We had a Worcester Bosch air source heat pump installed with an Adia add-on to enable us to remotely view & adjust the temperatures in every room which is ideal for when we are not at the property. John is clearly very knowledgeable & planned out the installation excellently. His team led by Richie completed the job in 3-4 days and were excellent and kept us informed throughout the process. I was so grateful they were able to come to such a remote location to do the work for us as well.

Fantastic service! John has been responsive and supportive throughout the whole process, with regular check ins and updates. I had 16 solar panels fitted by James and an 11.5kwh battery. Complete Home Energy Solutions replaced my gas combi boiler with a heat pump, hot‑water storage, upgraded heating controls and a solar‑compatible battery/inverter system. From the initial home visit they listened carefully to my preferences and suggested a better overall solution than the one I had planned. Fantastic service from the team at Liverpool Heating. We had to have a new boiler fitted which was connected to an older complicated solar system. Our energy provider quoted for a new boiler but couldn't deal with the solar system. Having read all the positive reviews I contacted John who came to have a look the next morning. In a matter of hours after his visit he was able to provide details of a compatable boiler which was then installed in less than a week. Richard and Dillon who fitted the boiler were such hard workers hardly stopping for a break to get the job finished for us. They were so tidy too and took time to explain how the new system would work. Nothing was too much trouble to them. Having had a bad experience with scammers in the past it was such a relief to deal with honest and reliable people.

We chose John and Liverpool Heating as the quote was reasonably priced with quality products included. The fitting was exceptional and the quality of the system is impressive and we are totally happy with it. We chose 18 Solar Panels with a Sigenergy Inverter coupled with 2 x 9kw batteries and a matching Signergy Gateway to complement the Bosch Heat Pump they also installed at our property. Adding to this setup we added a Signergy EV Charger to charge our electric car and a Commando charger for our caravan charging. A comprehensive set up but we are looking long term to hopefully go off grid for 7 to 8 months of the year and then use the smart tariff to charge the batteries overnight and use the cheaper electricity throughout the day.

Liverpool Heating installed at my home Worcester Bosch 8000+ 32 KW Combi boiler. My old Worcester Boiler of 13 years decided to pack during the Christmas period. John Allen promptly responded to my request for a quote. I found John's details from the Worcester Bosch Installer website and Liverpool Heating has a Which Trader badge. On the appointed day John arrived with the new boiler and he was ably assisted by Jack (with copious amounts of Red Bull). John did a thorough and professional job in installing the new boiler and testing it. He fitted the Hive Thermostat as well as asked me to download the Hive app from Google Playstore. This feature helps to use your smart phone to control the boiler timings. He fitted the Flue and cemented the surrounds and sealed it. I had an existing exterior Flue diffuser and he fitted the Flue exhaust to the diffuser. For the external Condensate pipe, I have seen other installers use 10mm pipe, who could freeze in the inclement weather. But John fitted a 25mm pipe and connected it to the kitchen water pipe. The installation was professional done, John was very polite and a good conversationalist with details knowledge of contemporary news topics. The work area was properly cleaned up. I am very happy with the work done and am glad to recommend John to family and friends for Gas Boiler replacement and repairs.

My boiler died on me and John was brilliant at keeping in touch to let me know when he could get a new one fitted. It was a bit of a complicated job because apparently the original flue hadn't been fitted according to regulations - but the 2 guys who fitted it all sorted everything out, drilling through the wall in a different place, filling in the original hole. My bathroom was left really clean, all rubbish was taken away. The boiler they fitted is a high spec, too. I'm really happy with the whole process and would highly recommend John and his team. Recently had a Hybrid Heat pump installed by these guys, can’t believe how clean and tidy they was. The job took. 2 and a half days and the lads cleared up after themselves as they went, keeping everywhere tidy, which was a big thing for us as we have small children and a dog. When the job was complete Richard explained all the controls to us and made it all so simple to use. All paperwork and warranties have been handed over to us along with relevant contact numbers in case we need further help moving forward.

I am a landlord who lives in Cardiff but has a house in Liverpool that we rent out. The boiler stopped working at the end of last week and I contacted John for a quote. Received a quote which was very competitive compared to other major suppliers. Engineer came up with a much less disruptive route for install of a brand new heating system than I was quoted. Engineer arrived on time and installed the boiler in 1 day rather than the 3 days that the other supplier advised it would take. He was very pleasant, professional and respectful of interior decor. He took shoes off when walking on carpets and placed sheets on wooden flooring. I am extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Richard.

We got in touch with John when we were waiting for British Gas to repair our broken boiler. We had to wait 5 days for BG to come out and that’s with having a home serve contract. We decided to replace our very old baxi boiler of 20+ years. John was very helpful and quick to respond. After sending pictures of current boiler and a conversation on the phone, John was able to give us sound advice and a reasonable quote to install a new boiler and a magnetic flush of the system. The following Friday Richard came out to install the new boiler he was very professional and worked very hard. We needed some additional work re: our copper pipes etc. This again was dealt with quickly and quote for additional work was reasonable. The job was completed the following Tuesday to a high standard and with no mess. I’m so glad we went ahead with replacing our boiler and also using the professional services of John and his team. Our house is so much warmer and the new Worcester boiler is very efficient. Thanks again!

John did a thoughtful survey to replace our 25(?) year old unrepairable Baxi boiler. This was done, very efficiently, by telephone, text messages and photographs of the existing installation. A detailed and reasonable quotation for installation of a Worcester Bosch boiler arrived the next day specifying all additional components to be used. After slight modifications produced a new quotation this was accepted, and Richard arrived two days later to fix the new boiler. This went smoothly until he discovered that the mains gas pressure was too low. He called out Cadent who also discovered a fault in the mains installation which involved digging up our drive to turn the gas off until they could fix it. This took 2 days and involved digging up the road to replace part of the Victorian mains. Richard then came back and commissioned the boiler and checked again with Cadent that they were now happy. The subsequent invoice, despite the extra time and disruption to their schedule, was the same as the original quotation. We were particularly impressed by the help Richard gave in arranging for the low gas pressure problem to be fixed and ensuring that the whole installation was safe. John was also always at hand throughout to respond to text messages promptly.

Had a leak from heating system, contacted John late in the afternoon, he came out and isolated the leak and replaced with new tank following day also replacing the sub-standard pipe work previously installed, professional installation and everything cleaned and tidy afterwards, all done at a great price.
