Very disappointed. I contacted Wilsons regarding converting my Panasonic air source heat pump to cooling mode, which Panasonic told me was possible. Wilsons are the closest Panasonic approved installer near me. So as not to waste Wilsons time, I pulled my annual service forward several months and asked them to quote and do the annual service at the same time. Annual service completed but despite constant chasing over the last month, still not had quotes for upgrade requested. Should have stuck with my usual company for the annual service who are very reliable and very much cheaper as well. Won't use Wilsons again.
