CRC Heating Solutions Ltd

Excellent professional service from start to finish.

Always very professional, efficient and friendly and have worked for me on numerous occasions. I highly recommend CRC Heating Solutions

Colin provided an outstanding service on our boiler — professional, efficient, and with excellent attention to detail. His workmanship was first-class, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. The job was completed promptly and to a very high standard, at excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

We have used CRC solutions for the past 3 years and can thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant plumber! Fitted my new boiler efficiently and has also done a few other jobs around the house, like fitting new radiator valves. Always turns up on time, works quickly and neatly, and is just a genuinely nice person to have around. Knows his stuff and explains things clearly without any faff. Would 100% recommend!

Prompt, polite, efficient, a complete joy in a crisis. Thanks Colin and CRC.

Excellent service from Colin. Very knowledgeable in the system we have. Well recommended and I have booked him in advance for our next service.

On the coldest night of the year Colin came to the rescue when our underfloor heating decided to pack up. So professional and friendly, (especially with our naughty puppy!) Colin soon found the problem and got us warm again. Thank you 🙏

Absolute lifesavers! Our boiler went kaput in the dead of winter, and CRC came out ASAP. Professional, efficient, and got us back to warmth in no time. Extremely grateful for their professionalism and saving us and our young children from freezing!

After having rough experiences with plumbers who either fail to show or do bad work, along came Colin. I had a shower fitted incorrectly and overnight it developed a leak meaning a wet ceiling. I tried several places but all were busy or not interested. Colin explained everything that he was doing step by step and produced a report and gave advice. He even dropped me a text on the Sunday morning to make sure we were ok. That's professional customer service in my opinion. They mostly do heating so I've booked in my boiler service too. A really nice guy who did a great job when it was needed.

Had an emergency and needed someone very quickly.this firm not only responded in an appropriate timescale but importantly, they did exactly what was required at a reasonable price, what’s not to like

Our boiler was due an annual service and CRC were very efficient and checked the system over. They even checked that an old wall mounted thermostat wasn’t connected to the mains for me so I could remove it. Will definitely use again!

Really impressed with CRC and our boiler service. Colin was incredibly friendly and detailed, informing us of everything going on with our boiler. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone.

I've had a boiler installation and a number of boiler services by CRC. Always reliable, excellent service by a true professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The rads in our lounge wasn't getting hot. We called CRC Heating Solutions and they came round. The guy found the problem was our pump. He replaced it and suggested a system flush to prevent the problem reoccurring.

Our boiler kept losing pressure and Colin very kindly came out on the same day and took a look. Unfortunately the expansion vessel was failing and he came back and replaced and is now working perfectly. He was very professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
