Snug Installations Ltd

Snug opened out a chimney breast and installed a double sided wood burning stove. They were excellent from start to finish. They took time to properly answer my many questions, flexible to meet my requests, and very clear when and why some of my requests were not possible to achieve. They were great to have in the house while doing the work. Time and cost estimates were both accurate. The finished job is exactly what I had hoped for, top quality workmanship and finishing.

Called Dan about a leaky fireplace door, arranged an appointment to which he arrived spot on time. There wasn't actually a problem with the door but he took the time to explain what was happening, how it could be avoided and let me know how to change the door rope seal with a kit if needed. No charge for his expertise, he now has a potential customer if I ever need a new fireplace or assistance.

Dan repaired a gas leak behind our fire and rectified an issue that another firm had bodged up. The work was done professionally and Dan and his team were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up extremely well after themselves and they are reasonably priced. We will definitely be calling on Dan next year for the annual service.

I bought a Snug 5 recently. I replaced on older stove I had. The difference is amazing! It’s so much more efficient which means it uses far less fuel. Also, the glass stays perfectly clean. When the stove arrived I was very impressed at how well it was packaged in plywood, carefully fitted all around it. I thoroughly recommend them. I might get another to replace my other stove next year.

Great job!!!
