Extremely poor communication, radiator in bedroom been broken for over 9 weeks. Still not been fixed (6 attempts where i was assured it was working). Very difficult to get a straight answer off anyone. More interested in when I will settle invoice than doing the job properly. Been waiting 2 weeks for a new radiator. Not satisfied with the Job not paying. 2 weeks to install heat pump, over 10 weeks later still not working as it should. Messaged complaints manager twice, no reply. Some of the workmen have no respect for other peoples property, carpet skirting board and wall were all burnt as plumber couldn't be bothered to use protective mat while soldering. Don't get heat pump if you have micro bore pipes. 3 years on heat pump still isn't working, still randomly looses pressure, over heats, under heats. Office still don't answer emails and don't answer complaints in 1 week like on the complaints procedure listed on their website. 6 months after still no resolution found! Bet any money the heat pump with mysterially break a few times winter 2025 too, why give up the previous trend of not working over winter. I'm still convinced System was not designed properly as they didn't take into account micro bore pipes! Guess what 4 years on it still doesn't work! Still waiting for steibel engineer dates I was promised 11 days ago. Now they are also avoiding my phonecalls and ignoring my emails! 4 years 3 months since install system is still loosing pressure to 0 at least four times a winter. Out of hours emergency number is going to voicemail phones 2 times! Sent emails, all ignored. System still over heating at night. These lot are definitely empty talking cowboys do not understand any circumstances get a heat pump from them!! Hot water is now broken too been at 9c for over 12 hours! Phoned emergency line 12 times no answer. All my emails were being ignored they won't even answer basic questions like what work they did on my hot water in April 2026. I'm fed up of the lack of support so I've got NIC EIC involved so they can finally be held accountable for the completely useless system that doesn't heat the house in the winter , over heats the house in autumn and summer. Takes 8 hours to heat water to 60c from 50c. Apparently they are "monitoring it" but I've not been kept informed for over 5 weeks. 8mm pipe is not suitable according to Thier own engineer and steibel but they still maintain it's "fine". Randomly had a part from steibel arrive today. Again no communication with me at all. So they are clearly reading the emails and choosing to not reply! Josh and Michelle have emails from several months ago I'm still waiting for an answer from. I would say I've easily had 60 engineer visits and raised over 25 complaints over the last 4.5 years of hell dealing with this company and their disrespect and well below parr communication! Not even sure how they are still in business. I assume from the very vague and basically useless response from Sarah that they will not be replying to any of my emails and will in fact without telling me that all communication from them will be through steibel or nic EIC. They said I'm ruining their business with my bad reviews but they don't care about ruining my house that now has mould problems from not having adequate heating for 5 winters! Would definitely not recommend them to anyone! Greenscape admitted pipes were too small! Said they needed time to make a plan, no communication for nearly 3 weeks. There is absolutely no point apologising for extremely poor communication when you have zero attempts at making it better. For example Michelle said she would get back to me ASAP on 26 Jan it's now July and she still hasn't responded. NICEIC complaint been open 7 months also covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 because I purchased goods that are not of satisfactory quality. They said they wouldn't be responding to new reviews but I feel there poor showing still needs to updated whether they reply or not (usually not which is their style once they have collected all your hard earned money).

Terrible customer service. They ignore any emails and phone calls. As a result, it takes a long time to sort any problems, which there were many. If I was to do it again I would avoid Greenscape and go with someone else.

Greenscape installed a Stiebel Eltron ASHP system for me and provided great advice pre-sale. Since then, after 6 failures of a component of the heating system their customer service became steadily worse. No emails or calls were replied to despite repeated requests, including a formal complaint to their CEO. After 4 months my system has finally been modified with Greenscape bearing the component costs after SE refused to honour their warranty. Technical and installation engineers were excellent - a pity the customer service was so poor.

I have been very impressed with the service I received from Greenscape. The initial survey was very professionally done by Andrew and I was pleased that he convinced me not to have more panels than necessary. The team that installed the battery and inverter were excellent and very pleasant to deal with. The system is up and running and there have been no complications. I thoroughly recommend Greenscape.

I arranged to have solar panels and a battery installed by Greenscape via OVO Energy. From start to finish, the service has been excellent. From the survey, to the panel installation and battery installation, every team member has been professional and very friendly. The after sales have kept in contact to make sure everything has gone smoothly. Couldn't fault Greenscape.

The installation team was excellent, very friendly and completed a day earlier than planned, despite the trickiest install location they'd ever seen. I'm very happy with the new heating system. However, communication up to that point was terrible (no response by email, I raised a complaint with Greenscape and Ovo, neither handled well). I have zero confidence in their ability to respond to email queries. If they'd only respond and actually follow their own complaints and resolution process this might have been 4 stars or more. MCS certificate was over 2 weeks late (I had to ask for it) and over a month on, no other documents (like warranty etc) made available.

Initial installation and subsequent support on adjusting settings has been good. Sadly, a major problem with the batteries was not responded to for almost two months. All batteries had failed. Staff are unwilling to engage in discussions by phone. Email complaints are ignored and attempts to contact the CEO blocked. Beware when looking to use their services

The Sales team were excellent as were the installation team who were very courteous keeping us informed on their install progress etc when on site. The Installers made a very neat and tidy job and I have now been using the system for 2 weeks and it all works as it should and is simple and intuitive to use. The one issue I could mention which stopped me giving a 5 star review is the pre and post install processes where I think they can improve on telling the customer what to expect and when to expect it. The back office processes obviously work well but they need to improve on "Keeping The Customer Informed".

Poor communication. 1). Your customer service email rejects incoming messages 2). You don’t state a telephone number or any contact details in your correspondence. See attached. When the administration is this bad, you wouldn’t want this organisation fiddling with your household electronics

Non existent customer service. Unable to connect to data logger after upgrading wifi emailed and telephones customer support. Did not return call and the email replies, which have taken weeks, have been very unhelpful. Update post reply - still no contact from Greenscape really disappointed with low level of customer service

Installation was OK after someone came back to collect various bits of rubbish they had left in the garden. 5 years on I have enquired twice via their website and email about maintenance, which they say is important to get the best out of my solar panels and battery. I have heard nothing whatsoever by way of reply. It seems they're only interested in sales, not after sales.

Whilst the system was fitted ok the engineers did arrive on the agreed date and we're not able to complete the installation in one day. It was left to me to chase matters up when needed. Additional panels fitted on time and very efficiently. Surveyor has was helpful in sorting out requirements at quote stage Engineer was very helpful and helped with app set up This time good from start to finish, well done all.

Greenscape dealt with my Solar and Air Source Heat pump installation at a very busy time for them. Very happy with the experience and outcomes. - relaxed and clear survey and quote process. - professional installation crews - customer experience focus - quick fault resolution - no hidden charges - easy to contact - high levels of Integrity Good value for money I was particularly impressed with remote fault fixing (air block on ASHP).

My solar panels and battery storage system were installed within a few weeks, it was quick and efficient, the team were friendly and helpful.

From start to finish we were informed about everything. Scaffolders were on time and very efficient with little interference to us. The electrician and panel fitters were also on time and explained what they were doing as they progressed and were excellent and extremely helpful and friendly. Everything finished in a day, unfortunately battery that we want was not available at time of installation. We are expecting this within a month. No hesitation in recommending this company and installers.

Great installation but truly awful after sales service. Nobody answers the phone, nobody follows up voicemail messages, and nobody replies to e-mails. If anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

Everything went smoothly from the start, they were very proactive in following up on phone calls and emails and very keen to get you onboard. However, after the installation I found that a tile had been damaged by the scaffolding which was put up and I have been chasing this up for months now - first I used to get prompt responses from the support team but now they have even stopped responding - when you spend so much money on solar panels (and they wasn’t the cheapest either) you would think they would give you a tiny fraction of it back to repair the damage without hesitation but instead they just say they will get someone to look into it but then they just leave you waiting. If you are thinking about using them just don’t expect to get compensated if anything goes wrong or they damage anything!

I have a system installed by Greenscape which is great when it is working, but service aftercare is sadly lacking. You can expect to be off grid for weeks or months, as I still am, as they dont seem to have sufficient engineers to make visits

Have had a heat pump system from Greenscape up and running a few weeks. Contrary to my expectation I don’t have to think about the system at all now it is set up, which is perfect. The heating actually works better than before as the radiators are now balanced. I previously had solar panels from them and that was a good experience too. Put them together and yesterday I worked from home all of a sunny spring day and for a 4 bed house took only 0.2kWh from the grid, which is miniscule. Greenscape made the job very understandable and inspired confidence from the start. They handled all the planning and grants and followed through with a smooth and tidy installation.

Greenscape did a very good job installing solar panels a couple of years ago, and last year approached us with an offer of a heat pump system. After a survey we decided to go ahead - it's all installed now and working very nicely. Greenscape were overall very good, responsive and flexible. They came to do a follow-up survey and found some snags in the original plan, which they quickly modified. The installation itself was carried out by Cam and his team; they were very professional, producing very neat pipework, making sure we knew what was going on, cleaning up thoroughly, and liaising with Greenscape and Adia to resolve a couple of minor problems with the pump and the wireless comms. All in all, a very good job, and I recommend Greenscape.

The actual installation has not been done yet but the prework, communication and information given has been excellent so far.

Yet again there is a bit of frost on the lawn and my air source heat pump has stopped working. It is now two years since installation and it hates cold weather. I have complained and got no response. We couldn't find an emergency call out number for the company over our second Christmas with no heating. People don't call you back when they said they will. The engineers are very nice and installation was fine but I wouldn't recommend an air source heat pump to anyone based on our experience.

Very helpful, expert and efficient. They won a contract from Central Bedfordshire Council to support domestic PV installations at a competitive price so I used them to expand an existing Solar PV system including adding battery storage, to install domestic air-conditioning and soon to double the battery system (having added the A/C and also having an EV car). Their after sales support has been excellent at all times.

We chose Greenscape to install a solar panel and battery system after extensive research of competitor installers. Greenscape had competitive prices, system specifications, and very good warranties. They also did not try to hard sell us like other companies did. They provided a personal experience and sent a surveyor over to our house before providing a quote, as well as providing the only fully itemised quote we received from any company. After signing with them, the installation process was smooth and easy. Our system worked immediately except for the heating function in our battery, which had to be enabled later and took more than a month of phone calls to resolve. The phone support is very good, it's easy to reach them on the phone and they are very helpful and positive, but then actually getting problems resolved takes longer than expected. However, we now have a fully working system that we are happy with for a price we were happy with. Overall, I recommend researching lots of companies and taking your time before choosing a solar installer, but I would personally recommend Greenscape and would choose them again.

After careful consideration of various solar contractors, I decided to place my trust and money in Greenscape Energy. I’m a great fan of shopping local, and my decision was vindicated by the excellent service they provided from the survey to installation. Work was carried out to a good standard and to the timeframe provided. The installation team were tidy and respectful of our property. Any minor follow-ups were very swiftly dealt with, and I honestly cannot think of another company that can be more responsive than this! After an ongoing issue with my pylon battery and a total lack of customer service all the below gas been made null and void absolutely shocking customer service total lack of respect for the customer. I had to do all the chasing and all the pushing seen them. There's three points about radiation. Price is not cuz my batteries weren't working properly. I have not had the savings I should have. I've had to take days off work unpaid to be here to have people fit batteries and fiddle about and still not resolve the issue. I've had batteries installed but still didn't work. They have to come back and after all that fuss it worked out that they hadn't set the batteries up correctly only to charge the 95% which is a joke in itself. After all that all I asked was can I keep the refurbished batteries at discount price? And their management said no stay away from this company. They're overpriced. Customer service is absolutely shocking and they don't care once they got your money I have been let down in more ways than one that's what you get for trying to keep local company in work never again 27.01.2026 Below is a when they cared From first contact to survey and installation I can't fault greenscape energy and their employees. They're also not just there for the installation. They're there after. If you have any issues, problems, or questions I found them thoroughly helpful. I had my solar panels and battery installed by Greenscape Energy on the 31st October 2025. They were very good communicating with me, excellent explaining and responding my queries. The work they carried out was excellent, looks very tidy and they cleaned afterwards. I am very happy with the system, the software is easy to use, without complicated terms, and I have encountered no problems yet. After two full months after installation, in the winter, I am averaging a 40% self sufficiency. Very pleased.

Outstanding level of service all in all. From the initial advice in terms of optimal setup (which 3 months in has turned out to be spot on in real world), to speed and quality of installation, to competitive price. If only every home improvement could be this straightforward! Thoroughly recommend.

We have been extremely pleased with the solar panels with battery provided by Greenscape Energy - we have been self-sufficient in electricity and hot water for 6 months! We subsequently asked for 2 more panels after finding that the survey had only measured space for 10. An extra 2 panels were fitted a few weeks later with agreement on price after friendly discussion. Staff were brilliant. Apart from survey glitch, the only criticism would be that lots of small plastic pieces were found in the garden after installation - there should be a system for collecting these on the roof during installation. Overall though, fantastic, friendly service - a pleasure to deal with.

Just completed my solar and battery installation by Greenscape and so far so good. Pre installation team very helpful with product information and survey. Installation guys very professional and respectful of property. And again happy to answer my many questions. Also patient when helping to set up app on phone showing how your system is working etc. Going forward if the after care (if needed) is as good I will be very happy with Greenscapeenergy Ltd. Before deciding to use them I spoke to other people in my village who used them and 5 years after their installation they have had no problems and are also happy customers. Think I'm gonna love solar power. I can already see the savings and its October - sun and daylight generating power!

Had a Solar + battery install a couple of weeks ago. 5 star service right from the initial contact to the completion of all the paperwork post install. A special mention to the guys who performed the install who worked quickly and efficiently. You can tell from the neatness of the wiring etc. that they take pride in what they do. Am well happy with the actual system itself and its already exceding expecations. Would highly recommended Greenscape Energy to anyone.

They installed pylon batteries and didn't flag up any issues when purchased. But they now charge a lot of money to come round and put them right for the winter. Previously they did this remotely for free, knowing it's a potential issue with the batteries they installed. Otherwise the batteries go into hibernation mode and are useless. They then charge even more to put it right, outside of the guarantee it seems. It's too complicated for many people to do this themselves via the complex settings. Not impressed.

First class installation from the original survey through to planning, installation and commissioning. The installers and electrician were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite and considerate. The admin team also operated in a similar vein. All in all a great experience at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had a largish (6 kWp) solar system installed. Surveyor was excellent , knowledgable and happy to talk through issues. Agreed install with inverter and battery in my preferred location with minimal outside cable routing. Price was competitive after getting quotes and, so far, FOX inverter and battery are excellent. Greenscape roofer clearly knew his trade and after inspection of rafters install is neat with no damage beyond a few wayward screws. Electrical install was subbed to a local (to me) company who did a very neat job indeed. As its a large system paperwork is still pending, but this is the DNO rather than Greenscape. The scaffolding was up for 2 weeks but removed promptly after I pushed. Overall I am very pleased. Occasionally response to emails is a bit slow but every time I have pushed I have had a prompt response. Updated - DNO approval came through - Greenscape were helpful and pro-active during the process even though there were difficulties with UKPN.

Mixed bag of results. Sales and information process excellent. Installation let down by scaffolding sub contractors and therefore messing around with dates. Installation great however post installation support poor and needing constant chasing to get optimal performance out of system. Overall OK.

Greenscape installed our two PV batteries as agreed, on time, and their installer made a very neat and tidy installation. He was also very polite and helpful in explaining how everything worked using the iPhone App. :)

This is the second time I have used Greenscape in the last 3 years, the first being a solar panel installation, the most recent an ASHP. On both occasions the work has been done very professionally and after care second to none.

Having solar panels installed is a huge decision and one that I put off for a long time as I wanted to get it right. Greenscape were recommended by my local council and they did a great job. The after care has been superb too with regular visits to ensure that all equipment is working well. Highly recommended.

Neat n tidy, efficient

Was promised good will gesture (by manager Michelle) after very bad service and a monitoring system of the solar array that keeps blacking out to this day. Also my grass was damaged after they had scaffolding up for almost half a year doing only 3 days work on it. Now when it is time to pay up... they are blanking me. They tried to put the blame on SolarEdge, but they sold me the product (and marketed it) so they are liable. Also honoring your guarantee when repairing the product you sold me is not a good will gesture, which I am sure Josh (the CEO) will try and do in his reply as well. Pictures and proof of all these were provided... still no monetary settlement nor fix for my now not working SolarEdge monitoring system.

Absolutely fabulous company. Right from the start Jack came to quote and it was clear how enthusiastic and positive he was but also knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. The installation team were great and very professional in everything they did. The finished installation is great - everything we were hoping for. We can't rate Greenscape Energy Ltd., highly enough. The whole team are always there to answer your questions. A big enough Company to be professional but small enough to remain focussed on the individual customer. Perfect!

I had solar panels and a battery installed by Greenscape Energy in October 2024, as part of the Solar Together initiative. While the installation itself went relatively smoothly, the post-installation service has been very disappointing, especially given the significant investment of nearly £8,000. I received minimal guidance on how to use the system effectively and have struggled to get support when needed. Despite contacting Greenscape Energy multiple times and even putting in complaints I have not had a a resolution to my concerns. The battery that I was told had to be situated outside does not work properly at low temperatures and even the data sheet from Fox shows this. Why they would install a battery outside that cannot cope with low temperatures seems bizarre to me. So far they had not responded to my suggestions to relocate the battery to the loft or to supply a battery designed to operate within the parameters of UK weather. Currently they have no workable solution to the battery problem, the only solution is to hold a higher reserve charge rate but this does no affect the operating parameters of the battery which are fixed. I have emailed many many times and given my phone number for a manager to call me and there has been no call from anyone. While the panels work well, the ongoing and unresolved issues with the battery combined with the lack of customer service, significant overcharging for additional items such as 'pigeon proofing' (some wire around the panels which cost 500 )and support after installation has been very disappointing.

First class service from start to finish for the second time.

Recently had our solar and battery installation by Greenscape and the experience from start to finish was first rate. Although doing a lot of research ourselves their surveyor gave us information we hadn’t considered and was very thorough in checking and talking through the installation, expected generation, and payback time, far more than the other companies we considered. They were also the only company that had a technical team that knew about Home Assistant, we were keen to get data from our inverter into it for home automation and they gave us pointers on inverter choice, articles and compatibility. Installation only took one day and their installation crew were extremely professional and tidy, worked hard to get it all done but always took the time to explain what they were doing, leaving us with a system configured to be self sufficient on day one. Once Greenscape had confirmation that a post install inspection was not required they immediately organised the scaffolding to be removed, just two days after installation. All in all we are very pleased with having chosen Greenscape and would highly recommend them.

Had an additional storage battery installed for my solar panels system, Greenscape installed them and am very pleased with the service.

Excellent service from the Greenscape team from the start to finish of our journey to solar power. The initial visit to discuss what might be possible was informed and professional. Following acceptance of the quote they provided the team have been very patient in waiting for planning permission to come through. Installation went very smoothly, no mess, no fuss just two extremely hard working guys in Mark and Luke.The system is working well and we are amazed at the savings we are already achieving. A sunny April has us off to a flying start and we are 98-99% self sufficient most days. Thoroughly recommend Greenscape Energy.

Greenscape gave good advice and great service, from choosing a PV system, ordering the hardware, installing and commissioning the batteries, diverter and inverter and dealing with the scaffolding contractors. The scaffolding went up in half a day, installation took 6 hours and the scaffolding was removed as soon as the system had been certified. Emails and phone calls have been dealt with politely and promptly and the company seem very professional and committed to green energy, having installed several other systems in the area over the last 10 years. Competitive on price and excellent for service and overall experience.

This is the second purchase of solar panels from Greenspace and the service from all concerned was just as excellent as the first time. I reccomend Greenspace to anyone considering installing them.

Shoddy installation work by subcontractor electrician and roofer. Left with an untidy jumble of wiring in airing cupboard; roofer removed 2 roof tiles and replaced them with flimsy Dektite EPDM/silicone covers (contrary to manufacturers installation instructions); 12v DC safety containment modules not fitted as per manufacturers instructions; roofer broke 3 of my gutter brackets humping panels onto roof on his own; iBoost unit overheated several times and shut down automatically due to not being paired properly with the cylinder thermostat; manufacturers mandatory electrical installation paperwork not completed by electrician; work site left in dirty and scruffy state - clips, packaging and cable tie offcuts strewn everywhere. Greenspace have sent their own people to rectify these issues, I suspect because I refused to pay the bill until they did. The only positive is that the equipment seems to be fit for purpose, and is generating electricity as intended - so far. As well as raising my complaints with Greenspace, I contacted the Suffolk Council quango "Solar Together" who were promoting this scheme and the company, to find out about their compliance and governance arrangements, and received the anticipated useless fob off response about what a fantastic job everyone was doing. I wonder if Greenspace are in bed with them and being allowed to mark their own homework. I'm waiting for the next heavy downpour of rain to see if my roof leaks. Grrr!

The initial survey went well. I agreed to the proposed installation plan as they had listened to our concerns. From saying yes to the installation I had to chase to get timescales and information. The scaffolding was late and arrived at the same time as the installation team. Luckily it out worked ok and the installation was completed in a day. One aspect of the install I thought was unsafe. The internal distribution board was installed outside. It may be IR65 but it's not lockable to prevent access. It took some time to get that resolved. Yet again, I was the one chasing and the delivery manager failed to contact me once although it was passed to him to resolve. Training on the system is poor and the time taken to receive my pack disappointing.

I asked for an install of a new inverter ane extra battery. The install went ok but I soon noticed that the batteries were not charging to 100%. I contacted greenscape and they agreed to send out an electrician. This young lad spent all day at the property and in the end told me that the batteries would never reach 100%. I told him this was nonsense. I tried calling greenscape over several days, left messages and emails to get back to me but nothing was forthcoming. In the end I went directly to their offices to ask what the problem was. They were unsure what the problem might be and after some negotiation they agreed to send out a more experience installer. The installer arrived on the due date and spent several hours trying to get my set of batteries to charge to 100%. It took him several calls to the battery manufacture and eventually they agreed to replace the one faulty battery. The installer had to come back to connect the new battery as he had spent nearly 10hrs trying to get everything sorted and his day was done. A date was arranged and the battery duly installed and the system now charges to 100%. The more experienced installer was excellent and kept me updated as to what he was doing and why. The sad thing about Greenscape is a lack of real customer service. Returning emails and phone calls to deal with customer concerns is, I would have thought, essential. I would use this company again but I now know what to expect and ask the right questions.

Do you want to have scaffolding up for 6 weeks for an 8 hour job? Then these are the people for you. On the good side. The people we met were very good. The surveyor was professional and pleasant. The two installers were also excellent. Lovely guys who worked hard during what was a very short day in terms of light. Where Greenscape have massively let us down is with planning. Not surprisingly on such a short day the install overran. As a consequence we will now have to wait 3-4 weeks for the install to finish. This leaves us with scaffolding for 6 weeks, which means other jobs we have planned cannot go ahead. We’ve now had three visits and the panels still aren’t working and we don’t even have a fix date planned.

Process has been straightforward from the start. Install completed on agreed date by a helpful and friendly team and panels started generating current immediately. Have been working off grid since with battery fully charged each day and meeting all our needs. Surprisingly sunny weather for March has helped considerably!

The system was installed 5 weeks ago. The promised training didn't take place and I have been left to sort out/understand things myself. GE have been unresponsive and have avoided specific questions regarding anomalies with the installation. The customer service has been the worst i have ever experienced.

Greenscape had already installed solar panels for us 18 months ago and did a great job. They were also responsive to queries I had about the set-up in the first few weeks. So I approached Greenscape to discuss the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump. A rep came round and did a detailed survey. Our house is already EPC A, and most of our radiators are the right type. We had a gas boiler. The proposed solution and costing looked readily achievable and was also eligible for the Government grant of £7,500. So we went ahead. The installers were prompt and worked very hard and efficiently to remove the boiler and install the new system and several tanks - in our airing cupboard. The Heat Pump failed to start on "GO" day due to an assembly error in the Heat Pump. It took them a day on the helpdesk to track down the fault which was then easily rectified and the system went live. It works well! It took them an extra day to finalise the installation and hand over due to the delay in the commissioning of the heat pump. The installers were fantastic - a plumber and an electrician. Plus an apprentice. They tidied up well. I had a query after a few days and Greenscape have responded to come up with a solution. I can recommend this company.

Incredibly professional, helpful and communicative: from initial contact to customers services to finance team. Installation went exactly according to plan and with little fuss or mess. Definitely recommend. A small point but a better explanation of exactly what the FoXCloud app is showing would have been great as the YouTube video not that helpful!

Greenscape energy recently installed our fourth battery, as well as sorting out a dongle problem. I highly recommend this company for anything solar as their after sales service has been excellent. Someone monitors my system and if anything goes wrong, a phone call does the trick. Engineers visiting to carry out any necessary maintenance have been efficient, knowledgeable and explained things they have carried out so that I can understand what they have done. Very pleased with them.

We are very happy with the installation The price was very competitive and the customer service was good. We had a couple of issues due to the installation being on two buildings which took a while to resolve but the experience overall was positive.

I was fully satisfied with the product and the installation but was disappointed at the two administrative issues which delayed the completion of the installation, but accept that mistakes do happen.

Installation was done cleanly, efficiently and on time. The system installed generally works well but there are a few issues, mainly with the manufacturer's set up, not the installation. On all but the sunniest winter days electric consumption had gone up! The battery appears to be a drain. Cold nights also result in increased consumption. The installer is trying to get these issues resolved with Fox, the system manufacturer. We will see how much gain there is from a relatively small system now the days are getting longer and brighter.

Great communication throughout.

Scaffolding took one hour to erect. Very efficient team. The following week the team of four came and installed 12 solar pv panels two 5 kw batteries,an inverter and all the wiring including a new fuseboard. It took approximately four hours and was carried out very efficiently. The system is up and running and seems to be working well . Greenscape Energy were the installers and they have been extremely helpful with advice and were able to improve the system remotely which has worked very well. The App on the phone also works well and shows exactly what is happening on the system.

Having won the opportunity to install solar panels across Leicestershire through the Leicestershire Together Partnership, Greenscape were excellent in their detailed specification and informative site visit. Unfortunately on the day of the installation there had been an underestimate of the time taken to complete the installation, resulting in an extremely brief handover and poor explanation of the 'kit' otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

we have been very pleased with most of our contacts with Greenscape. Our only difficulty was with the app setup after installation which I found difficult to follow. I am not experienced with phone apps and would have felt better with written explanations. The electricians were very patient however. We could not get the app to work on my wife's phone so had to phone the office for help. I feel rather high and dry having to wait up to 12 weeks for the welcome pack - I should like to have had all the instructions very soon after installation.

Quoted 1-2 day install, but took 8 weeks from start to finish with 6 separate visits by different trades. On the good side. The people we met were very good. The surveyor was professional and pleasant. The installers were apologetic when we explained we had been waiting a long time. No issues when Greenscape replacing broken roof tiles or damaged panels. Where Greenscape have let us down is with planning. Over promising time scales, and not keeping us updated when they are not going to complete or what they are doing to complete the job. The equipment they have installed is really good and please with the system installed.

Avoid avoid avoid. Probably the worst experience from a supplier ever. My system isn’t safe and Greenscape are fully aware of the facts but have ignored all my emails for help to rectify the situation. I wish I’d gone with COSTCO, who supply a solar installation with a battery and it was cheaper than Greenscape and as they are much bigger, the customer service would have been way better. Ignore my warning and dire experience at your own risk!!!

People very nice and pleasant. Solar panels working well. Performance assurance guarantee not working, reported a problem with the Battery 3 weeks ago, still not fixed. Grid feeding into system most of the time no matter how full the Battery is. Still waiting for the Handover pack so I can register for payment for feeding power into the grid (it feeds in now with no benefit for me). Nearly 4 months since I had it installed. ( October 18th). All problems now fixed . thank you

The process from site survey to installation was very good. Mark who did the survey was very helpfull and answered all my questions. The three guys who did the installation worked very hard and were very friendly and considerate. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with. Was that no panels could be put on the smaller south facing roofs. Which may have giving me more all day solar yield.

Some initial installation hitches due to subcontractor not turning up. Greenscapes own team took the installation in house and completed the work to the highest standards. Two minor breakages of a roof tile and up stand were notified immediately and rectified within a day. The configuration was adjusted to be better suited to the roof and all of the commissioning work was clean and neatly done. I would have no problems in recommending them for to others . We have 16 panels and a 10kw battery installed and it will pay for itself with a feed in tariff inside 6 years. The added benefit is the ev car will cost nothing to run as an added benefit.

The information sounded very good with promises of a discount because of an auction system. After my application I did indeed have a discount over a local supplier I had a quote from. They did state that a survey may incur a slight increase do to cabling. I paid my deposit and Greenscape contacted me with their quote which had increased the price by 85% and this was without a survey. I was informaed I required a new distribution unit, DNO application, advanced battery discharge and monitoring. This all added £1805 to the original quote and none of this was mentioned from Solar together? I queried this with Greenscape although they did state some could be removed but it would still have been over £1000 higher, Greenscape also said "higher cost than the base option offered by Solar Together and unfortunately we were not involved in Solar Together’s initial communications " so what was the auction about and why were the full facts of extras mentioned? I am totally unhappy with these companies. It also took 11 days to get my deposit back although it was taken in a day.

I had solar panels and a battery installed by Greenscape Energy in October 2024, as part of the Solar Together initiative. While the installation itself went smoothly, the post-installation service has been very disappointing, especially given the significant investment of nearly £9,000. I received minimal guidance on how to use the system effectively and have struggled to get support when needed. Despite contacting Greenscape Energy multiple times and even completing their feedback form, I’ve had no meaningful response to my concerns. I raised issues such as understanding how to optimise my solar battery for cheaper electricity rates, preventing my car from being charged by the battery, and delays in my DNO application, but no one has followed up. Additionally, I was charged £180 for an “advanced safety package” and £225 for an additional consumer unit. The third-party installers told me that both could have been provided at no extra cost, which left me feeling misled about the charges. I sent a formal complaint letter two weeks ago and have yet to receive any response. While the system itself works well, the lack of customer service, transparency about charges, and support after installation has been very disappointing.

Impressed with the whole process from quotation to installation. The surveyor was very polite and professional, he was contactable for any questions and informative on what was needed and proposed. The scaffolders were professional and again polite. The Electrician and the roof panel installer, I cannot fault, workmanship very neat and tidy, they both worked hard and as the others very friendly and polite. Overall very satisfied with the Company and workforce.

We had significant works completed by Greenscape Energy over a 12-18 month period a few years ago, including, Solar panels, Battery storage and a Heat pump installation. While the Solar and battery installations we close to 5 star, the heat pump works was less than desired with ongoing issues over several months, culminating in a complete pump replacement. Subsequently we have had issues with Wireless radiator valves, and have found that the Greenscape team take an age to take action and do not keep the customer informed. The most recent experience, to have a faulty Radiator valve, replaced so far has take over 3 weeks for them to send out an engineer, and that was only because we complained about the service... Installs pretty good, aftercare services and maintenance lacking and could do better....

THE GOOD The Greenscape guys were great - survey was detailed from Bradley. They modified the the quote based on my preferences without any problems. Install day was fine - the guys were clear though I thought the Electrician could have been a bit clearer. THE IMPROVE (1) The coordination on the scaffolding (2) Bird Protection on the PVs should be standard not optional (3) A little more clarity on the optional components vs the mandatory ones

Great service from start to finish.

Greenscape are the company chosen by my local council to undertake installations at a preferential rate, based on larger numbers and greater economies. The initial estimate provided was very different from the final invoice, in large part due to my own failure to provide information about the size of the roof. In those circumstances Greenscape estimated 10 panels, although I knew an identical property had 16, but Greenscape had no way of knowing that prior to survey. The survey itself was very well managed and the surveyor was friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I guess my only disappointment, as I expected the panel cost to increase markedly, was the cost of what were described as pretty much essential add-ons. If they are essential they should be incorporated into the original estimate. Examples are pigeon guard, which is a piece of mesh around the perimeter of the panels to keep birds out from under them. Clearly this is important so why is it a £540 add-on, or maybe just why is a length of mesh £540? Likewise, an optimiser is required to ensure that all panels function effectively, so therefore essential. Again, if essential then why an £800 add-on? Final gripe about pre-survey info, ie that on which you base the decision to pay a deposit and book a survey, is the very misleading message about being immune from power cuts. It is there in print but what isn't there is the need to pay a lot extra for that facility. On balance I think the overall price was OK but I would rather that I had all of the necessary information up-front, ie include the essential extras in the original estimate. The team who installed the panels did so efficiently, in only about six hours at most, but the scaffolders let the side down a bit by choosing not to communicate and leaving us to guess when they might erect and remove the scaffolding. Again, not Greenscape's fault other then they choose who to contract with. Obviously an October install isn't going to make me rich any time soon but I am hopeful that come April the app will make me smile. If the accuracy of the information is sorted, and if the essential "extras" were clear from the start it would have been 5*, so easy enough for Greenscape to fix.

Pleased with my solar install by Greenscape. The guys were very quick and caused minimal mess. The price was competitive and the inspector came out the next day to ensure he ws happy with the install.

Very easy process and surveyer was excellent with no hard sell and lots of design images and energy metrics. Within a couple of weeks of paying the deposit Greenscape arranged to start installation of the solar panels and electrics. Electricians turned up and did a very neat job with the inverter and battery in my garage, however, scaffolders had not turned up so there was little the solar panel roofers could do. Scaffolders finally turned up in afternoon but was too late for the roofers. Arranged for a few days later for roofers to put panels on but was not given a time. I popped out for some lunch (20 minutes) as roofers had not arrived but when I got back roofers had come and gone. They left a text but when I rang back immediately said they had moved on to another job. After ringing the office annoyed they arranged for roofers to come the next working day. They did do a great job putting the solar panels on carefully measuring out their positions so that it exactly matched the design shown by the surveyor. Roofers needed to move onto next job quickly so did not really get an explanation of how the app worked but figured it out myself and all really works well. Overall satisfied with the work done but for improvement there could be better coordination of scafollders, electricians and roofers. Also, just a simple text at least 30 minutes before arriving so that people can be ready to open doors for the workers. Overall cost using the solar together scheme was very good and significantly cheaper than the big energy companies, however, I thought the bird netting was overpriced seeing that scaffolding was already up and paid for. I've since found out that there are plenty of roofers offering bird netting on solar panels for half the price and it is something that can be done after installation of panels. Overall a solid 4 stars and would definitely recommend but may need to have the flexibility of someone at home for a few days.

Greenscape’s solar panel service and installation were great. Our survey was thorough and Jack’s proposal well explained, his quote a day or so later very acceptable. Our installation took place within the expected time frame, scaffolding well erected a week beforehand. The installation team arrived early on the day when Adam carefully installed the solar panels on our high roof despite the freezing cold and gusty winds. Meanwhile Darren got on with the complicated electrical installation, initially getting the cables from the roof below the panels to the inverter and batteries, then across the big roof, outside, down and in again to our fuse cupboard. Installation of the necessary equipment in the attic and fuse cupboard was carefully and tidily done. Everything is very neat and best of all the solar panels were delivering power before the electrical work was finished. Darren explained the system well and left us feeling very happy with the installation. Everyone who visited us was respectful of us and our property, professional and friendly, as were people we spoke to in the office. We’re extremely pleased with the installation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greenscape. Thanks to all of you.

I had my solar panels fitted by Greenscape this summer under the Solar Together initiative. Greenscape were the approved installers and the process ran very smoothly - the surveyor and the installers were really good, explaining the components and installation making sure the app was working on my mobile (extremely useful to see how the panels and battery are performing). I have had some questions afterwards about setting force charge/discharge times as recommended by my energy supplier and their customer service/support were very responsive and helpful in answering these (thank you Hollie).

Greenscape have installed an amazing Tesla Powerwall at my property. I had originally been going to get solar panels under a local council scheme but because of planning and listed building issues this would have been an onerous process. Greenscape nevertheless suggested Tesla as an alternative green option, fortunately using the same discounted scheme. I'd never heard about load shifting, or smart metering especially ‘vector sum metering’ using Octopus Energy’s smart tariffs, and am super-impressed. It's good to be part of what is clearly cutting edge tech that can contribute to UK's rapidly emerging power storage needs. Thank you Greenscape for enlightening me about all this.

Purchased solar panels and a battery from Greenscape Energy through the Solar together Kent scheme. The whole process was excellent from the first communication to the last.Once the Solar Together scheme had contacted me ,Greenscape Energy sent out the surveyor who updated the original online plan i had submitted on the original form. I was then send the quotation and an installation date after acceptance. Greenscape were very supportive as we had to delay the planned installation dates twice due to planning delays. Scaffolding went up the week before the Intsallation, on the day the roofer and electricians arrived at 8.30 and whole system was up and running by 16.00 hours, very efficient. Communication from Veronica in the office from start to finsh was excellent. After support todate has been very good and all of the staff i have i had contact with have been knowledgable, professional and polite. I thoroughly recommend this firm and cannot fault any aspect of there work

We accepted a quote as part of a scheme. We paid the deposit for an agreed price. Once the surveyor arrived they tried to upsell us packages that we didnt need. Also the price changed to more than a local company. I would recommend you avoid this company.

Site survey explained everything g to us however practically every decision made at site survey was overturned during installation. Installation all went relatively smoothly but made site survey feel like a waste of time especially since it missed the live feed that had to be shrouded (4 week delay) and resulted in the wrong type of fittments being sent for installation (3 day delay). All seems fine now and all of the workmen were very polite and helpful.

Greenscape are a breath of fresh air and an absolute pleasure to do business with right from the very first contact right through to after care. I went through the local councils Solar Together scheme which was awarded to Greenscape. Within a day or two of accepting the initial proposal and paying the deposit, I had a phone call booking in the site survey. A week or so later, their surveyor James came to do the survey. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable answering all my questions. He went around looking at roof space, cable runs, location for equipment etc then went through everything with me in detail so I knew exactly what my options were. As I have a hot tub I use a lot of electricity and was convinced I'd need a bigger battery. James explained in detail why I wouldn't benefit from a bigger one and just the smaller one would be sufficient - how many companies around these days actually put their customers first advising them not to spend money on something they don't need instead of just agreeing, taking the money and running! James ran through what would be the best setup and how much that will cost. There were a number of additional extras I could add on if I wanted which James ran through but there was absolutely no hard sell or pressure in any way and when I said I'd like to think about it properly before going ahead he was more than happy leaving everything with me. Once deciding to go ahead, Sadia from the office was in contact within a week booking the install for the following week and the scaffolding went up a few days later. Sadia was absolutely brilliant keeping me fully updated every step of the way and when I sent a few emails with questions replied extremely quickly. She called me the day before the install checking I was happy, again during the install to again check I was happy with the progress then also the day after. This level of communication makes so much difference and again is so rare with companies these days. Even after the install was complete I had some questons I emailled to Sadia to which she responded to just as quickly and efficiently as before install. Install day, there were two guys - an electrican and roofer (I'm so sorry I didn't get their names) who like the rest of the team were absolutely brilliant. The electrician talked me through everything he was doing, set up the monitoring app and basically taking care of everything. There were heavy showers on the day but even so the speed and efficiency these guys worked at was unbelievable - arriving at 8:30 getting straight to work. By 12 the battery, inverter had been installed, the electrical work inside the house completed with the house running on battery power. I couple of hours later my 9 panels had been installed and connected working as they should. My sister also went through the Solar Together scheme and is due to have her's installed by Greenscape in a few weeks, but we've been so impressed with Greenscape my parents have now contacted Greenscape and have a surveyor booked in a couple of weeks! In summary, I couldn't be more pleased. Greenscape it has been an absolute pleasure and a big thank you to James, Sadia and the two installation guys.

Introduced to Greenscape through local council solar scheme. Pleased I went with them as they had already been "vetted" by the council. I have been thoroughly impressed with the service received from Greenscape Energy in relation to the installation of my solar panels and Tesla Powerwall. From start to finish they have been very customer focused and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone I've spoken to has been extremely helpful and polite, they've also been very supportive post installation too. I'm very pleased with my solar panels and so glad I opted for the Tesla Powerwall for energy storage. This had meant that since I've had the installation completed I've not actually paid for any electricity. I know this will change come the winter and I'll have to buy a minimal amount from the grid but what I do buy will be at a much cheaper rate as I can charge my battery off-peak ready to use whenever I need it. All in all very impressed, both with my solar set up and the service received from Greenscape Energy, so much so that they're coming back to install an air source heat pump later in the year. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a new inverter installed and the engineer did an excellent job. He arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently and the work was completed in 3 hours. My new inverter is now working and I am once again generating from my solar panels. I was very impressed with the whole process from my initial contact with Greenscape to the completed job.

The initial engagement, install and subsequent customer service have been excellent. I would recommend these people to you. They are courteous, knowledgeable people to do business with. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that there have been a couple of issues with the inverter which are all fixed now, but this was an issue with the equipment, not the company.

It's actually been over 2 years since Greenscapes installed our solar panels. From what I remember the installation went smoothly and was a very pleasant experience at a competitive price. The real reason I'm writing this review is their customer support for the past 2 years has been flawless. I rarely have to wait more than 24 hours for any response. The one time we had a faulty piece of equipment they arranged an engineer to come out, replace the equipment all within a timely manner free of charge. Just brilliant.

We had solar panels and a battery installed two months ago. The whole process was reassuringly straightforward, and we are very pleased with the way the system is working, and the price we paid. Everyone we dealt with at Greenscape (from the initial survey, through to scaffolders, installers and electricians, plus the staff in the office) was helpful, polite and efficient. We only experienced two small issues. Firstly, the original panel layout turned out to not quite fit our roof shape, but the surveyor came up with an alternative that allowed us to fit more panels than we had anticipated. And then there was a broken roof tile during the installation, which we wouldn't even have known about, but was replaced a few days later with no fuss. I would happily recommend Greenscape (and the Solar Together scheme through which we found them).

What Greenscape tell you, that is what you get and more. It’s been 12 months since the installation and it’s all good.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greenscape should you be considering the installation of Solar Panels.. and / or a battery system. Their technicians were skilled, courteous and minimised any disruption to the day. One small point.. For attic installations, some of the non-essential ancillary equipment (used to wirelessly connect the inverters to an app that allows you to monitor the system) had a temperature specification that did not ideally suit an attic environment..

If you want a job done properly this is the company to use. They may not be the cheapest but they use quality products and workmen. From the planning stage through removal of the old, and installation of the new system, everything went pretty much to plan, any minor issues being correctly and speedily resolved. I thought having my whole system being replaced was going to be a nightmare, but to be honest I missed all the guys being here. I now have a complete heating system which keeps the house warm for the first time since it was built 35 years ago and my electricity bills are a fraction of what they were!

Once we had decided to go ahead with the installation of Solar Panels Greenscape responded quickly. Their engineer carried out a survey and made sensible recommendations about the installation. Their installers both took a pride in their work and did a very professional job. We were pleased with the quality of their work. We did have a problem with the Current Transformer that detects the current flowing to and from the grid which inhibited the operation of the Solis App but after a dialogue between Greenscape, Solis and ourselves an engineer visited us and was able to solve the problem.

James, the surveyor from Greenscape, was enormously helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various products available which allowed us to jointly create the optimum solution for my property. The electricians, roofers and customer experience team from Greenscape were all very helpful and professional. However the same cannot be said for the original scaffolders (SAS) assigned to my account who were incredibly unreliable, repeatedly cancelling their installation at short notice. I would not recommend using them. Thanks are due to Dean for sorting out their mess and removing them from my account. The other main issue I had was a failure to advise me that I would lose access to my Sky system whilst the scaffolding was up. I feel that a company with extensive experience like Greenscape should have recognised and communicated this at the outset so that an alternative design could have been considered and programmes could have been downloaded to watch whilst the TV and satellite services were unavailable. Otherwise, the process was a good experience.

Good prompt service from Greenscape to resolve an internet connection problem. May have liked a tutorial in case I need the same support again but otherwise great all now functioning correctly.

I bought solar panels from Greenscape Energy through a council scheme. This was a fast process from having the initial contact to the property assessment and installation. Great contact throughout the whole process, with all questions answered. The scaffolding was put up the same day as the two person team came to install the panels, the whole install was fast and smooth. The scaffolding was taken down a couple of days later. I have had the solar panels in now for 4 months and am already seeing the benefit. The only thing I would say is don't skimp on the battery storage if they reccomend it it will totally benefit you! Highly recommend having Greenscape install your solar panels.

Can't fault Greenscape Energy for the install of my Solar and Battery system. From the first call, got a very quick Survey date and Brad the surveyor did a very thorough job discussing my requirements and then surveying the locations for the inverter and batteries. Received the Quote very quickly and was happy with the pricing, so installation happened very quickly. All communication via email was dealt with swiftly and answered all of my questions, which is rare these days. From the scaffolding crew, the roofer and the Electrician all did an excellent job and were punctual and left the site tidy aftered. Really happy with the install and the punctual follow up to see if all ok and I was happy with everything. Left me in no doubt if i need customer support in future then i can get it easily. Would recommend Greenscape Energy without hesitation if you are looking for PV/Battery system. There are now 5 of us in my office who have all used them and each of us is equally happy with the level of service received.

From online sign-up with Solar Together to completed installation took exactly one month. Aaron from Greenscape carefully explained the visual and financial impact of the installation without being patronising, over-technical or pushy. We were particularly keen to make sure that the inverter didn’t take up much of our eaves attic space, and he was reassuring. The installers were punctual and efficient, the electrician working while curled up a in very tight space, which can’t be comfortable. As requested, the inverter is tucked away and compact and doesn’t interfere with our storage arrangements. The instructions for installing the Solis monitoring app were clear and I started to check in with the flowchart. That wasn’t so much fun in the winter, of course, but now the sun’s out it is very satisfying to watch the battery filling up and the arrows pointing in all the right directions. With everything up and running, we haven’t needed to consult Greenscape about the installation. We are glad we paid extra for bird guards – there are a lot of pigeons in our garden, and we didn’t want them nesting under the panels. We like the matte black PV panels, which don’t look at obtrusive as some more metallic panels in the area. We’d been sceptical about an east-facing installation, but a lot of sun comes that way even before we’ve woken up! All in all, a quick, efficient installation from Greenscape which is starting to show the results we have hoped for.

Extremely good experiences dealing with Greenscape. Initial installation was walked through with us and explained, a small fault that developed after 6 months was sorted in a couple of days. Was happy to use them again to upgrade battery installation two years after our initial installation. All interactions with staff have been positive, they seem like a great company.

I genuinely had a very pleasant experience with Greenscape from the initial booking of a survey, the survey itself and through to installation and the aftercare. At all times, I felt well informed and in control of the process; I didn’t feel pressured into anything at any point and it felt like I was being listened to. Struan conducted the survey and was very personable and professional in equal measure. He went through all of the options thoroughly and in layman’s terms; which really helped. Veronica from the Delivery Team has also been superb and regularly checked in before and after the install to make sure I was happy with everything. It makes you feel valued to have a point of contact like her. It was a pleasure working with the team at Greenscape. The survey (completed by Struan) was thorough, quotation reasonable (not the cheapest but way way better customer service) and importantly the overall job (completed by Andy) was extremely professional and much better than I expected. I found numerous companies that when checked did not have longevity or decent financial backing, greenscape had both and didn’t let me down with the install (4 Tesla Batteries).

I experienced a problem with the set up of my hybrid inverter. A call to the customer service team prompted an excellent and extremely prompt response. An initial offer of an engineer visit within 2 weeks was quickly amended to say an engineer would be with me the following day. The engineer turned up as promised, was extremely efficient, polite and helpful, quickly resolved my problem and went beyond what was required by arranging a remote upgrade of the inverter. He remained on site to ensure the upgrade went through successfully. Following the engineer visit, the customer service rep contacted me to ensure all had gone well and to plan. Well done and thank you to both the customer service centre rep and to the engineer for their excellent service.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, from the initial inspection and quotation to the installation. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. We had our solar panels installed by Greenscape in January this year. The process was thorough, with a knowledgeable surveyor giving us the best options and preparing us for what was going to happen On the day of the install, the panel engineer and the electrician (these may not be their correct job titles :-)) turned up promptly, carried out the work with minimum fuss and left everything tidy and working by mid-afternoon. The Greenscape office followed up with a call to check everything was ok, and provided us with documentation rapidly afterwards Three months later and everything is working fine, and I was pleased a) to get a courtesy follow up from Greenscape and b) to be able to confirm to them that we are, indeed very happy with the whole experience

I’m very pleased with my solar panel and battery installation from Greenscape. There was a slight issue initially when the installers had put the panels too low on one side of my roof, but they readily moved the panels when I pointed out the error. I didn’t use any electricity from the grid during March, which is quite amazing!

Outstanding installation of Tesla battery complementing work done by Greenscape over the last 7 years. The post-installation team was equally professional. The work was completed neatly and within our timescale. All in all, a company to be recommended.

The complete process of installing solar panels on our roof was conducted by Greenscape Energy in a very professional way. The surveyor for the original survey was knowledgeable and helpful. The scaffolder came on time installed and removed scaffolds without damage. The installers of the system were efficient, pleasant and also helpful. Altogether a stress free installation.

We'd already had Greenscape install an air source heat pump a few years ago. This was a totally successful operation, impressive from start to finish. So when we decided to invest in a solar panel/storage battery/EV charger set-up, Greenscape was our first port of call. We are 100% satisfied with their installation. The initial specification options and site survey were carried out in person by a knowledgeable, helpful and engaging member of staff; office admin was invariably efficient and intelligent; the installation was carried out promptly, and the standard of workmanship exemplary. Our experience has been brilliant.

Very good professional service

I received regular courtesy calls during the work, which was nice, however, this wasn’t effective in solving the issues that arose Everything was reactive instead of being proactive, which meant problems weren’t foreseen until they happened (with better planning these could have been avoided!). This led to an 11-day delay, due to poor internal communications, inaccurate surveying and late deliveries. The scaffolding is still in place 21 days later and counting, despite several phone calls and no shows! I have now been left to contact the subcontracting scaffolding company myself! (A knock-on effect is that, annoyingly, my grass now has bare patches due to scaffolding sitting on it for 3 weeks and killing the grass underneath the boards). During the work, a van hit my neighbours fence and I was left to communicate with them (awkward situation for me!). Workmen were polite and friendly and generally did an excellent job. The actual solar panels look excellent on my roof - probably the neatest finish and best looking installation I’ve seen, certainly the best in the area. There was no compensation/goodwill gesture offered due to the delays and problems experienced (I did ask!). The company was very quick and efficient in sending me the bill.

Greenscape Energy Ltd provided an excellent service. The survey was very thorough with all parts of the installation discussed with positioning of equipment and cable routes all agreed. Scaffolding was erected in plenty of time to enable me to complete some pre installation maintenance on the roof. The new solar panels, cabling, batteries and equipment were all installed in a day with minimum fuss. Operation of the Solar PV was explained well using photos and diagrams of the installation with the app installed on my iPhone showing that everything is working. I can thoroughly recommend them!

On the whole we had excellent service from the Electricians and the panel installer. They were very professional in installing and setting up the system and explaining how it all worked. There was a misunderstang with the scaffold company but this was quickly sorted out and the company concerned apologised, with us both agreeing there was a discrepancy between our expectation and their expertise. Overall, we are very pleased with our panels and look forward to the benefits that will arise from them.

It would have been more but let down by the scaffolding company that you employed.damage was caused to the guttering in July of last year and still waiting for the repair which we were assured would be repaired by Christmas of last year. As you can imagine we have had a lot of rain this year. The huge amount of rain did not help as we had to wheel the waste bins through the house causing a great deal of inconvenience. We are still waiting for the repair. On the bright side your staff especially Reuben kept me informed at all times and without him you would have got one star. It is unfortunately others are letting the side-on putting unnecessary pressure on others trying to ensure we are getting a good service.

We had solar panels and a Powerwall fitted. Very happy with the overall process, and the installation team were outstanding - very friendly, informative, and did a very neat job during the two days on-site. Now waiting for the clouds/rain to clear, but we have had some good generating days even in December.

Planning and installation of solar panels and associated battery backup system was fairly smooth considering the dreadful weather where the roofer was installing the solar panels in pouring rain. Internal systems are tidy and were installed quickly and efficiently with a minimum of mess. The necessary power outage was only about 15 minutes. We were very impressed. We would recommend Greenscape as a solar installer.

The installation of the solar panels and batteries etc went smoothly in spite of the weather! The electrician and solar panel fitters were invariably polite and worked efficiently. All the packing materials were tidied up and cleared away. The system is working properly and we can monitor how much electricity is being generated via the app. The scaffolding was removed shortly after the panel were installed

Supplied batteries for existing solar panels. The installation was done promptly and without problems and seems to be OK. However the solis app used to monitor the inverter is not easy to understand using android phone and is better looked at on the web. The figures of absolute electricity usage and generation in solis are obviously wrong, but the general idea of the flows is probably correct. The alarm on the batteries is very sensitive.

Entire installation of panels, inverter and battery completed within four hours, smoothly and courteously, with no disruption at all.

Once it got going, it was really good service. Parts shortages did make a delay in installation and also a small hiccup with their scaffolding contractor but the main things are that it's installed well and safely.

It’s been 6 months since the install and everything works well (when the sun shines!). The original design and install process were easy and we were kept well informed. Since then it just works in the background with no issues.

A number of our solar panels had stopped working after a number of years and the company that had completed the initial installation had ceased trading. Greenscape came to the rescue and identified the issue and rectified the issue. Their engineer Rob is really very efficient and really does know his subject. We have been totally satisfied with their quality and standard of work. Hollie in customer service department is a delight to deal with and great at following up any issues.

Greenscape Energy was the provider chosen by "Solar Together Cambridgeshire". They have been very precise and well organised with the survey, installing scafolding and then the solar panels, inverter and battery. Everything went as planned and at a very competitive price. On the day of the installation, in particular, both the electrician and the panel installation engineer have shown a good deal of flexibility (one extra pannel was installed when compared to the plan). If anything, the surveyor was a bit defensive and suggested a more conservative installation plan, but I am happy they didn't stick with it :)

Greenscape energy are professional and reliable from the very beginning of answering my numerous questions regarding the solar panels and battery system to the completion of the installation. I was more than happy to have the team working on my house and would highly recommend.

Arrived early by arrangement and re-connected the datalogger efficiently. Also repaired the wire trunking corners which were coming away from the house wall. Two corners re-fixed (I think!!) in a very efficient manner. Could not fault anything.

Excellent experience with Greenscape energy. I had originally signed up for a battery installation via the Suffolk Solar together scheme. However due to other work taking place at my home I couldn’t make the deadline to get surveys etc completed. However Greenscape agreed to hold the price until I was ready to proceed. I contacted them 6 months later and they carried out the surveys and then arranged for installation. The installation team turned up on time and did a great job of installing the batteries. They even reduced the price by £75 as the work I had done that had delayed the Greenscape work , had upgraded my consumer unit and thus that bit wasn’t required.

The installation of solar panels and batteries on our village hall has been completed to our total satisfaction. Our initial application through the Cambridge Together scheme could not progress as the hall had a 3 phase power supply but Greenscape were able to offer a commercial alternative which was competitively priced. We had to raise additional funds and Greenscape supported us through the delay and in the end provided us with a quote for installation less than their original quote which allowed us to enhance our installation. The installation was carried out quickly and the finished work was immaculate. Electricians and the panel installers carried out their work efficiently and quickly and kept the premises tidy at all times, disruption to the use of the hall was minimal.

A professional and very importantly knowledgeable team. I would not hesitate in recommending them, we saw many other 'solar' specialists who simply did not understand what would work and what was necessary. They proposed solutions which would not have worked in our more complicated system. The whole installation was very well managed with excellent contractors trenching over 200 metres and putting turf carefully back within our garden. The ground mounted system being used is extremely robust and well specified.

The company was easy to deal with. We had a 12 panels and Tesla battery fitted and the process was seamless and quick. Everything is working brilliantly and couldn't be happy, now pulling next to nothing from the grid.

The whole experience was first class, everyone one working on the property was professional and well mannered. We had a small issue with pigeon proofing which was sorted almost straight away and we are now left very happy with our solar system.

A largely negative experience. Ever thing seemed to be ok until it came to communication with this company. Twice I requested clarification in writing regarding the pricey quote. They didn't even have the professionalism or the courtesy to reply. There are plenty of good companies out there. My advice, try others.

Excellent service always someone there to answer my questions and resolve problems. Had more panels fitted now excellent service again from fitters and electricians, cant fault after service really happy with everything and would highly recommend this company.

Initially, staff changes delayed the start of our project but once Gavin Bulmer took over, all went very smoothly and would definitely recommend Greenscape Energy. We are very happy with the 56 Ground mounted Solar panels that were supplied and installed together with 2 x 10kw Batteries and the teams worked well together.

The surveyor who came to our house explained the options well and the installed system is performing as expected. Our smart meter shows a significant drop in electricity consumption. The installation team were friendly and the installation is tidy. Only four stars because the communication from the appointed scaffolding company was poor. Initially we were given an assembly date which was not suitable. We replied, suggesting a suitable date range, but received no acknowledgement. When a date was agreed, were not told the earliest time or latest time they might arrive, just the date. Perhaps communication on scaffolding should be taken on by Greenscape's customer services as they were easy to deal with.

The engineers were flexible and kept us informed of what was happening when. Reliable and efficient, we can recommend them.

Very efficient and courteous management of the process and the actual installation. Only negative was being let down twice (by sub-contractors?) on the installation date but this was followed up and remedied swiftly.

We had 10 panels with bird guards, 3 batteries, inverter and all the metering that goes with them. It was installed over 2 days. It was a smooth operation and all the fitters and electricians were professional, courteous and helpful. they worked hard from 8AM till 5PM on sweltering days. We had a couple of snags that were quickly fixed. Greenscape's customer-care team were exceptional, really first-class in addressing issues and keeping us informed. I can't fault them. Now the system has been up and running for 5 weeks... and it works! it's brilliant. the Soliscloud App is a great piece of kit which allows you to monitor the system on your phone at any time and in any place. It took a few days to understand what it is telling you - and I'm still learning. When you consider the scary cost of this sort of investment in your home it is reassuring to feel that a good job seems to have been done. It has been an interesting experience as well.

Whilst we had to wait nearly 6mo for our installation (we appreciate it's a busy time for solar companies), the service provided was very slick and professional. Clear quote, fitting as planned, system works well. Paperwork sent through, app tracks function.

The installation was fine and everything went according to plan. Worked well to start with but after about 4 months the batteries ceased to charge. Were told that this was a problem with computer updates but since then they have failed 4 times. Each time an engineer called and said they had sorted out the problem, it was fine for a while then reoccurred, with adifferent expalnation being given each time. The last time the batteries only charged for 1 day. I am now being asked (with no electrical knowledge or understanding) to go into my loft and restart an inverter which I am worried about doing in case I injure myself or damage the equipment. Reading their help guide if I do not do this I may be charged £125.00 + VAT for the next call out! The system works really well during daylight but there does seem to be a problem with the batteries. Not sure if it is just me or anyone else has had the same issue. The engineers all seem fine but the issue does not appear to be getting resolved very quickly. Leading on from this I have had three engineers visit and they appear to have sorted out the problem. The office did seem really concerned about the problem and monitored the situation with follow up phone calls, and the engineers went out of their way to explain whta was happening and what was being done to put it right. Seems like my previous concernes were just down to a break down in communication. Thanks for a really good after sales service. Mark Champion

The survey process was very informative with setting the right expectations on what the solar installation can and cannot do. They were also flexible with the installation during the supply chain issues during pandemic. The over process and experience of getting the panels installed on our roof was done professionally the engineers on site were also very clean with the job and didn't leave any unnecessary mess. We got 3 companies to quote for solar panels & batteries. Greenscape were by far the most professional from their surveyor to the installers and admin staff. The system worked perfectly from day 1 and is completely appropriate for our needs. We are producing at least 90% of what we use (at July 2023), which is more than we thought we would. We would highly recommend this company who were originally recommended to us. It is great to come across a company with integrity and professionalism to such a high degree. We have had no problems but feel confident that should we need any help in future it will be dealt with efficiently.

The process was very simple and straightforward but having gone through the council group buying scheme it was a lengthy process. And to be fair many of the other options we looked at had similarly lengthy lead times. The fitting process went very smoothly and the team were incredibly hard working and courteous. The did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The surveyor arranged the panels in two strings to minimise shading effects, whereas other companies said we needed a unit on each of the panels to achieve this which greatly added to the cost. They have been very responsive when we have had questions about the system and how it is working. Questions based on our not having solar panels before and hence not fully understanding how they work. Still early days only been installed 9 days but so far all good. Still waiting for the scaffolder company to arrange to take down the scaffolding.

Solar panels were installed on our house in August 2022 by Greenscape Energy. The installation including battery back up was extensive with 15 solar roof panels. The work was undertaken in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Over the last year we have not had any problems with the installation or need to call on Greenscape for support or to rectify any problems. The solar panels are generating a considerable amount of electricity, with the excess being exported to the grid. We would be very happy to recommend Greenscape to any potential customers.

Very happy with our new Solar Panels and battery. Installation team were excellent with really good advice from the electrician about ways to optimise system performance. Everyone friendly and helpful throughout process. Awarded four stars rather than five because of somewhat protracted time taken to strip scaffold after installation, but a minor wrinkle on an otherwise first rate service.

I initially booked the survey and ultimately ordered probably at the height of Solar demand so there was a bit of a lag between order and installation. However, I was very pleased with the end result, having been able to talk through the installation with the electrician on a site visit beforehand and discuss routing of cables and other options. The install is very neat and has been performing very well indeed so far. Don’t underestimate the value of a company such as Greenscape that has a large team and can be flexible around dates and configurations.

We are very happy with the work of Greenscape Energy Ltd, and seeing our electricity import going down to close to zero, at least so far, in the summer. It is a big change.

Have been very please by the friendly and professional way that Greenscape handled the installation of our Solar panels and battery. We have had no problems with the equipment so far and appear to be generating a far amount of electricity.

The system is excellent and we have used far less electricity since having the battery storage installed. Unfortunately we were advised that the installation engineers would be arriving between 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning, but we had heard nothing by midday. Despite calling the office several times, we didn’t get a call from the engineers until mid-afternoon. They explained that the office should not have scheduled a battery only installation for the morning as they normally do solar panel installations in the morning. The job they started that morning had been quite problematic so they wouldn’t get to us until after 6pm. They were still happy to come today, or would reschedule for tomorrow. We decided for them to come that evening. They didn’t arrive until 8pm, and apologised for the delay. They worked quickly and efficiently and completed the installation by 10pm.

The delay in obtaining my battery was frustrating. Fitting was delayed with confusion over time. The work was carried out efficiently Battery and app works well.

Firstly I would like. to say that the installation was carried out very well. The initial installation of the scaffolding was completed very quickly, efficiently with no disturbance, no noise and no problems The two men were very courteous. There was only one issue the scaffolding did block out the TV satellite dish, though I accept that this was unavoidable, probably doing without TV was a good thing for several weeks! The solar panel installers were also efficient, and courteous , very amenable. The work was carried out without only minor disruption and any waste was removed on completion. The system appears to be running very well, with no problems. Similarly the scaffold removers were quick, efficient no mess and had an easy manner. My thanks to you for arranging the fast removal of the scaffolding after bringing the issue of the blocked TV reception to your attention. The system technician did show us the app and how to install it and showed us it in operation. This was good, however, several weeks later after several small local electricity outages we got an alarm email message from the Solis Cloud we were unsure what to do. We contacted you and this was satisfactorily dealt with by yourselves. Probably in dealing with elderly , out of date technical customers, like us a little more advice on what to do and backed by some information in writing might be advisable.

Support staff very helpful. Initial survey was not really comprehensive enough, so we ran into some issues, but Greenscape were very willing to help us sort them out.

Kept me informed of what was happening throughout the order. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Answered my queries clearly.

Can't fault the service from the start of the process to completion of installation of 6 panels and 2 batteries at the end of January 2023, then the same service when I requested and had additional battery added to the system at the start of June 2023, now sitting here knowing that during during the summer months I'll be paying very little for my electricity,, as I write this review on Friday 9th June 2023, I'm currently averaging 30p a day for my electricity costs in June 2023 {not including standing charge). One very happy satisfied customer.

Greenscape has been a valuable source of knowledge in our project to install solar panels at our home. They are a friendly and professional team, always willing and able to help and inform, which has been very welcome since our knowledge of the mechanics of solar energy production was initially very close to zero! They have also been very patient while we applied for the local authority to grant listed building consent. The day of installation earlier this week went very smoothly. The two engineers completed the job much more quickly than I expected and explained the system to us when they had finished in a way that was easy to follow. We waited nearly a year between agreeing to the installation and it actually happening. Installation started but it was not possible to set up the panels as the roofer was not qualified to install the optimizers. A further week passed waiting for the installation to be completed. No problems so far with the operation. Found many tiny shards of alloy on the patio where the frames were cut. We have dogs, not impressed.

Good service although the engineer had to attend 3 times to get things up working fully

The installation was fine - professionally done. But not five stars because we waited more than 14 months between paying the deposit and the installation. We were promised that it would be installed Oct/Nov 2022 , 6 or 7 months after paying the deposit. Then we were promised Feb/ March 2023. Then we heard nothing from Greenscape for months until just before installation in May. Our scaffolding was done in two parts as they didn’t have enough equipment. Now the scaffolding is still up after 4 weeks- promised today but no sign of them.

Literally getting sick to death of this company cold calling me from a private number, I don't even know how they got my private number trying to constantly call me when I'm on maternity leave!!!!

Excellent company. From the initial visit which included solar panel description and pricing to a full survey, staff were informative and polite with no pressure or pushy selling. The scaffold was erected a couple of days before. On the day the electrician was very professional and explained everything while the solar fitter did an excellent job including a bird guard (essential I feel) All left clean and tidy and full instructions given. The office staff rang after couple of days to check we were happy with work and to answer any questions we might have. I would highly recommend this company.

Solar Battery retrofit install - Survey and Installer were very helpful, took onboard our requirements and were able to route the cables with minimal visual impact. Could not fault the installer, did a great, neat job. The only negative part was being part of a group purchase scheme arranged by our local council. Took 7 months for the on-site survey and then another 5 months for the install after that. Whether this delay was caused by a supply problem is difficult to say as Greenscape claimed they had confirmed deliveries before we placed the order, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

Used Greenscape Energy through the Solar together project. Very reasonable price, excellent workmanship, friendly staff and my electricity is now less than £20 a month!

Greenscape installed a 15kW battery system. It took two guys two days to install. They were polite, friendly and worked hard throughout and made a very neat job given the challenges associated with the location. We had a slight issue (wifi failure) a few weeks after installation and they returned quickly to sort everything out to my satisfaction. I'd give 5 stars for the installation team. 4 stars awarded because of some issues with the monitoring software (down to Huawei) and the fact that although it is a 15kW system it only delivers 10kW in order to avoid fully discharging and possibly reducing battery life. It would have been good to have been advised of this beforehand.

Batteries and inverter installation to existing solar system, very professional and simple

From initial contact and survey, through installation and aftercare, Greenscape have always arrived on time, communicated clearly and simply done what they said they would. Everyone from customer facing front line guys and girls to installation and support team always courteous, knowledgible and professional thorughout the process. As far as I can tell (and I've done some research) the equipment used was/is among the best in the field. A couple of minor queries I had for the aftersales team were answered timely and fully. I've awarded 5 stars because they are clearly a 5 star company who care about what they do and I have no problems fully recommending their service.

Very professional installation. The two boys completed installing 16 panels and commissioning them and battery units in a day. Highly recommended.

We arranged our installation via South Cambs DC and although we had a slow start as a part from Europe became unobtainable, once it had arrived, the whole process ran very smoothly. I am not a technical person, but I do know that we have a total of 25 panels over three roof areas to make the most of the sun available to us. The installation team worked really hard and completed the process in the two days quoted. Everyone from the people in the office through to the installation team, was friendly and polite. My questions have been answered very quickly and details of what happens now the panels are installed and working arrived promptly after payment was made. We are now enjoying producing our own energy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenscape to anyone looking at installing solar panels.

I found Greenscape Energy extremely helpful from start to finish of the installation of the solar power system. Communication has been first class and I would thoroughly recommend their services if you are thinking of getting a system installed in your property.

Due to problems with batteries and connectivity had four visits with long delays for appointments sometimes two weeks or more .In all six weeks from installation to problems solved.All staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful

The installation was fine - until it failed. Now I have a load of expensive equipment doing nothing whilst Greenscape hide behind their supplier's delay in approving replacement. Very poor service.

We had solar panels and batteries installed in Feb 2022. The inverter had to be replaced as didn't work. This was done relatively promptly. Batteries stopped working in Dec 2022, we noticed in Jan 2023 and notified Greenscape. They have not been able to solve this in 3 months, have checked the installation which they say is fine but have not replaced the batteries. They have not once contacted us without prompting. We are thousands out of pocket and paying for energy that should have been generated through our batteries. Incredibly disappointed in their lack of customer care, to just answer emails with "understand how frustrating it is" is not really customer service. They obviously are more keen to get new business than looking after existing customers so avoid.

Greenscape performed a very professional installation in our house and the solar equipment is working well so very happy with their service all round.

We had our Solar panels installed this week by Greenscape Energy via the Solar Together initiative. It was long wait from expressing interest to actually getting the installation (just over a year) but this was due to supply problems outside the control of Greenscape and we were periodically kept informed during that time. Once we had a confirmed date the installation went ahead as planned – first the erection of the scaffold about a week before installation. Two men from Greenscape fitted the panels, batteries, inverter, etc, on the agreed date. Prior to fitting the panels one of the men agreed just how they would be located on the two sections of roof to look best aesthetically and to not obstruct hips and a valley withing the panel area. Similarly, his colleague, responsible for the internal installation work, agreed where/how the various components would be located and from then on, they cracked on with their work as planned. From arrival to completion, they were helpful, courteous and worked hard to complete the installation and have it up and running within the day. Overall, very pleased with the service provided.

The whole job has been done very professionally. All the people working at our property (scaffolders, electricians and solar panel installers) were very professional, polite and hard working. They have done a fantastic job.

I found Greenscape to be a very good provider when they did my panels and battery installation. Their comms were good, calling when they said they'd call, surveying likewise and only a short delay with the install itself during the component supply difficulties reported widely. Recommended.

The process went very well in general. There was a short delay while the second and third batteries arrived and a longer one while Solis solved their inverter problems.

There was some minor difficulty with the scheduled installation date and the right parts being available, but when that was sorted out Greenscape efficiently got on and performed professionally with good results. I am a satisfied customer!

Very happy with Greenscape Energy. In the last three years they've installed solar pv for us and then batteries. I like the fact that their office is just up the road from our house. They seem to have been growing rapidly. Occasionally that has meant having to wait for an answer to queries (hence 4 stars rather than 5) but they're always friendly, efficient and helpful when I deal with them. The fact that Suffolk County Council has entrusted them with several iterations of their Solar Together scheme gives me peace of mind. By the way, if you consider battery storage, it's best to have them installed at the same time as the panels to benefit from 5% VAT. We made the mistake of installing batteries separately and ended up having to pay 20%. And that's the government's fault rather than Greenscape's!

Greenscape is a first class company, all the products supplied for our installation are excellent, also the engineers who attended are experienced, polite, and helpful. When a battery became faulty, it was soon replaced and the system is trouble free We have recommended your company to our friends.

Our installation was via Essex CC group buying scheme. Greenscaspe have been totally reliable, The surveyor, electrician, roofer and scaffolding contractor, turned up at the time they arranged and all work was completed to a high standard. I was impressed with the standard achieved by the electrician (Neat and tidy work with all wiring in conduit where practical.) After some weeks I spotted a fault with a panel fixing clamp. I reported it with photos. Within a week a team of roofers attended, not only corrected the original fault but also changed every clamp on the roof to ensure they all matched. The installation and battery system worked to the design specification. Overall no issues.

Delay booking the actual install due to the global chip shortage, which couldn't be helped. The installation went smoothly, installers were great and answered all of my questions once the install was completed. Very happy with my solar panels!

Complete solar installation undertaken in December 2022. I was very impressed both with the survey and quotation provided which was detailed and comprehensive. The installation went through without any problems and the system was fully explained on the day and in subsequent documentation. It has been a pleasure to deal with Greenscape.

Had to wait quite a while from first applying to installation, so missed all the summer sun. Had a two quotes and decided to go with system with batteries as i could add to the system. Problem with installation in October was weather. Day of install was windy and showers, so electrical work was finished but no panels were put up until a week later. Had to work out how to turn the system on as the panel fitter was not an electrician, got there in the end though. Had slight damage to my underfelt so opted for another battery at half price which was fitted in December. The only real problem is the inverter being fitted in the loft as I need to alter the settings to charge my batteries in winter on cheat rate electric and them change that back again in summer. It's only a small install but I am very happy with it and can now tailor it to my particular use.
