I and my family have used Smart Heating since 2018 for a variety of significant jobs including installing new boilers, servicing existing boilers and lately for advice and servicing on an outdoor heat pump. Whichever engineer carries out the work it is done well and within the stated cost. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone needing their services.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I’ve used this firm for years and last year used someone else for my boiler. Big mistake! I went back to Smart Heating Solutions with my tail between my legs.and they saved my bacon. And got the boiler back working…. Miracle workers as far as I am concerned.

My oil boiler ceased working so I took the plunge and had an air source heat pump installed by Smart Heating Solutions, a Heat Geek Elite Installer. The whole process was an incredibly enjoyable experience.

I have used smart heating for instalation of a heat pump and servicing of the heat pump both times down to earth people and easy to deal with. Booking can be done via online or phone (to a real person) and is straight forward. Very happy with my heat pump offering an annual scop of 4.7 which makes it a cheaper to run than a gas boiler. I will carry on using them and also refer them to friends and family to use.

On time, easy to communicate with, couldn't fault his assessment and very reasonably priced. Will be using him again.

The only reason this isn't a five star review is that we've had some odd problems with noise when the pump is working very hard, which we think the team have resolved but we won't know until it gets cold again next winter. Otherwise, the team are knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. They did a clean and professional job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Usual high standard of work

Ali is a very skilled designer and his team were accomplished, polite and very neat in their work. Very happy with our Air Source Heat pump and hot water system, which has just had it's first year service. It lovely that now, in a house with parts constructed over 130 years, we have a constant and comfortable even temperature in every room. Highly recommended.

Easy to book, turn up when they say they will, do a good job, always honest and don't try to upsell unnecessary work, but are able to deal with unexpected issues quickly often on the spot as they have spares with them. ASHP & full central heating retrofit for 1930’s bungalow. It’s been one year and my first winter with the all new heating system designed and fitted by Ali and his team at Smart Heating Solutions. It has been a successful retrofit meeting all my expectations with the air source heat pump providing a comfortably warm home. The guys were knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. It is often challenging having substantial upgrades to your home whilst living on site, but Ali’s team were pleasant and cheerful as well as hardworking. Ali came to check our air source heating system after we found Heat Geeks on YT. Our new build bungalow had never felt warm but after an hour Ali had reconfigured our system and we are finally warm. Outstanding company, prompt and superbly expert service.

I cannot fault this company. The engineer Ali came and serviced the boiler and put a new thermostat in for me and Bobby came a few days later to connect up a new radiator. They were professional polite and courteous. The guys and girls in the office are super good too. So friendly and helpful. Ali is such a pleasure to have in your home and extremely knowledgeable.

Had a leaking boiler, called them in the morning, took a few attempts to get hold of someone but when we did talk to them they sent some over the same day and kept us appraised of their ETA. Only negative is that if you leave a voicemail they don't seem to pick them up.

Ali @ Smart Heating Solutions installed our boiler 10 years ago and we’ve continued to use his company to provide our annual boiler service. Communication is on point, I had a text message reminder, could easily book an appointment that was convenient for me and had text message confirmation and live tracking links in the day with estimated time of arrival. Work carried out in great time, Ali is fantastic at what he does. You can not fault this service! Invoice and certificate received by email, easily paid via debit card and will be booking in again next year.

I was let down, I was messaged (2:57pm) that my engineer Ali was stuck in traffic and not back in Ipswich till 4pm, my appointment covered until 4:30pm so not sure why he could still not have come? My biggest problem was that I was not phoned to discuss and rebook. When I asked for a call I got no reply, tried to ring multiple times with no reply. I then had a message from Jade saying that it would be best I find an alternative company. I run my own small business and it costs me time and money to wait in and to not have the decency to call and discuss this is why I feel so annoyed about it.

Have used Smart Heating before and was pleased with pricing and service. I had a problem with my central heating, it cost £114 for diagnosis. The quote came through for a 2 way valve and fitting for £250 total £364. I have been quoted elsewhere for the work which is way cheaper. I only used Smart because happy in the past but feel ripped off now

Had my boiler serviced today and I really struggle with strangers in my home due to my mental health. Pretendía que lo instalará yo , al intentar explicarle que yo no estaba de acuerdo me habló de forma prepotente y muy poco profesional para alguien que supuestamente está en atención al cliente. Tanto fue su falta de empatia y me atrevería a decir que educación que me colgó el teléfono.

BE CAREFUL with this company, the customers is not what they care about. I am now £527 out of pocket for the work i didn't need to be done initially! Smart Heating Solutions been professional with doing the labour itself, but extremely unprofessional in diagnostics, customer service and communication. I would also double check the prices they include in their quotes for the spare parts as it is clear they add significant mark up to them. P.S. Hope Mr Sutor is very happy about the profits he made on me - especially about those £125 he charged me for 3 days overdue payment of £201 (50% of the bill under dispute). Well done!!! PPS. Whatever they respond to my review - Well done Mr Sutor, right approach!

Called smart heating solutions when my under floor heating stopped working Friday morning and spoke to jade who was on the ball plus knows the job excellent. Booked one of there engineers in to pop round within 24hrs Engineer arrived same day lunchtime .Aaron was on the job found fault withing 20 minutes it was the main pump had sized up. New pump fitted plus topup system inc gas safe safety check over Aaron left my home clean n tidy inc call back from jade to check all ok at end of day. Excellent service plus aftercare
