like that we were consulted through the whole process. The plasters were fantastic, and the painters were just spot on. I would highly recommend Elite kitchens to anyone. Everyone that worked on our house was 100% trustworthy, everyone went that extra mile to help and everyone absolutely loves their job and working with Jay which made a very stressful time (no kitchen) a much more pleasant experience and we are absolutely delighted with the kitchen and workmanship. Just had our kitchen and utility room completely refurbished by Jay and Matt from start to finish. Cannot speak highly enough of the professional job they done and how pleased me and Angie were with there workmanship. Absolutely delighted to recommended Elite Kitchen Installations! Jay and his whole team were fab! We actually had Matt as our fitter and we cannot fault him. Nothing was too much trouble and he really can turn his hand to anything plus he works like a Trojan! Hardly stopped in all the time he was here and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day!
