We just had our downstairs toilet done by Mark at the Bathroom Fox - very professional, competitively priced, super accommodating of last minute changes, incredibly clean & tidy, amazing attention to detail - highly recommended for anyone looking for a plumber to get a bathroom or en-suite done!
Mark has just completed a full renovation of our small family bathroom which was in dire need of updating. We wanted something clean, fresh and easily maintained. Mark made the entire process from initial survey, quote and all throughout the work as easy and stress free as possible. Works were completed to an incredibly high standard, all while keeping mess and disruption to an absolute minimum. In-flight changes and additional works were discussed openly and priced for ahead of completion, and we were kept informed of progress throughout. Highly recommended.
Asked Mark for a quote, we met, discussed the work, it’s been a month now. I’ve called him, left messages, but no response from him.
Mark undertook a full bathroom renovation for us and was excellent from initial contact to the end. A very friendly and genuine tradesman who evened phoned us whilst on holiday to take us through the work and put our mind at ease. Good at problem solving and making suggestions to get the best spec in our budget. Very considerate and an excellent job done all around. Would recommend him to anyone!

From initially meeting Mark, he was great, worked tirelessly replacing our bathroom, including tiling , and the result was fantastic. After he had finished he cleaned up and you wouldn’t know he had been there. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM 100%

The process from the quote to the fitting of the bathroom was very professional. Once you find a great plumber don't let him go. And Mark is exactly that!! Extremely reliable, always on time, neat and tidy and passionate about his finish. His attention to detail is second to none. I would strongly recommend and have done to several friends and work colleagues.
I booked Mark to install a boiling water tap. This involved having to add a new fitting to the cold water pipe in a very tight space. Mark was punctual, polite and did an excellent job. He tidied up when complete and it was as if he had never been (apart from a sparkling new tap). He tested his work thoroughly commenting that he never leaves a job unless he is completely happy. His price was extremely competitive as well. I echo the comments from Giuseppe that when you find a good plumber , always keep their number. The bathroom Fox is now permanently stored in my phone and I would recommend to anyone .
Good consultation for work require in our bathroom, understood what we wanted, excellent workmanship throughout, good communication during the bathroom work to make sure any snags that occurred were dealt with efficiently. Always left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We now have a great new shower unit, beautifully tiled walls and a new towel radiator. Would highly recommend The Bathroom Fox.
Mark is a fantastic tiler, he recently tiled my kitchen wall and he has done a brilliant job. He arrived when he said and barely left any dust or anything on the kitchen sides. Well impressed!

Fantastic plumber and tiler! We are really happy with the finish on our 2 bathrooms. Mark completed our bathroom projects with attention to detail, consulting us during the process, great suggestions for things we hadn't thought about, very tidy, punctual, great communication throughout, and dealt with any snags quickly and expertly.
