SFR Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Stefan came to our rescue! Replied to my WhatsApp message promptly. I was fully informed upfront about the charges as it was Good Friday. Very happy with the service I received and thankfully no major work was required. Would happily ask you to quote for any future work required. Your messages were very polite and it was a shame that I didn’t get to meet you in person but my tenant was happy. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Gillian

Stefan did a good job, very fast and very friendly, I will recommend for everyone

Cannot recommend Stefan enough, has helped to move and install radiators for us and they have really changed the aesthetic of the home for the better. Super helpful on everything plumbing related

We’d been having ongoing issues with the water intake of our washing machine, and Stefan was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. He also managed to visit at very short notice, which we really appreciated. We would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs—highly recommended!

Just a wonderful guy. Turned up and recognised the problem with the boiler so quickly and was able to resolve it with no dramas what so ever. Was punctual, polite and cleaned up after he departed. Will be calling on his services again if we ever have anther issue

I cannot rate Stefan high enough for his outstanding professionalism and promptness in solving a number of plumbing issues at my mum's home, over the last few years. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he has gone above and beyond with every job.

Stefan is fantastic. He was able to get out to us on the same day and correctly identified the cause of a leak which was coming through our ceiling andhad been misdiagnosed by a different plumber. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and communicated honestly and transparently with us. Its great to have local specialists you can trust and Stefan is brilliant - would 100% recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble for Stefan. Reliable, friendly, diligent service, excellent communication, very reasonable and fair prices and all-round high quality. I won’t use any one else and will always recommend to anyone who needs anything relating to plumbing and heating. Thanks Stefan!

Top guy, great work & great price. Went above & beyond. 100% will contact again if in need of further work.

SFR plumbing and heating the best in the biz in my opinion

Fantastic plumber saved my bacon today coming out on a Sunday night to help with my toilet would highly recommend this man

Excellent service. On time and good at arranging call time. Conscientious and very good at explaining the job - obviously knows his stuff. I had drainage problems on a rental which needed a couple of visits - arranged easy enough and he kept me up to speed with everything.

Stefan came out to an emergency boiler leak at short notice over bank holiday weekend. He arrived and promptly replaced the part that was leaking at a very reasonable price. Polite and friendly, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Stefan did another great job for me recently; another great job done, for a sensible price, & in a professional & friendly way! I highly recommend his work! Thanks again, Stefan!

Stefan was great, he came out to help quickly and solved our issue the next day. He couldn't do enough to help, I would highly recommend SFR Plumbing!

Stefan was really fantastic. Attended emergency at once and skilfully replaced leaking pipe providing total reassurance. Excellent value for money. Recommend 100%.

Our heating and hot water stopped working on a freezing February, Stefan replaced the broken pump within an hour of calling him to help! Came round after 5pm when he wasn’t even working! Thank you, fantastic service!

Brilliant service fast and reliable! Reasonable prices . Thanks Very much

Very professional and excellent service Reasonable priced really happy thank you Stefan your a star x

Came today to fix outdoor tap done it quick easy and professional highly recommended

Stephan of SFR Plumbing & Heating Ltd truly deserves a 5 star all round rating as he finally brought huge relief to us for a unique problem we faced since the middle of this year. After getting 4 other Plumbing companies to come and analyse the problem; 2 recommended changing our whole electrical hot water system at a huge cost and one analysed the problem, came and 'fixed' it, charged us but problem remained. The

Stefan removed an old gas heater and capped the gas supply. I had been searching for a gas engineer for a while with no luck and after coming across his good reviews online, I contacted him and he was round to do the work. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend.

We'd like to give five stars for Stefan & SFR Plumbing & Heating Ltd Leeds. He has just done an exceptional job for us & we will definitely recommend him to all our family & friends. He wore shoe covers & is a very respectful, friendly & genuine young man & highly knowledge in his field. We were dreading having any work done after some bad experiences, but Stefan has restored our faith. A++++++++

Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. He’s a really lovely lad and I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in urgent need of a plumber! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Thank you stefan!

Quick response, good neat job done, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Would recommend him to anyone.

SFR Plumbing & Heating Ltd did a brilliant job replacing a shower for us for a fair price too. Thanks again for the professional advice and installation Stefan!

So helpful and kind! Communicated really well which is very useful for an anxious customer. Exceeded expectations and would definitely hire again

Stefan is the best! I rang him in the morning to clear a blocked kitchen sink and he was able to clear it that afternoon. Really flexible and easy to work with. I'll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Great service, we had a tricky access issue but Stefan worked through all the options and was able to sort us out with minimal fuss. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will happily call again next time we need some help!

Exceptional service from SFR Plumbing & Heating! I recently had the pleasure of using SFR Plumbing & Heating in Leeds, and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment they arrived, they were the epitome of professionalism. They showed up right on time, which, in my experience, is a rarity in this field. Their punctuality was greatly appreciated, and it set the tone for the rest of their service. They were clean and tidy, ensuring that they left no mess behind. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it truly differentiated them from other services I have used in the past. The quality of the work done was high. It was clear that they take great pride in their workmanship, and it shows in the results. The job was not only done well, but it was also competitively priced, providing great value for the money. They replaced a leaking stopcock under my kitchen sink and then carried out multiple checks of the incumbent plumbing to ensure that there were no further leaks, and the job was completed to satisfaction. I highly recommend SFR Plumbing & Heating and will definitely be using their services again in the future. If you're in Leeds and in need of a reliable, professional, and affordable plumbing and heating service, look no further than SFR!

Avoid. Unprofessional, disrespectful and charges customers!

Went above and beyond what I expected especially as he came out at night when he should have been packing for his holiday. Very professional and kept me informed throughout nothing was too much for him. Very friendly and reliable would highly recommend him. Thank you for a job well done. Kath

Very good job, got an outside tap fitted and the job was neat and of good quality.

Have to say a massive thank you to Stefan who turned up like he said he would to fix my boiler issue. Very well communicated all the way through from phone call to doing the job. Was very knowledgeable and just very nice to deal with in general. Stefan is very persistent and carries out the job with a common sense approach. I can happily recommend him!!!!!

Needed a plumber as AO couldn't fit my washing machine. Stefan came out same day, fixed my pipes, checked everything. Job done, no hassle, reasonable price.

When contacted Stefan gave a clear indication of his prices. He was quick and professional and was able to remove the blockage in our bathroom pipe which was obstructing drainage from our sink. I was particular impressed with other aspects of his work. I like a tidy tradesman and he offered to mop up the leaks from the job as well as removing the water that had collected in a draw in the sink unit. All in all a quick tidy professional job and a satisfied customer.

I have used Stefan’s services on multiple occasions for a business I work for, the most recent time being a leak in our retail store (pretty big issue). Stefan came out to us very shortly after I called, fixed the issue with great communication — not to mention the fact it was 8pm at night. Couldn’t recommend more! Thank you!

We had a leaking toilet and called SFR, Stefan got back to us really quickly, very good communication and really knowledgeable. Came out the same day to diagnose the problem. Fitted our new toilet and it looks great. Absolutely top plumber

Absolutely brilliant

Stefan arrived as promised to deal with our emergency - our boiler had stopped working - and after 30 minutes, he had it up and running. Would recommend SFR.

Great work from Stefan. He has done 2 jobs for me. Leaking boiler and a leaking toilet. Would recommend👍

We called SFR plumbing when we were badly let down by our boiler servicing company. Stefan came out promptly, and quickly and efficiently solved our problem. Highly recommended!

Our kitchen tap broke tonight and the pipes started flooding the kitchen. Called SFR Pumbing who came round to fix the issue as an emergency late on a Saturday night. Really appreciate him helping us so late as we had to turn all the water off. Changed our tap and all the old copper pipes below the sink. Superb job and highly recommended. Many thanks. Lee

Excellent service and very professional. Was able to attend the day after and talked me through the issues with the leak and was also very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Stefan came to us in chapel allerton and I can’t thank him enough. His diagnosis was honest and says what he could do as it was last minute!! So thorough and quick, quality work at an affordable price. I’m so glad I have found a plumber will for sure be using Stefan again. Thank you 😊

Stefan managed to squeeze me in and quickly sorted out my leaking washing machine- thank you!

I contacted Stefan as I had a leak in my bathroom. He turned up as arranged and was very upfront about the cost of the job. He was friendly and professional, keeping me updated about the cause of the leak and the options to correct. I would definitely use his services again if required.

He attended our emergency plumber call, arrived promptly and fixed the tap within 15 minutes of arriving. A quality professional who I can definitely recommend!

I contacted Stefan late Saturday night after my boiler decided to stop working. Stefan answered my call out of hours, asked for images/videos of the issue, and came round first thing this morning (Sunday) to successfully fix it. Really happy with his responsiveness, and that he managed to fix it, and am asking him to quote up on some additional plumbing work in the kitchen. Also, being a woman in the house solo I felt super comfortable - which, having had some dodgy contractors in the past - is so important. Friendly, professional, would recommend. Nice to support an independent too, rather than a national business that just sends anyone round.

Stefan fitted an outside driveway tap for Me, was responsive, used a good quality tap, fitted it neat & tidy, kept me in the loop after he fitted it too. Wired it in well, very polite over the phone too, calm, sophisticated individual; got the job done without any fuss. No.1 plumber for me, first time using Stefan's services as a landlord, will be utilising again for tenancy issues. 5 star ⭐ Kind regards Sami - Leeds, Gipton

Stefan did a great job today fixing a leaky loo and another couple of plumbing jobs. Really happy with his work, and would definitely recommend.

I can recommend Stefan 100%. Stefan has done various work on a property of mine and always goes out quickly and does a brilliant job. He is extremely reliable, efficient and responsive.

Our boiler was difficult to access, due to some tight-fitted boxing, but Stefan found an ingenious workaround. Boiler now working as if it were new. Thoroughly recommend.

Great out of hours service. Unblocked toilet , sink and bath on a Saturday evening!

Amazing work! If you need a professional, trustworthy tradesman, look no further. Stefan really knows his stuff. He has done a few jobs for me now, and I couldn't be happier with the service and work. Would definitely use his services and again and would recommend.

Called SFR plumbing and heating as our boiler had developed quite a bad leak and we were without heating or hot water which isnt ideal with a 14 month old! Stefan was polite, reassuring and professional on the phone and actually rearranged other commitments to attend the same day. He replaced damaged part and carried out the repair so we had heating and hot water once again. Top job, I highly recommended Stefan to anyone who needs any plumbing and heating services.

A Five Star service from Stefan, highly recommended.I contacted him to disconnect my elderly parents' gas cooker and he came the very next day.Highly professional service with excellent communication, clear pricing and great quality work.He is also friendly and approachable - I can't recommend Stefan highly enough and will definitely use his service again, many thanks!

Stefan came out on his day off to fix my boiler. Good guy, good service with good communication.

I called Stefan recently as we had detected a small gas leak near our boiler. Stefan performed some tests and sorted out some niggles and we haven't detected anything since which has been great what with the recent weather! Stefan was professional and friendly and we look forward to booking him again when our boiler next needs a service. Would definitely recommend.

Woke to a very chilly house this week to find my central heating boiler had not come on, it was showing an ignition fail report. Having used Stefan almost 2 years ago with excellent results I called him again to find that he was unfortunately, but not unexpectedly, booked up. I rang a few other plumbers, leaving messages, and sat for several hours awaiting a response, trying to keep warm and contemplating a very chilly Christmas. I was therefore absolutely delighted to get a message from Stefan in the afternoon offering to call later that evening to look at my boiler. I did not care how late the visit was. He finally arrived after 9pm, following completion of another complex repair, and set to work. Despite his best efforts by 11pm it was clear the boiler was going to need a new fan before it would fire again. Stefan was supposed to be on leave the following day but said he would source the parts and return next day to fix it. He duly did just that, and gave the boiler a full service at the same time, finishing past 8pm. I am once again warm and comfy and delighted to once again thank him for acting above and beyond. Another well deserved 5 star performance.

Stefan replaced a leaking tap for us, came out the same day and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Stefan replaced a radiator valve for me. His communication was good, his work was quick and clean and he was courteous and professional. I’d definitely recommend him

Did not respond to my email, I also was not able to get through by phone on the few times I have tried.

We got in touch with Stefan to look at a leaking radiator in our bedroom. He responded quickly to our call, providing a time for an appointment and details on cost. On the day of our appointment, Stefan kept us updated on when he would arrive. Once he had diagnosed the issue, he quickly fixed the leak at a reasonable cost. Very impressed with the service provided and would definitely recommend using Stefan for any plumbing services.

Highly recommended. After experiencing a sudden leak in our house, Stefan worked quickly and professionally to resolve the problem and charged a reasonable price for his service.

Stefan is an excellent tradesman. He was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing any plumbing work done. Great job. Thanks Mick.

Excellent work by Stefan , due to the boiler suffering from low pressure within 20 minutes the family can smile again enjoying the warmth of the home Highly recommended and people don't hesitate on calling Stefan..... A++

I called about a badly leaking kitchen mixer tap which urgently needed replacing.. Stefan was round within the hour to look at it. Quoted me for a new mixer tap plus isolation valves which I requested, and which I accepted. He did the job immediately, fitting a new tap plus isolation valves plus reconfiguring the existing pipe work. He also showed me how the hot water system worked. The old parts were disposed of and the site was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Stefan and would definitely use his services again. He was polite, pleasant, most helpful and did a really good job. Thank you.

Stefan came out same day for a leak we came across moving into a new house and also got our boiler going for us! Very good service, communication and friendly advice. We are already lining up more work. Thanks very much.

Stefan is a reliable tradesman. He is very professional, an individual who is on point, clear and sincere to his work. Excellent customer service provided exceeding the customers expectations, he conducts himself very well. I would definitely recommend him and his services to all. Hopefully I'll require your assistance in future Stefan! Many thanks for completing this job for me without me having to wait, much appreciated!

Fast efficient service. Was very respectful of my children wbing asleep and tried to be in and out as quickly as possible. And reasonably priced too.

Excellent service by Stefan! He performed an amazing job replacing my shower, which I had been looking for someone to do for a long time. The entire process, from finding the right shower unit to finishing the job, was extremely professional! Will definitely use Sfr plumbing again! Highly recommended!

The best plumber ever! He’s amazing! He did really high quality work, and got my boiler working again. It was an awkward job, but he stuck at it till it was done. What a star! He’s fitting me a shower next, and will do all my services from now on. Trustworthy and dedicated plumber - a rare find!

Great communications and attention to detail. Will definitely use the services again! Edit 31/5 Stefan came to the rescue at a plumbing emergency this afternoon and solved the issue, through very thorough trouble shooting. He is an excellent and highly skilled tradesperson. 100% recommended.

Rang Stefan Sunday lunchtime about water dripping from boiler, he diagnosed the problem immediately to me and by Monday afternoon the problem was solved and boiler working perfectly again. Can’t fault the high level of service and efficiency he gave us. Also really friendly so I would recommend him to anyone who has any sort of plumbing problem.😍👍

Stefan fixed my leaking radiator. He explained the problem and we looked at the options together. Fixed within an hour with new parts that he had with him. I would recommend & use Stefan again.

Stafan and and his collegue were very profesional on time and polite. Great service and would defo recomend to a friend or collegue. Good work !

I can’t rate Stefan highly enough. He made our gas piping safe again following a leak, rearranged other work to prioritise us as it was urgent and so professional. Kept us updated throughout, polite and swept everything down at the end.

Boiler service simply brilliant. The best experience I've had from any tradesperson period. Great communication, arrived on the date and time as agreed, left everything spotless and of course competitive pricing. Use them, can't see you being disappointed.

When our boiler started making a horrible noise Stefan was very helpful in listening to a video and giving initial thoughts and then arranging to visit at a convenient time the next day. He was easy to communicate with by text and was prompt and efficient each step of the way when diagnosing and later replacing the faulty part. Would definitely recommend in future

Fantastic service from Stefan, he did a really great job changing a broken tap for me. Friendly, professional and reliable, Stefan came when he said he would and the pricing was in line with his initial quotation. He supplied a really great tap and the whole process from initial contact to completion was really easy. Great communication throughout, a top job. I will definitely be calling on Stefan again and would highly recommend him.

Excellent service from this young man. I noticed him doing work for my neighbor so I contacted him from the number on his van and he responded quickly. I am very fortunate and happy to have a working toilet again. Thank you Stefan!

We had a water hammer issue with the kitchen sink. Stefan was very responsive via messenger. He came out at short notice, had the parts we needed and fixed it accordingly. Would use again.

Turned up late, charged an emergency call out when it was booked for a few days time. Told me I had a leak, yes I know I told you that. Informed me parts need to be ordered, subsequently nothing heard in over 4 weeks. Bathroom out of action. Only went with him due to all the good reviews across multiple platforms. Lesson learnt.

When I had water from the flat above streaming down 3 walls in my lounge and bathroom, my insurers sent an emergency plumber. when he arrived four hours later, he was unable to find the upstairs leak and left, with water still pouring down the walls! Fortunately, I found SFR on Google, read their excellent reviews and contacted Stefan. He examined where the water was coming through the ceilings, we went into the bathroom of the upstairs flat and, using his experience and expertise, found the leak immediately (literally 20 seconds !) The actual repair obviously took rather longer, but was perfect--leak fixed--job done! I cannot speak too highly of Stefan...friendly, helpful and efficient. He's already booked to service my boiler and move a gas oven.

Very quick response at 21.00. Very polite young man. Very professional, will use again.

Proficient and straightforward

If you're looking for the best plumber in Leeds, look no further! Stefan did an amazing job, he was professional, tidy, and he charged us the agreed price despite the job taking longer than expected. Stefan will now be my go to plumber and I would highly recommend!

Stefan is professional, friendly and polite. He came at very short notice when our boiler had stopped working overnight. We have a 5 month old daughter so it was essential we got the heating working quickly. He was very quick to identify the problem and set about to fix the problem without any fuss. Work was of high quality and got the boiler up and running in no time. Would have no hesitation using Stefan again and would highly recommend.

Honestly the best service I've ever received! Arrived super quickly, finished the job perfectly and in fantastic time, and very very good value. Think I've found myself a reliable plumber going forward!

Stefan came at short notice and took great care. He did a very neat job - he’s clearly a perfectionist. Cleaned up after himself. Thanks Stefan. Would definitely use again and recommend.

My elderly (late 80s)parents had a problem with their toilet, having rung several plumbers I rang Stefan. Although he was fully booked he was kind enough to reschedule an appointment and arrived very quickly. He was very professional and courteous and sorted out our problems. Would highly recommend

Excellent emergency response to a broken kitchen tap on a Sunday evening. Efficiently replaced with another tap he had in the van .

Stefan was very professional, quick to diagnose the issue, discussed different options with me, and was reasonably priced. I've tried various plumbers over the past few years but I'll definitely be going back to Stefan in the future.

Absolutely brilliant service from Stefan, such a lovely person and quick and efficient work. Will most certainly be our first point of call for future work!

Stefan is friendly , polite and very professional . He repaired the toilet skilfully and left everything clean and tidy . Can recommend him without reservation .

I was extremely pleased with Stefans work and highly recommended him, I will definitely employ him again and be passing his details onto friends.

Really lovely, helpful and honest guy! Knows his onions, too.

Stefan was very good - would recommend

Stefan promptly responded to our call. He provided a very helpful, friendly and professional service. We are very grateful for the excellent work he did in mending a leaking pipe that unbeknown to us had leaked for a long time.!! We would definitely use your SFR again.

Rescued us at short notice after having our other engineer cancel twice! Would certainly recommend this company to anyone and will be calling again soon to do some updating work for us.

I met Stefan by chance whilst he was doing some work for my mum, and later found out he’d done some work for my sister a few weeks previous. He was professional, polite and friendly but even that doesn’t do him enough justice. The level of service he delivered was something a lot of businesses can learn from. The patience he showed my mum, and me when I turned up half way through, was refreshing. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing, the issues he found which was causing the problem and what he was doing to fix it. My mum has had a lot of bad experiences with trades people and the confidence and trust that he has installed in her again is priceless. As if that wasn’t enough, he went above and beyond his job to do a couple of extra things as he wasn’t willing to leave my mums house until she was satisfied. He is a shining example of how professionals in the trade should work and how to deliver a 5star service whilst taking pride in what you do. Not only will my family be contacting him for any plumbing and heating issues we have in the future, I would highly recommend everybody to call him to resolve any of their plumbing and heating issues. A genuine 1 in a million, thank you so much Stefan, from Gavin.

I have used this business twice once for an unplumbing of an old cooker and then plumbing in the new cooker Tonight he has just responded to an emergency call out for a toilet repair. I would use this business again

Stefan was so dedicated to the job in hand, it was a difficult fix but he didn’t give up until the fault was fixed. He was so polite & professional, would highly recommend. Thank you Stefan.

Highly recommend, Stephen and Daniel did a brilliant job. Honest, reliable and hardworking will definately use again.

Stefan is an exceptional engineer. Went over and above to get my boiler fixed within a day working overtime so that could have heating and hot water again. Outstanding service. Caring tradesmen.

Would highly recommend SFR Plumbing and Heating. Stefan fitted us in to his busy diary to repair our boiler. Excellent and prompt service. Thank you.

Great job by Stefan today getting my heating and hot water back on. Great friendly service, would definitely recommend.

Stefan repaired our biase boiler and went above and beyond to get the problem fixed for us. He was friendly, polite and professional and I would recommend using him to anyone.

Stefan committed to come out to us at a time when he had his own responsibilities to take care of, given our boiler had been broken for days in one of the coldest weeks of the year. He arrived promptly and was professional he assessed the issue and quickly resolved the problem we were having, excellent problem solving skills. We would be delighted to contact him in the future for any further works required in our home.

Had spent ages ringing round to find a plumber who could come on a Saturday when I woke to find my Central Heating had gone wrong and the house was freezing. I rang Stefan based on his excellent reviews and was not disappointed. He was able to come within hours (he was on another job) and diagnosed and fixed my boiler fault within an hour. He was a pleasure to deal with, double checked everything, and left the place spotless. I've arranged that he will come back to give the boiler a full service and replace the troublesome valve to ensure it doesn't jam again. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Stefan was about to finish his day but came to me within 20 mins of our phone call as I was very distressed (he new what the issue was straight away) due to my water pressure being way to high and water leaking from boiler. If I could give 10 stars I would for sure! Highly deserved - Once located the leak he showed me what he was doing every step of the way and had it fixed within 15 mins and it now works perfectly! I now feel at ease knowing this guys sorted the issue and assured me it’s all safe as I was very stressed because of it. Stefan is professional, calm, knowledgeable and a great guy! Would highly recommend to others!!!

Stefan came within a one hour, as british gas homecare said 10 days we are both over 70 and could not survive days without hot water. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. Allen Moss.

On the one day it snowed heavy and everything came to a stand still our boiler decided to break - a leak with loss of pressure. I rang around trying to find a plumber but no one could make it out due to snow or were wanting to charge an excessive call out fee. I spoke to Stefan on the phone and he immediately knew what the problem could be. A common fault with our make of boiler. He said he would wait a few hours for the roads to clear... which they never did... he tried to get out in his van... but couldn’t get out of his street due the snow/ice... so he rang me and said he would jog to my house... yes jog in the freezing cold snow covered roads... a scene out of Rambo springs to mind... Stefan came, investigated the leak, showed me what he was doing every step of the way, explained the issue and had the replacement new part in his back pack! All fixed and in working order after a few hours... Calm, professional, knowledgeable and a great guy! Would definitely recommend to others.

To say that their service is above and beyond is an understatement! Coming out to service a boiler in the snow, out of working hours as a good will gesture, we cannot thank you enough 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 the work was carried out with professionalism and care and we will definitely recommend and reuse your services in the future 😊

It’s the first time I have used SFR..received excellent service .. I highly recommend .Thank you Stephan .

I have used them twice and both times the work was excellent and at a good price. He was also very tidy and polite, I would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Came within 2 hours on very snowy evening. Fixed the problem quickly and very professionally. Very pleasant and good to deal with.

Responded to my call and came much quicker than others could. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Brilliant service, thanks.

Straight shooter. Came and sorted a problem that 3 previous plumbers couldn’t solve. No messing around. Would 10000% recommend.

Excellent service 👍🏻 Came out to help after a frozen pipe had burst Even though he was on holiday Would definitely recommend 💯

Stefan fitted a new radiator for me he was very professional did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. He kept me informed throughout letting me know exactly what he was doing, he takes great pride in his work, which he carried out with care and professionalism. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will certainly be using him again for any maintenance and plumbing requirements.

Great service

Called to assess problem, quickly let me know what needed doing, received a quote and arranged a date to complete the work which suited us both. Efficient and tidy. Always polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

Shared SFR with a friend who received a reply to attend her issue. She was very happy with the service attended in short notice, a very polite gent
