Engineer came to service heat pump, drove a good distance from Essex to Bedfordshire, and was helpful with questions and sharing his knowledge, friendly, demonstrative with issues, and generally a great person. Have had issues with other companies not prepared to support older heat pumps, but this company was helpful, supportive and able to assist where others were not

Energie Solutions have been looking after us for over four years and have twice rescued us! Once by completely overhauling our poorly installed heat pump and just last week installing a new hot water cylinder that had leaked through the ceiling whilst we were away. The admin team were so efficient analysing the problem and the engineers were brilliant fitting the new one leaving everything so tidy. The engineers you send are always so friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending Energie Solutions. FIRST CLASS

I called Energie Solutions Ltd as my air source heat pump wasn't working after turning on the heating after the summer. I called late on a Friday and someone got back to me early on the Monday. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and very understanding of my urgency. Even though they couldn't send an engineer out for a week, they very kindly shared a helpful video to see if we could get it working ourselves in the meantime. Thankfully we were able to fix it with the video and learnt something new about our heat pump! I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

We have an LG heatpump which was installed on a new build house we purchased. The house is 3 years old and we have had no end of problems with the house and heating system. The development company are completely useless, the original installers clearly don’t know what they are doing and keep saying that there is nothing wrong. We have also had another company involved that agreed it looked like something was wrong but didn’t come back to fix it for us. Then two weeks ago we called Energie solutions and thank goodness we did! One of their engineers visited and within 30 mins knew what the problem was. They were back a few days later with the new pcb board. They provided me with a list of things that don’t meet current regulations which I will be taking to the builder. I am hoping one of their service plans now and have told all our neighbours, it turns out we are not the only ones having issues! Thank you so much. Kirst & James

I wish I had looked at some of the negative reviews, before I agreed to let them service my solar set up. I was contacted unsolicited, with the offer of a discount as they were going to be in the area. My solar thermal systems were all working fine and not long ago serviced, so was shocked that the engineer diagnosed so many problems and decided, without asking, to decommission the system - pending a job card and remedial work quote. Was then quoted £2300 to fix. Managed to get a second opinion from a reputable company who physically showed me that my cold water tanks were fine, and that the fluid was fine (and just needed some air removed). At a quarter of the price, I was back up and running, albeit having lost a month of usage at the peak of summer. After complaining, Energie Solutions did investigate (and did communicate), but stood by their diagnosis and did not offer any type of refund. The icing on the cake was trying to encourage me not to leave a Google review! Clearly, this company has some good reviews, so if you're considering them, I'd just suggest you just get multiple quotes (including follow up rates) and opinions before proceeding.

After several failed attempts by another company to fix our solar system, we called Energie Solutions who had diagnosed the problem within ten minutes and repaired it the same day. Jordan was extremely polite and tidy. He kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the process. The after service from Nigel and his team has been absolutely fantastic. They were priced very reasonably. Would always recommend.

I recently had my boiler serviced and was thoroughly impressed with the care and attention that I received. The engineer Alfie did a sterling job and I will be using them again.

Without prejudice. I contacted Energie solutions for a service quotation on my Solar panels, and Solar PV, They provided quote for £162.75 twice plus VAT total of £294 .00 Payable up front. When they came Two people went around taking pictures of everything. I advised there was a small leak on one of the valves. they attempted to sort it then advised they didn't have the correct spanner. sent me my report having done nothing in the way of a service . and the leak worse than when they came. they said they would provide me a quotation for remedial works. which duly came to drain the system down new pump if it was needed, nothing about fixing the leak. price £919.26 including VAT 5% . at the time they were here i asked how long it would take advised 2.3 hours. I phoned to ask why it was so expensive and nothing about fixing the leak. and was told that's the charge best price. the moral here be sure what your getting for the quote and shop around. I have had the Leak repaired and a full system drain and refilled for half that price. I understand how it may have worked for others but unfortunately it didn't for us. end

Many thanks to the whole Energie Solutions team! Having had an ASHP system installed incorrectly by another supplier, who then went bust, Energie Solutions not only helped with putting the system right on time and on budget, they picked up the process after Mitsubishi stood back from helping and even supported us in dealing with the even less helpful warranty insurer (IWA) to make sure that they paid the related claim. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and indeed have taken up a service plan. Mr G Bramford, Suffolk

Excellent experience with Energie - would definitely recommend. Recently had my air source heat pump serviced and identified some remedial work to improve operation. Jordan, the engineer, did a great job fixing the system, which is now much quieter. Good communication with the helpful admin team too & have signed up for the service plan.

Exceptional! Our Air pump heating system kept blowing the electric box. On recommendation I contacted the company and spoke to Nigel. An engineer was dispatched and Jordan arrived the following morning. He identified that we required a replacement fan motor. This bit took longer than it should due to the inefficiency of the makers and suppliers. I know from previous experience that they are notorious. Doggedly Nigel kept on their case giving regular updates. It turned out they actually had the part in stock (but didn't know it!) Once this had been established Nigel dispatched Jordan a few days later and he fitted the part. I now working perfectly again. Surprisingly, given the Government policy of promoting air-source and ground-source as the way forward for all new homes, there are very technicians able to fix them. Additionally many of the suppliers go bust and change hands. Few local plumbers will touch them! Energie solutions successfully navigated us through all of this and I am in the process of taking out their maintenance plan. In addition to Nigel and Jordan, Claudette who I spoke to today was equally helpful. A really top team. I cant rate them highly enough, friendly and hugely efficient.

I had my heat pump serviced by Energie Solutions. Very happy with the whole journey from the booking ( I rang the office number ) to the service by very nice and knowledgeable engineer who answered all my questions about my system. I even received very detailed report from the service soon after engineer completed the service.

All the staff I've dealt with have been efficient and helpful plus they have a range of reasonably priced service and maintenance plans.

Very impressed with the level of service we received from Nigel and his team both in the office and on the road. Despite living in Norfolk coming out to visit us was never a problem and from the time we ordered our new replacement ASHP, we where kept in the picture re progress of our order. Fitting was quick and painless and just two days after installation started, we were up and running. So impressed with the service we received re the installation we have even taken out a service contract with them. Once again thanks to all at Energie Solutions.

This company did a thorough maintenance but BEWARE if your heat pump fails the test They said my glycol levels were too low and sent me a quote of £863.72 !!! As my installation was only a year old I contacted that firm who came out and filled up my glycol levels which took less than an hour WHAT A RIP OFF WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I have been using Energie Solutions for over 7 years and have found them to be an excellent company to work with. The communication has always been exemplantry and their conduct professional. What makes them stand out is the consideration and understanding shown to vunerable persons living in the property that the service agreement was associated with. There is always a person to speak to at the end of the phone. I know I can speak to someone who not only knows who I am but also understands the history of the installation. I highly recommend Energy Solutions as a professional, trustworthy and friendly company to work with.

We bought this eco-house four years ago.It was heated by an air source pump. The system was not working well and we tried to contact the original suppliers, but they had disappeared. We found Energie Solutions on the web sight and Nigel came straight out. He got it working and it worked well for three years. A year ago we decided to upgrade the system and following Nigel's recommendations we installed a new heating unit and an up to date thermostat system. The whole system is working perfectly. Our electricity costs have fallen considerably. I would not hesitate to recommend Energy Solutions. Their service is fantastic.

Nigel from Energie Solutions visited my property to diagnose a problem I paid for repair. However, he failed to accurately diagnose it. Additionally, he charged me for asking questions and was frequently on the phone during his work. I would not recommend his services and advise avoiding this company!! Very disappointed after a £500+ bill.

Having struggled to find reliable engineers to service my solar thermal and ground source heat systems, Energie Solutions came as a breath of fresh air. They have visited twice now and on both occasions the service has been excellent. They arrived on the right day, at the right time and completed the services and repairs in a competent, professional manner. The support from the office was excellent with e mails and phone calls advising of progress of my services. It was a pleasure doing business with Energie Solutions and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I first used this company to install my Air source heat pump following other local companies in Suffolk and Essex failure to fulfill their commitments, since then I have Energie Solutions to complete my annual service. Nigel and Claudette and their team are very professional in all they do, the engineers came yesterday for my annual service, arrived at the time they said, carried out my service explained what they had done and what was required and would fully recommend them to any of my friends and neighbours. The firm which installed our Air Source Heat Pump were not interested in maintaining the unit. Fortunately Energie Solutions is, and provides an efficient servicing contract, complete with a reminder when a visit is due and then a full report including photographs at the end of the service call.

The fact that you can call the office and actually talk to a person is rarely the case nowadays. Well, not with Energie Solutions! Great job guys.

I have sent an email to Energie Solutions Ltd expressing my disappointment with their service. It started with a very slow and poor response to my enquiries, then having to chase for confirmation of booking dates as I had taken time off work. I wanted my solar hot water system serviced. In the end I had an engineer look at it and tell me it needed a service? I then received an invoice for his visit and a quote of circa £800 for any work to be done (it needs draining, flushing and re-filling). So all told almost £1k to get it serviced which will not give viable savings on energy costs to make it feasible. I also got my neighbour booked in but Energie Solutions didnt apply the group booking discount which I had to remind them. Anyway, I have paid the £130 fee for the service that wasn't a service and wont be using this company anymore. I hope they review their policies, if further work is required (especially when I requested a drain and flush initially) dont charge for a service that cant actually be completed, maybe offer that as a discount if you proceed with the additional work. If a customer asks for a drain and flush, just do it, dont waste peoples time. Better communication required, I should have seen the signs and walked away when I had to chase for confirmation of bookings etc. People have jobs/lives, I had to take a day off so prompt confirmation is a courtesy. Lastly, working in construction, I have taken advice on the quote for the work. Almost £800 to do the quoted work on top of the initial "service" is way too steep. You are pricing yourselves out of your own industry. I have my boiler serviced (yes serviced, properly) every year including parts for a fraction of that price, in fact a major car service probably costs less including parts. Anyway, I cant comment on workmanship, no work was carried out. The engineer who attended was professional etc, no issues with him at all. Im sure the owner will comment and justify everything and I look forward to the response, but please get several quotes and be very clear with this company as to what you want and what you are paying for. Check your invoice carefully as mine had mistakes and expect delays when emailing.

We called Energie Solutions Ltd to service our source heating in our newly purchased home, received a quote and were happy with the £228.00 price so agreed for them to do the job. There was also an issue with one of our thermostats which we asked for them to look at. The technician spent an hour confirming that the thermostat was faulty, but was unable to fix it - so suggested we get another electrician in to fix the issue. Upon leaving, I was told that the service had been done (I was quite surprised as all of my security cameras told me otherwise) - non the less I believed the technician as did not for one minute think he would claim to have done something he hadn't. Upon further investigation it transpired that the service had not been done, the thermostat not been fixed - yet they have continued to badger me for payment, finally threatening me with the small claims court. I have been left with no option other than to pay the amount (minus £60.00 offered) in order to not have to go through the rigmarole of court. Be cautious - we were quoted for a service, accepted the quote, they did not do the service - yet still hounded for payment. EDIT: Seeing as you have replied making me to be the one in the wrong I am going to address your points. You gave no more time than paid for - you were with us for one hour as proven by CCTV. You did not carry out all work quoted - you carried out no work apart from confirming a fault which you were unable to do anything about.(a fault that I had an electrician come and sort) We had a quote for a service - it is yet to be done. Why would I direct my review to anyone other than the person who quoted to do the work - there were no other parties involved, no original installer or builder required - just yourselves. In the interest of clarity perhaps a few screen grabs might help jog your memory......

Just had an ASHP system fitted by Energie Solutions and very happy with it. Despite delivery problems due to Brexit and Covid, installation went ahead smoothly. Hit a few installation glitches, but these were dealt with in a timely manner, with full support from Manufacturer (Nibe). Workmanship was knowledgeable, neat and tidy.

Lovely people, who most of all did a fantastic, first class, quality job. Worked really hard, long days to get the job done, finished off work immaculately, cleaned up after themselves. I cannot reccomend them enough.

My daughters company deserves all the success in the world. Her and the team work so hard to make sure customers are as happy as possible. Her 'lads' Thomas, Ollie, Nigel and Phil are brilliant. They have rewired my entire bungalow and put in a brand new boiler and wet central heating system. Both myself and my wife are warm and feel very safe knowing everything was done to a brilliant standard. It angers me when I read some of the negative comments they have received, given that the people complaining, it would seem really only had their self to blame. Looked to get a quote for a Air source heat pump for my home. I contacted 3 companies, one being Energie solutions. After a week I received my 2 other quotes so was just waiting for this one. After 2 weeks it still wasn’t received so I chased it and was told it would be the next day. This didn’t happen so I chased again but no reply. I left a message the next day with a colleague for Claudette to call me. This didn’t happen so I emailed the next day, still no response. After 3 weeks of trying to get my third quote I told them I couldn’t wait any more and that I was disappointed with the service and would leave a truthful review of my experience. Within 30 minutes of my email being sent I was contacted with a apology due to them being busy. I’m sure they are busy but not replying to emails and messages over a 3 week period is pretty poor so I worry how they would deal with problems when they are BUSY. This is just my experience and I have had a great experience and constant conversations with two local Ipswich companies who offer a similar service so search online and get your quotes from other busy companies that still communicate with potential customers.

FROM PRAVIN BANSROPUN, just to confirm, and I stand by EVERYTHING I have stated! So I got this company to “try” and fix my Air Source Heat Pump at a time of freezing conditions. I had no hot water nor heating because of the fault. Energie Solutions c/o Nigel Day attended, I thought a proper diagnosis was carried out, naively, I went along with their “professional” opinion as to what was wrong, big mistake!! After several backwards and forwards visits from them “trying” to identify the issue to doing what they believed was the issue and kept reiterating “we can’t guarantee our work” and down nearly over £1600 by this time they didn’t fix my issue!! Luckily I found a very competent company who knew what they were doing and fixed my problem! I, and felt quite in my rights as a customer, asked the company to reduce the price, hell no from them!! They are an awful company. Nigel, clearly didn’t have the knowledge and skill set to take on what was needed to be done yet, decided to pursue the task and not fix the problem. Unfortunately for me I only found out the companies and Nigel’s incompetence after he had attempted the complete the job to only be told they can’t do it after I felt committed and was desperate! I received a further invoice of £850 invoice, problem still not fixed - To me for someone that couldn’t do the job and not even hold his hands up and admit it is disgraceful. As a consumer we are naive to think all plumbers have the same skill set. I continued to refuse to pay the full amount, after several letters and even from solicitors for the job not being completed and tried to reason with them under my rights under the consumer rights act to make them understand it’s unfair to charge the full amount for something they can’t fix they ignored me. Energie solutions didn’t agree and before you know this wanna be company DCBL AKA Phil&Grant Mitchell lookalikes turn up on my door step!! Demanding payment! I hate to see how they’d treat the vulnerable and elderly in the same situation.... which from some of their negative reviews seems to be a common factor with this company! Beware! The guy from DCBL even showed me the text from the other owner, Claudette Day, which stated and words to the effect“ we are sick and tired of having to chase people all the time” mmmm, I suspect customers like me have refused to pay for their shoddy work... To me, the common denominator is Energie Solutions. I advise you stay away from such a poor, customer serving company with the lack of knowledge and skill! It seems quite ironic that these 5 star reviews have back to back popped up from people who are in the profession themselves... friends of friends I suspect... There really is no excuses for incompetence!! They haven’t seen the end of this...

We have been v pleased with Energie Solutions. They ave always responded promptly to any request. We have had our Solar Water heater and photovoltaics for 10yrs now. As a company there has been good continuity and they always try to send the same engineer which is helpful.

Failed to show for an appointment to service an air source heat pump needed to be in time to meet the warranty requirements, that they had suggested in the first place. They kept two elderly parents in limbo in the heat for 3 hours while they waited for Nigel to show up. No courtesy call was received , however, to say he would be late and after calling them asking them where he was, said he may be able to come 4 hours later. He then texted regarding reaaranging the appointmenst saying he couldn't impact on other clients! Energie Solutions have now been sacked. As per another review below, they are capable and willing to void the warranty on your expensive heat pump units.

I've found Energie Solutions to be prompt, tidy, very hard working and helpful and friendly.
