Customers consistently praise Henson Oil Boilers and Tanks for their prompt, dependable and friendly service, often highlighting how Niel and the team go out of their way to squeeze in emergency call-outs. Homeowners particularly value their tidy, fuss-free workmanship when replacing oil tanks, building bases and installing or servicing oil boilers. Clear communication from the office and arriving reliably on time are recurring highlights across both one-off repairs and years of ongoing maintenance.
I used Henson oil for the 1st time recently and found them to be professional/friendly and helpful. We had an emergency job to be carried out and they fitted us in to there busy schedule arriving when they said and carried out the work with no fuss. I would highly recommend Henson oil.
Mr Henson and his team have looked after our oil central heating system for years to include putting in a new system with oil tank and boiler. Niel has always arrived on time and given us very many years of excellent service. We have no hesitation in recommending him and his team and wish to thank him (and Kellie) for their excellent attention. We recently moved after 60 years into a new bungalow with the modern utilities. Thank you team Henson.
Called to schedule a call because we had no heating or hot water and straight away Mr Henson came out and got us going for the time being even though our boiler is very old and needs replacing which we will be having Henson’s do because they are so caring and reliable. 5* business UPDATE We have now had our oil boiler fitted, Niel is such a professional and knowledgeable man, always on time We will now be using Hensons for our annual service
Reckless van driver, almost killed a cyclist.
I cant begin to tell you how happy I am that I was recommended Niel Henson . He has gone above and beyond for me on 2 separate occasions. Quick response, friendly a, professional and very fair pricing. Coming round to even at the end of the working day to help. Ive never had such a good experience with any other tradesman/ company. I cannot reccomend him enough. I dont usually make reviews but i just had to on this occasion.
We used Henson to fit a new oil storage tank, quick friendly service. Arrived when they said they would, and kept us up to date from quotation to installation, great service.
I was very lucky to find Henson oil boilers when my oil tank cracked. Kellie managed to book me in despite Niel's already schedule, and Niel went through all the details with me. My tank was so old that a replacement would also mean a new base in a different position. When the day came, Niel and Andy arrived on time during ridiculously hot weather and I think I complained about the weather more than they did! They were a pleasure to have around and nothing was too much trouble. The new base looks excellent and has been really well built, and Niel and Andy left the area as clean as when they started the work. I'll be using Niel for all my boiler/oil tank work going forward and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Henson Oil Boilers & Tanks. Thank you so much to everyone on the team!
Clean and service Klargester digester equipment. Very good service. Prompt and polite.
Great guys, helpful, honest and got the job done despite a somewhat less than perfect machine to work on!
Cannot compliment this company enough! Fitted a replacement oil tank for me yesterday, arrived spot on time, completed an estimated two day job in one, cleaned up behind them beautifully and removed everything including the old tank and base which they dug up and broke up. Local companies are always best.
