He kindly squeezed us in 2 days later so it didn’t delay the plasterers we had booked. Gas Tune Ltd did an absolutely STELLAR job of annual boiler service and Gas Safe certification. He came to Leiston. A very knowledgeable and thorough man. In the past I have had difficulty finding someone to come here. Mr.Rashid is AWSOME. I highly recommend.
Despite involving an 80-mile round trip, Hasan stepped in at short notice when the heating engineer scheduled to do the repair was unable to attend. He worked carefully and efficiently, fitting the replacement part and testing the system. Although he had a further four calls to make, he took the time to make 100% sure everything worked before leaving. A lovely guy, I cannot speak too highly of him, and I recommend him unreservedly.

After discovering a gas leak at home this morning confirmed and isolated by Cadent, Hasan attended to replace some pipework and reconnect our gas cooker. He attended the same day without any extortionate call out fees, and charged a really reasonable fee for his services. I have a small child and I am also pregnant so it was so helpful that he was able to attend so quickly so we were not left for too long unable to cook. He was friendly, professional, and so helpful. I cannot recommend Hasan enough, and I will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you!
Hasan has just gone after diagnosing a boiler fault and repairing it. He was absolutely amazing, what a lucky find and he just lives locally. Can’t recommend him more highly. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better and more thorough engineer. Most importantly is that his pricing is fair and quoted before he starts. A really nice guy.
Did the job greatly, cleaned out the flush and communicated well via texts. A nice decent person. But wish to ask to check my radiators before job finish, though. 👍🏻

Very polite, punctual and efficient; our gas boiler was service perfectly; a leak was also detected and the engineer kindly call to the main gas company to urgently have it repaired.
