We have been with Pure Gas for several years for both boiler servicing and plumbing repairs. Without exception the PG team are professional, polite and smartly dressed in a way which has sadly become less common as the years pass. Our most recent call for PG help was a non-functioning cloakroom lavatory. Phoned PG late afternoon and had ‘Ash’ and bag of tools on our doorstep at 8.00 the next morning! Fault diagnosed and new flush mechanism fitted. 10/10.

Marcus fitted our new boiler and radiator, he worked very hard, he explained everything to us he made sure carpets and worktops were protected, and cleaned up afterwards. A thorough and excellent job.
I recently had a leak in my bathroom that came through into my lounge and kitchen ceiling. I contacted the team, and they were incredibly helpful—arranging for an engineer to come out as soon as possible. The engineer who visited was absolutely lovely and had everything sorted within the hour. Outstanding service from a friendly and professional team—I’m so grateful! Outstanding service from Pure Gas Heating. My boiler broke with a big water leak. I called Pure Gas and Steve came around the same day to quote for a replacement. We agreed the price and a couple of days later Ben came to fit the boiler. He was reliable, tidy, polite and most importantly went above and beyond to leave the house in a better state than when he arrived. I was delighted with his attitude to work and his knowledge (having had other plumbers quote on the work to be done). The ladies on reception were helpful with questions and accommodated my time requests. I can not recommend Pure Gas enough. Fantastic service! It's been six months now and it all works perfectly Thank you Ben.
I've used Pure Gas for a 2nd time today and once again their response to my enquiry and level of service was second to none. Ben came round to fix a leaking outside tap. He arrived on time, having called me before he left for my property as requested. He found the problem pretty much straight away but unfortunately didn't have the required parts to repair the leak. A quick trip to a local supplier and he was back again within 20 minutes to finish the job. Left my home clean and tidy, was friendly and professional the whole time he was at my property. Very happy with the service I've received for the 2nd time running. Thank you

I called these on a Friday and told they were busy and would call me back Monday. They didn't so I tried to call twice next day. Called back by a woman who seemed to have a problem with my ringing twice and told they had no one to repair a fault on a 4 year old boiler as it wasn't an emergency. I wouldn't have minded waiting, but not that level of service.
Excellent. Professional, tidy tradesmen. Fitted new boiler and integrated a back boiler wood burner plumbing solution that was tricky. These guys know what they are doing and operate with integrity. Stayed late on a couple of evenings testing until it was right. They also repaired an accidentally broken paving slab, no quibble and relocated the flu after fitting it to a better location without any fuss whatsoever so as not to upset our neighbour. Refreshing and appreciated, no request for deposit or payment until all the work was completed & tested. Highly recommend this trustworthy firm.
After a bad experience from other heating people so glad to have found reliable and trustworthy pure gas. Very efficient and helpful booking an engineer to visit the property. Arrived on time extremely knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done on the service. No upsale just advice for parts that may need changing for next service. Got in touch late on a Friday evening as my heating and hot water were not working. Simon offered an appointment first thing the next morning, but in the end he talked me through how to fix it myself. Brilliant!
My boiler picked the coldest day of winter (and a weekend) to go on the blink. I asked the Nat. Trust to send a heating engineer but numerous parts of the chain failed to pass on the message, No help, no advice! I rang Pure Gas in desperation. Their engineer, Simon, talked me through the fix and 'presto' I'm warm again. He wouldn't accept any payment for his time and help. Thank you Pure Gas, thank you Simon, for your kindness and generous help. Five stars truly earned.

Very good experience with Pure Gas! They removed an old air source heat pump and replaced it with a new electric boiler and hot water cylinder. Simon was very quick to respond to any queries I had about the replacement and has been very good at explaining how it all works! Cannot recommend enough!
Fantastic service from Simon! We had an issue today with an air source heat pump with a loss of water pressure. Coldest day of the year and the house was freezing! I got nowhere with the company who installed it, checked out a couple of other local firms in Wimborne (another didn’t pick up and another guy just basically told me to use you tube). Simon took time out on the phone on what was a busy Friday for him. He knew the heating system well and talked me through the refill process via whatsapp picture messages. He took ownership of the problem and asked to be kept informed this afternoon if it hadn’t heated up successfully. He did all this, giving me around 20 minutes of his time and without any expectation of a fee. I discovered later that my mother in law also used Pure Gas Heating to install her new boiler in Bear Cross and received great service; going above and beyond. I have arranged for Simon to come out to service the system and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure Gas Heating.
Our boiler broke down on Christmas Day - no hot water or heating. On Boxing Day I emailed Pure Gas hoping someone might pick up my message. Within half an hour Simon had emailed me back with some options to try. When these didn’t work he then spent around 40 minutes on the phone with us, talking us through some potential solutions. The end result was that our boiler needs a part so we were unable to fix over the phone but he also instructed us on how to bypass the boiler and get hot water using the immersion until we can get the boiler fixed. Super kind and helpful, would definitely recommend.

A full oil fired boiler replacement and updating of radiators. Such a lovely firm to deal with - so efficient at booking in the work, quote much cheaper than any of the others I had and they were completely reliable. This was a big job, moving the boiler outside and putting in new pipework for extra radiators, but they explained everything clearly and nothing was too much trouble. A very professional team, who were genuinely delightful to have around the house for the week. Everything left very neat and tidy and a hard working team - I cannot fault Pure Gas.
We recently had a new boiler installed by Pure Gas after finding out our new house’s boiler was broken. Simon was around within an hour of us ringing. He talked us through all our options and we had a quote by the end of the day. Pete, who installed the new boiler, was fantastic. He is such a nice guy, very professional and he did an excellent job. He left the house very clean and tidy too which was much appreciated. The boiler was installed to a high standard and Pete did an excellent job of bricking up the hole from the previous boiler. The whole job took two days. Pete was great at communicating to us what was happening and explaining to us how to use the new system. I would highly recommend Simon and his team.
What an amazing company and I can't recommend them highly enough. Our old oil fired boiler was costing us a fortune in heating oil so decided it was time to change. Knowing that trades people are hard to book we thought that we'd be waiting months for an installation but Pure Gas are an exception to that rule. I sent an enquiry via checkatrade at mid-day and Simon came round that afternoon, 24 hours later we had a quotation and were booked into have the boiler fitted a week later. Wow. The guys who fitted the boiler we courteous, knowledgeable and dog lovers too. I Highly recommend Pure Gas.
I found Lee and Dec absolutely brilliant. Polite, professional, thoughtful, tidy and Lee is so knowledgeable. Their work is outstanding. They kept me informed at every stage and listened to my thoughts and preferences. Converting our home to a combi was a very significant project needing major changes to our plumbing but it was all done calmly and with a passion to deliver the best possible outcomes. The finished product is outstanding and works so much better than before. It feels really futureproof. Simon's communication was great, from the quote right up to the start of work. Thank you so much. It has been a pleasure and I have to admit that I was dreading it, being such a big job!

We were very happy with the service when the boiler was fitted in 2020; however we have been disappointed with the follow-up service. We had an existing service plan in place with another provider, who had advised they would be in touch shortly, to book an appointment. So when I received a phone call to say your service is due today and can we come this afternoon, I assumed it was my service plan provider. As such, I was rather shocked to receive an invoice for £84 afterwards! After querying this with a rather shirty lady in the showroom, who basically said it was all my fault for not telling her I had a service plan in place, it has been paid. However I would suggest when they call to book, they make it clear they are the company who installed the boiler and it will cost £84 as this was not mentioned when booking. Customer service lessons needed!
The engineer arrived on time and was clean and tidy and professional and courteous. Although easily pleased, my time is precious and costly if I am messed around. Pure Gas have earned a good review and I would recommend their services. Thank you Simon and team.
Our boiler had broken over the weekend, Saturday morning and would not work at all. I registered with a website that contacts Installation companies on Sunday morning. Simon called me a little while later along with 2 other companies. On paper the quote wasnt the cheapest but I am so glad I agreed to a site survey. Simon actually bothered to come to the property and do a survey to give me a quote. The others gave quotes for a new boiler but didnt take into account any extra work that needed doing. One guy quoted me a price and said that I'd have to get a bricklayer to fill the hole in the wall from the old one. Pretty comical considering the guy was installing a device to heat the house. I know that extras would have been added but didnt know how much. Simon from Puregas gave me the price and he wasnt budging from what he quoted. Not always a bad thing as it showed confidence in his own business. I had a Worcester Bosch boiler for 17 yrs and I knew I was getting a quality replacement. I agreed on the price on Monday morning and the Friday of the same week, he turned up with another plumber and the boiler was installed a day before a really cold weekend was forecast. Both worked really hard, it even rained but that wasnt stopping Simon as he knew how much we needed heat in the house. Both were polite, cheerful and hard working and i felt sorry for Simon working on a wet patio in the rain. The work was done to a excellent standard and they cleaned up the little mess that was made. Respect for my property was second to none. The work was completed in one day which i was pleased about as i knew it could have gone into another day if they hadnt worked later than most trades would. I would recommend this company if youre considering purchasing a new boiler. So glad I did. I have noticed a difference in how my heating is working so much better than before and I wish Id done it earlier, it would have saved me hundreds in repair bills to another company in the last few years Well done to Puregas, hoping to see them in a year for the annual service, if they dont call us we will be calling them!
I am following up my wifes review and the reply by Simon of Pure Gas of 4 months ago. For a start, there were 4 vans in the driveway, so quite why 2 of them needed 4 vans to get here I am not sure. It sounded as if they all gathered to get the job rushed through as quickly as possible to have a day free at the end of the week. In the quote they said they would flush the whole system through before firing the new boiler up. Ive just bled the radiator in the sitting room having topped up the water in the boiler again and the water coming from the rad was utterly filthy. Also, the rad in the utility room was left not working at all after they left. Nothing going through it at all. System flushed? I think not? Can I have a refund on the Magnacleanse please??? Ive now topped up the radiator 3x since it was installed.....twice in the last 2 weeks.....courtesy of another leak which has appeared where the water inlet pipe up to the rad comes up out of the floor. yet another old joint eh Simon? Had you discussed the risks of the high pressure system in a house like this we would never have switched to a high pressure system. But you didn't. As the expert we trusted you. Mistake! Big mistake. We are not the only review to point out your arrogance as a company. Finally, payment. You were paid in full on 4/8/2020. In full. £3153.60. To your account by direct transfer in case you had forgotten. The work was done on 30th July. 5 days before. Had to chase did we??? well I think I would like an apology, publicly for that slight. You are pretty poor with your memory I must say Simon. If you think 5 days is a bad debt and chasing then I really do worry for your business. It was paid in good faith . By heck I wish I hadn't.
I cannot fault Pure Gas. I called Pure Gas out of desperation when my heating engineer cancelled our scheduled appointment several times over 9 weeks. I spoke to an extremely helpful lady named Judy who informed me that they were busy but that she would do the best that she could to help me. She called back within 15 minutes and scheduled in an appointment that day. An extremely helpful Engineer (Ash) arrived that day, identified the problem and quickly an undertook an emergency repair. The following day, Ash and Simon returned and replaced an expansion vessel, a pressure relief valve and a switch. Excellent workmanship, prompt response, competitive pricing and high quality service from office staff through to engineers. I cannot fault them and should you require a high quality company to service your central heating or provide general plumbing services, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Would not recommend! What started off as 2 people working in my small house during Covid social distancing turned into a circus of 5 oiks running riot around the house, constantly bickering and having total disregard to me, the home owner, not keeping me up to date as to what was going on and ignoring instructions regarding keeping the back gate open so that the dogs were safe. What followed was several hundreds of pounds worth of damage due to leaks, as we'd been ill advised about a suitable type of boiler for our property. We now need to replace one of the bathrooms & re-floor all of the downstairs of the property.
As soon as they could, they came and fixed my boiler. The gas man's always polite and quick at his job.
I had a new combi boiler installed on 11 May 2020. Simon came out price the job within 3 days on my contacting him and emailed me a very reasonable quote the same day. The work was done the following week. The installer arrived on time, the work was done very efficiently and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the work done and would certainly recommend this company.

I would not use this company. I reported a fault with the heating system. It took two weeks to send a technician who said it was the control panel and thermostat. Ordered a nest system and a week later it was installed but did NOT fix the problem. The fault was a valve a week later another chap came and replaced the valve but did not replace the loft insulation leaving pipes exposed. Then tried to overcharge by 100% the cost as quoted by Nest and John Lewis! When I complained the owner replied all companies charge different prices. He did not reply to my response and I refused to pay the inflated cost. He is arrogant and no doubt his response to this review will show that. I have found a new company that have been excellent and if you are tempted to use Pure Gas get two other quotes before engaging with them.
Very reliable and honest. I was recommended to contact Pure Gas. Simon was very quick to fit us in after we bought a house with a faulty boiler! We have a 1 year old and it was pretty cold at night, Simon was able to rearrange diaries to be able to fit a new boiler the next day! He also explained everything very well. Such a relief to have hot water and heating. Highly recommend Pure Gas! Mark is also very reliable and I believe when the staff have the same ethics it makes the company succeed! feel I’ve received an exceptional service and will recommend to anyone. I rang in the evening and Simon arranged for Marcus to call at 8.30 the next morning to clear a blocked sink drain and repair the toilet flush on a boxed system. Marcus completed both jobs with a professional competency and kept me informed on what he was doing.Marcus left everything clear and tidy.
