I needed a replacement boiler to be sourced and fitted, as a matter of urgency. Direct Heating Installations offered me a Worcester Bosch for almost immediate delivery & Installation, and at a very competitive price! I was a little concerned that the low price would be reflected in the quality of the work, but I needn’t have worried; Jimmy and Max did a wonderful job for me. They were conscientious and professional, but still managed to work very quickly. They were also good craic! I can thoroughly recommend the entire team.

What an amazing experience I have had with this company. From start to finish their professionalism has been outstanding. There was no pushy sales technique and I was really listened to. Within TWO DAYS of my initial query my boiler was fitted and running like a dream. My boiler needed to be relocated and this was noted problem at all. Direct Heating fit a new boiler for me at my daughter’s house 3 years ago. They service the heating system every year. My daughter is a wheelchair user so routine maintenance isn’t easy for her. Direct Heating have always gone the extra mile for her, bleeding the radiators when they do the boiler service, making sure everything is just so, and coming to help quickly if there is ever a problem. They are a really good company.

We started using Direct Heating Installations about a year ago after been let down by previous Gas Engineer. The service then was fantastic from start to finish. I recently had need to contact them again as we were having issues with a different boiler. Again from our initial contact and prompt inspection of the old boiler to ultimately having a new boiler installed was hassle free. Excellent communication throughout and new boiler installed a few days later, all work completed in a very tidy manner and to a high standard, absolute professional service at a very competitive price. I would recommend without hesitation.

I was umming and ahhing about what boiler to get or whether to fix my elderly one. I have had very mixed experiences with plumbers in the past. Eventually I decided to replace my fifteen year old Worcesterwith a new Worcester combi. I looked for someone to do the job online and a week and a half later I am so pleased with my decision. I have had the gas pipe from the meter into the house upgraded and a brand spanking new 35L Greenstar 8000 fitted. My shower feels like a power shower and is hotter than ever. I am happy that my boiler won't let me down this winter or for the next 12, due the the warranty that came with it subject to annual services. I also now have a magnetic filter that is busy cleaning the system as it goes. And if something does go wrong I know the team at Direct heating installations have my back. A professional service from filling in the online form to tidying up afterwards. Great value. Can't recommend them enough. Professional from start to finish. When our boiler broke Matt and his team were round the next day to investigate and offered us a repair or replacement. We chose a replacement due to the age of our boiler (20+ years) and accepted the quote which was competitive and fair. Within less than one week we had a new top of the range boiler installed by the very friendly Jimmy and hot water was flowing again. Very easy to get a quote beforehand and once we decided to go with them it helped that a great price was also quoted to supply and fit a new heated towel rail. We had a problem and the heat was on to get it sorted!...... or rather it wasn't! We have been in our house for a couple of years and tried several heating companies trying to get our heating system to work and deliver heat throughout the house. It wasn't until we found Direct Heating that things got sorted. A phone call got a quick reply. People listened to what the problem was and then gave a date/time for a visit. We got a call to say they were on their way. Doesn't it make a difference when people smile and are pleasant! Both of the engineers were great - listening, checking and explaining what they were going to do. All was done promptly and the house was left clean and tidy. Now we have heating in parts of the house which haven't been warm since we moved in. Thank you to everyone for your help....we will be back if we need you.

Company engineer turned up at the said time and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went to great lengths explaining what he was doing and how to improve the system we had. Will be using this excellent company in future and can highly recommend them

Called at 9am the day after reporting us not having any heating or hot water. Said they’d mark is an urgent and we’d get a call back, rang 4 times to chase up between 0900-1400. 5 hours later got a call saying all the engineers finish work now so couldn’t attend. Rang direct heating back and was told they were only admin and couldn’t do anything to help despite me being 6 months pregnant and was told it was raised as urgent. Passed about from person to person, told different facts by each person. Lied to and said they would send out their “emergency guy” then when talking to engineers they said they don’t work Sundays or after 1500 on Saturdays and they don’t do emergency calls. Left for 48 hours without hot water or heating and no attempt to help us out. Went with another company who were willing to help.

Matt and the team recently moved and replaced my boiler and re-modelled my bathroom and utility area. They did an absolutely fantastic job. DHI were fantastic from the very start. We were in need of an emergency gas safety certificate (to do with a house move). Within 72hrs of contacting DHI we had two engineers visit to service our boiler and provide us with the necessary paperwork. The company were communicative and responsive throughout, the engineers were professional and friendly. They tidied up after themselves and answered any questions we had, some unrelated to the issue they were solving. Would 100% recommend.

We got four quotes for a new boiler and installation. This company was not quite the lowest but we were impressed by their full understanding of the work and break down of the costs (which we could check from two similar but higher quotes). We had done an online quote request but as there were some parts of the work that we were concerned about not being straightforward, we also got a quick visit to make sure that everything would be done as quoted. Installation day was trouble free. The work was expertly done and the service faultless (including leaving everything tidy and the customer aftercare). We’re delighted and highly recommend this company.

The work was completed to a very high standard at a competitive price and, just as importantly, everyone who works for this company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Needed a repair a radiator valve which failed and meant I had no central heating, having had to drain the system to stop the leak. I've not used Direct Heating Installations (DHI) so relying on online reviews ended up speaking to Matt. Within a few minutes I had an appointment that he had managed to fit in for the next day. He asked for pictures to ensure the engineer had the right parts & said the engineer would call before arriving. Next day, call came from Jake who arrived shortly afterwards. He was polite, friendly and professional and having checked with me about Covid matters got on with the job. He did a thorough job, replacing valves, refilling the system and ensuring the central heating was functioning properly, leaving everything neat and tidy. The cost was in line with the other company I had contacted and for what was effectively treated as an emergency repair I am very happy with the outcome. I had a couple of small queries the next day, and Jake called me back and asked me to monitor things and keep him informed, but he was more than happy to come back if anything needed further minor adjustment. Things are settling in so I don't think anything more is needed but great to know DHI really cares the customer is happy.

Instructed a replacement boiler. Quick and very competitive quote, work carried out 10 days later. Took only four hours, just got on with things and were away by early afternoon. Importantly, no rubbish left and they swept and cleaned the kitchen floor (the weather was terrible). Would highly recommend this outfit

Direct Heating Installations Ltd installed a new boiler for us, including a new thermostat, flush of the system and bringing the pipework up to current building regulations. They were quick and helpful when providing a quote and answered all of our questions. On the day, they turned up on time and started work immediately and worked hard all day.
