Reviews

4.4

Midland Renewables Ltd has given several customers a smooth experience installing heat pumps and underfloor heating, with staff described as friendly and helpful in explaining the work. One reviewer says the team was knowledgeable, the process was explained in detail and the work was excellent. Another says the sales team helped design rooms and advised that not all radiators needed changing, and the firm worked with their builders to avoid wasted time. A different reviewer says they have been messed around for about a year, with repeated cancellations and schedule changes, sometimes arriving with only half the team needed, and they are still waiting for work to be finished in three rooms after paying.

we approached this company about a year ago and they have been messing us around constantly. They kept cancelling and constantly changing schedules and being unreliable in general, sometimes they would turn up with only half the team they needed. We have been without heating in the kitchen, dining room and utility for months now still waiting for them to come and finish its getting close winter. We have already paid for this service so why is no one sorting anything.

Great customer service and all staff were happy to help explain the service as a new customer to renewable energy devices. They are reliable and easy to get in contact with to discuss problems, questions and arrangements! Would highly recommend especially if you are debating on converting to renewables :)
