Booked through Checkatrade. Engineer very polite and respectful. Work completed in timely manner. Would recommend them.

Fantastic service from booking and completion. Very polite and friendly and did a great job. Would highly recommend SDP Heating and will be using them again.

Quick, and knowledgeable and experienced.

Excellent service by a very professional and friendly boiler engineer who went the extra mile. I highly recommend this company!

Work done as and when requested. I will use SDP again. Thanks to Dylan and Agnes.

All the team at SDP are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional; as well as being quick to react and professional

Great service as always by SDP. Friendly, punctual and professional.

Darren and Daniel did the most excellent job changing my heating system from a 44 year old boiler and header tank in my loft to a new Worcester boiler and a pressure tank. They were always on time and a pleasure to have working in the house as they were so courteous. Fantastic work ethic and well priced. I highly recommend them.

I'm sure SDP heating are competent, just unfortunately for me cost nearly £100 as a min and only needed a screw tightening!

Darren was great from start to finish. Friendly, good communication, and quickly solved the boiler issue.

SDP provided a brilliant service. Quick, cheap, and effective. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Such a brilliant service! Couldn’t recommend more!

Excellent and good value service. The engineer answered all my curious questions while he was installing my new hob and servicing the boiler and I’ll definitely use again. I was recommended SDP and would recommend onward.

Just want to leave a review for SDP plumbing. I called them out for a leak on my washing machine cold feed. I was very happy with the comprehensive repair carried out by Dylan. He did a very professional job soldering in new pipe work and replacing the isolation valve. He arrived on time and I was able to check arrival time with the office number, which was a bonus. I am very happy to recommend SDP and will use them again.

Great service and very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend!

SDP installed a Worcester Bosch 21RI boiler for us. It was a top quality installation at a very competitive price. Very efficient and friendly service. The Installer, Daniel was very pleasant and respectful of our home. Wherever he worked he used mats/covers to protect worktops, carpets and floors. I was very happy with the installation and would highly recommend SDP for any plumbing and heating needs.

Quick response, great communication, and helpful, professional, efficient plumber who did a great job. Also very reasonable price. Thank you.

Very professional ,clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Would recommend to friends abd family.

Fantastic service - easy to book, really quick. Everything was explained and really professionally done. Can’t recommend enough, 10/10.

Very smooth and efficient transaction. Fair prices too.

We had a U-bend that was leaking. SDP were easy to communicate with, and Darren arrived on time and did a great job for a reasonable price. Will definitely look to use SDP again in future.

Absolutely delighted with the fabulous new installation of a combi boiler and Smart Control system, shower and new radiator by SDP. They are tidy, professional, hardworking and thorough. Everything is working well and the quality of the work done was excellent.

Joe arrived on time, completed the service quickly and efficiently and was polite and personable. Will be happy to use again for our next service.

We had an excellent experience with Stephen from SDP Plumbing & Heating Ltd today. He helped us fix leaking issues in two of our bathrooms, and we were very impressed with his work. Stephen was punctual, professional, and very friendly. He quickly identified the problems and fixed everything efficiently, with great attention to detail. He also kept the work area clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. His service was reliable and reassuring, and the quality of work was outstanding. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does. We are very grateful for his help and would highly recommend Stephen to anyone in need of a skilled and trustworthy plumber. Thank you so much!

Would highly recommend. Excellent work, friendly engineers who did a fantastic job on fitting our new boiler. Punctual and reliable. Very professional service.

I was looking around for boiler companies and I found SDP on google reviews saying how great they was .. I also loved the WhatsApp communication who doesn’t love that these days… I appreciate all you’ve guys have done as my boiler was war times one and it was absolutely costing a bomb to use… brand new Worcester boiler and radiators throughout it’s going to be a cosy winter this year … I couldn’t of done this without you guys at all… What a fabulous price for the work that has been completed 👍🏻 Thank you Daniel streeton and your colleagues for all that you’ve done I will recommend you ☺️

I highly recommend these guys. We had an old boiler removed from the garage with a replacement put in the loft. They were all professional from our first visit, responding to my numerous questions by email to the 2-days of work done. They arrived when they said they would, did their best to protect our furnishings & made good before they went. Their pricing was competetive too, with the option for 0% finance. Thanks SDP!!

Very competitive very reliable very professional what more can I say. Will always use in the future.

Excellent service.Courteous and efficient.

Lads did a fantastic job of my new boiler excellent would definitely use again .

I called SDP heating to fix a fault in my boiler, he came when he said he would, fixed the problem quickly, and threw in a boiler service at no additional charge as the fix hadn’t taken long. Fully recommend.

Our overall experience has been amazing, 2 very friendly very professional men came to fix our problem at very high standards. I would highly recommend this company if anyone needs any work doing. I will definitely use these in the future if I need anymore work doing.

Brilliant company to deal with not one problem at all from getting a quote which was not oversold or forced on me to then having the boiler installed at short notice in an emergency thanks again

Very fast response and excellent to work with, knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of their specialty. They are local to us and we have had them look after us before, it would be pleasure to recommend them to others.

Quick response, precise service, all sorted and very glad to have our underfloor heating back and working!

Can’t say enough good things about this Company. Would recommend without hesitation. They did a complete overhaul of our heating system, always on time and very tidy. Gave excellent advice and very competitively priced. The plumbing was very complicated but Daniel’s pipe work was a work of art.

These guys are great, they managed to squeeze us in at short notice for a boiler breakdown and had our boiler back in action in no time. Very professional and polite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone 👍

Very professional and helpful.

First class service. Engineer (Dan) arrived on time and installed a replacement boiler without any unforeseen issues. Neat and tidy work and all working well.

Ok very polite had to come round 4 times had no water 4 3 weeks waiting for parts which should have been done more efficiently but I don’t think you can get much better as every body else including insurance companies did rubbish so I would use again

Great communication. Polite friendly plumber but very professional. Excellent service!

Efficient, quality service, at a reasonable price considering the cost of living crisis.

The 2 guys who fitted our boiler were very polite and friendly, left no mess behind and we are very pleased with our new Boiler

Great service.

Excellent service. Lovely guys and prompt response. Highly recommended

Great service, they fit my tap and I’m very pleased! All the process from booking to work completed was very professional. Thanks’

They very kindly agreed to undertake 2 jobs from me. The heating engineer that came round replaced my main thermostat with a new one.(They also advised me on a suitable replacement as I was unsure and they advised to purchase one which). They also servised my Viesmann boiler in keeping with the 10 year boiler guarantee according to manufacturer specs. It is difficult to find Viesmann service engineers in the Canterbury area. They completed both jobs (at a competitive price too) and I am fully satisfied with their work and happy to recommend them to anyone in this area.

SDP came to repair a leak in our shower cubicle. The service we received was fantastic - they were friendly, professional and repaired the leak quickly and to a high standard

Outstanding service with boiler service👍 Thank you Joe for being friendly and making a detailed check in great efficiency. Highly recommended. (Oct 2024.) Update in Oct 2025: There seems to be a change with personnel. Took 10 days to get a quote (which was received only after chasing via WhatsApp) and no feedback on a simple question asked on first email, but they chased for your booking via a new email.🤔 Thus, drop 3 stars.

Great experience with SDP, Darren carried out the 1st service on my Worcester Combi. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Thankyou I will be using you again next year.

Fantastic professional and reliable service. On time and efficient.

Darren was efficient and tidy which is always appreciated., and on time.

Fantastic work and very quick. Great bunch of lads would highly recommend

Most reliable, competent and helpful trades company I have ever used. I would recommend them to anyone within their catchment area. First used them 8 years ago and they are brilliant!

Serviced my boiler and replaced a part, all within a week or so of my first enquiry. Great service will be using again.

Recently I had an oil boiler installed by SDP. It was a good experience. The lead installer was Dan and he had an apprentice with him, Dillon. Good to see and good that SDP promotes it. Industry needs people to learn and I think apprenticeships are good. A totally painless experience. I would recommend SDP. One problem. Neither of the lads brought my Ridgeback any snacks!! Martin

Quick and efficient communication and service

SDP took 1 day to replace my old Worcester Bosch boiler with a WB Greenstar + update the pipework internally and externally to comply with regs. The engineers were friendly and worked all day. They were conscientious about leaving my property tidy so I felt very pleased about the installation. An engineer gave me advice about using the control unit. I received the WB 10 year guarantee within a week.

Excellent service except for contractor had been given the wrong spare part which was soon rectified and task completed in a timely manner

From start to finish the team at SDP we're friendly and approachable whilst remaining completely professional at all times. We had a new boiler and 2 radiators installed. They completed the job quickly and cleanly... you'd barely know they'd been there! Fully recommend for any related projects.

Really good service at fixed and reasonable price.

Booked SDP with Checkatrade for annual boiler service at a reasonable price. Darren was helpful and courteous and found no faults, always a relief. I would use SDP again

The response to email enquiries for quotes has been sadly very poor.

I honestly couldn’t rate these guys any higher. They go above and beyond! I’ve had a number of plumbers around to mine quoting me over £5000. I’m a single female and I think (now know) many took advantage of this. I asked for a quote from these guys, they came and had a look and fixed the problem there and then for just under £200. Amazing! These guys are genuine and I know where to turn to now. Polite, friendly and cleared up after. Thank you! I appreciate it more than you know.

Would highly recommend SDP. Jay has fixed multiple jobs both in my house & my holiday lets. He got to the bottom of a drain problem that had been going on since the house was built 8 years ago. Only thanks to his perseverance & determination to get the problem resolved he found a bit of wood that had been accidentally dropped down drain during build leading to continuous blockages over the years. Can’t thank him enough. Always turns up day & time agreed & fair prices. So pleased to have come across SDP

Reliable and good work

I couldn't thank the team at SDP Plumbing and Heating Ltd enough. I went from having a visit to get a quote, to having a new boiler up and running in less then 24hrs. Very good explanation of how to operate the boiler and reassurance that I can call them in the event of any problems. I am very satisfied with the service received and would encourage anyone looking for a new boiler or any repairs to use SDP Plumbing and Heating.

Really easy to book, appointment made in good time and the service of my boiler was done thoroughly with no fuss. Really happy with the work and the communication.

Great service from SDP plumbing had a new lpg combie boiler installed very fast service from quote to installation. Joe was very prompt and professional throughout. would totally recommend and use them again.

I was very impressed with the workmen who fitted my new boiler. They were efficient, polite and left the house spotless. Highly recommended.

Professional friendly and prompt service

They have done 2 jobs for me in the last couple days which i am very happy with. Prices were very reasonable, they were able to get to me quickly and to top it all off, the staff are very nice!

SDP serviced my Worcester Bosch boiler this week. Hassle free service - engineer arrived at appointed time - did his magic / job done and at a good price. Would recommend and I will use again next year.

Pleasant company to deal with. Engineer prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Boiler service was all good, professional service

Really pleased with SDP. We had a triky boiler installation on the top floor of three storey building of flats which required scaffolding and the supervision of the building manager, and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for all of the SDP staff that were involved. They were all polite, courteous, professional and very competent and sorted the scaffolding out for us so we didn't have to do anything except pay the bill and provide tea and snacks. There was also a slight issue with the low water pressure we have (third floor probs) which stopped the boiler working a few days after the install, but they sent an engineer out the next day who sorted it promptly and without fuss. Great company, very much recommended.

Very easy to book, very easy to get the job done. The prices are reasonable. Appointment was organised in time with no delay.

Good customer service starts with the person who answers your call, and listens to and hears your problem. I found this company to have excellent customer service. I had the issue of a newly installed boiler from a different company not working, and wasstuck in the middle between the company and the boiler warranty debating who's responsibility it was, during which time I had no heating or hot water. So I used checkatrade and SDP were the first to respond, the lady who I spoke with really understood the situation I was, and went out of her way to help. I felt very reassured. Long story short I got my boiler sorted by SDP. A good company starts with great customer service.

Excellent service !

Quick installation and professional

very good all-round service - reliable, helpful, friendly

5 Star service SDP Plumbing&Heating Daniel & Dylan installing new Worcester 4000 boiler for me. Thanks lads 👍🏼 and thanks to Agnes in office 🌻

Brilliant service very quick from first phone call to job competition

Replaced my boiler for a good price within a couple of days of me getting in touch. Really good service - would highly recommend.

Very speedy response and problems fixed efficiently.

I have recently contracted SDP Plumbing & Heating to install a new boiler at my home. I must say that from the initial meeting and quotation stage to the completion of installation I have found the personnel involved to be most pleasant, business like with clear explanation of work to be carried out and very impressively extremely efficient. To Darren Dobson , Daniel Streeton and apprentice Dylan many thanks . - Paul H, Canterbury.

Easy to book, good availability and sorted out our leak. Would recommend.

High recommend, would use Darren again. Prompt to come out in an emergency, good quote, service was great. Very professional.

Had a quote on Monday and by Friday night we had a new oil boiler fitted and working perfectly. From Agnes in the office, Darren who quoted to the guys who did the install it was a very painless process. Interest free credit tipped the deal as boiler may have struggled until the summer but to have the peace of mind was worth going for it now. The fitter were friendly, courteous, efficient and left no mess. Won’t hesitate to take up a Service Contract with them.

Darren did a great job of servicing our boiler with the minimum of fuss or mess.

We had a boiler fitted by another company that was getting close to the end of its life. My daughter visited us from Australia coming from 40 degree to Freezing! The strain of keeping up with heating and giving them baths proved too much. I tried this company first as they put in my other daughters boiler. On her recommendation they had also installed boilers with a neighbour and another close relative. I had already decided that a new boiler would be needed. A phone call on Monday morning to SDP and they said they were very busy (a good sign!). Anyway they asked for photographs of the old boiler and based on that they gave me this quote:- Supply and fit:- Worcester 28CDI Compact Combination boiler Worcester Horizontal Flue Worcester system filter Comfort 2 programmable Thermostat Scale Reducer for cold main Shock Arrestor for cold main New condense pipe to existing. Remove old boiler and any redundant pipework. Flush Heating system with Adey chemicals Install new Boiler in existing position. Gas safe and building control certificates. 10 Year Worcester Bosch guarantee on Boiler, filter and programmer Nice to see a detailed quote and it highlights how professional they are. I accepted the quote and were able to replace the boiler that Wednesday. I expected an early start so the 8am knock on the door was fine. My father and brother were plumbers so I have a fair bit of experience of watching and helping. The fitter was excellent and took pride in his work. By mid afternoon the boiler and heater were back on and everyone queuing for the bathroom. The boiler itself is not a quiet and make a good job of heating the water. I will have another job for them soon as my retirement bungalow has an old boiler that will need replacing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. So much better than the people that originally fitted my old boiler. Their price was within the price range I expected and I am happy with the value for money.

Came to service my boiler and was on time and professional. Will be using them again.

Happy with service. Arrived on time, was polite and got everything done for us.

Great service! Will absolutely use again and would recommend.

Very competent engineer serviced my boiler.

Trouble free experience, engineer was courteous and polite. Recommended.

Had a nice visit from Darren to service my combi. Darren was lovely and friendly did a lovely job and gave me some advice. Thanks Darren and SDP for sending Darren round.Look forward to next time.😊

Jay came round during the holidays to fix a leak that was coming through our ceiling and not allowing us to wash or put the heating on, he located it very quickly and remediated the leak fully within a couple of hours, great work again by Jay and the SDP team. Thank you!

The service I received was exceptional. I asked SDP to come as I thought I had one issue with my heating, but they quickly and expertly diagnosed that this was a symptom not a cause. Then they spent time and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was in full working order. Without their expertise and willingness to get the job done, I would not have been able to ensure my Christmas guests were warm and had plenty of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great friendly and efficient service

Great service, very happy with the work carried out.

Darren was polite, thorough and did a fantastic job overall. I would like to especially praise the whole set up of SDP Plumbing. From start to finish the process has been easy and highly efficient. Absolutely top notch customer service. From being able to message on WhatsApp and the speed of response, to ease of payment and just general excellent communication. Will certainly be using again.

As always, since they installed our boiler in 2020, excellent service from SDP Plumbing. Genuinely great people deal with.

Joe turned up on time, even in the storm m, and set to work straight away for our boiler service. Even though the boiler switch didn’t go back on (not to do with service - just a temperamental switch) joe’s determination to provide a temporary solution so that we could continue to heat the house was very much appreciated. Very good and recommended plumbing firm.

Excellent job, very neat and professional.

We would highly recommend SDP. Five stars all round. Very happy with everything; communication, work and price. Definitely use again. Thank you.

Very professional team. I have used their services for years in all my projects. Amazing service from SDP Plumbing & Heating It’s never enough to thank Darren and Steve

Installed a new boiler & soakaway for me. I would highly recommend them as they were a reasonable price, friendly & knowledgeable. Gave good advice & didn't try to talk me into added extras I didn't need which I appreciated. Will definitely use again for any plumbing & heating needs. Thanks!

Great service, highly recommend!

Excellent service. Easy to contact by phone, an appointment was quickly booked and the repair made rapidly and efficiently by a friendly engineer. I will be using SDP again!

Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly and helpful plumber and reasonable pricing would definitely use again.

Immediate response for task assessment , materials required and cost estimates. Date for undertaking work agreed and completed on time. Excellent firm and will use them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We contacted SDP for a boiler service having purchased an older property with an extremely old, half working and noisy oil boiler. SDP were very efficient and able to attend within a few days of us moving in. Thankfully there is no more rocket like noise and all the radiators are working. We are now looking to replace the system as it's very old and again SDP have booked an appointment within a few days to talk through the process and quote for us. SDP have been super helpful and explained everything to us. Thanks again 🌟

Very good costumer care - the engineer was punctual, informative, helpful and professional.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Highly recommend. Boiler and gas safety check.

Booked for a boiler service. Used WhatsApp to book which was really quick and convenient. The engineer who came was very friendly and efficient. Completed the service in good time without any issues. Great service, will be booking again for next year, thank you very much!

After nearly thirty years of my central heating “just being not quite right” my boiler started to make horrible noises and cutting out as overheating. Looking at the good reviews SDP had, I called them in and Darren gave the boiler the once over and concluded it was in good nick so he took a look at the 3-way valve and pump. I couldn’t believe it when he said within moments that the pump was pushing the water the wrong way around the system. It looks likely that has always been the case in my 56-year old house but has been missed by two experienced plumbers who revamped my system in 1998 and again in 2014 when we had a new boiler. I’ve always had to bleed the system multiple times in the year and on colder times the boiler struggled to get the heat where we needed it. Darren told me these are symptoms of the wrong water flow where my vent pipe is actually sucking air into the system. Already my system has improved; the boiler sounds better and is working as it should, no air in the system and we’ve already taken the thermostat down 3 degrees as everything is warming as it should. Darren was in and out within the hour, is a thoroughly nice decent bloke and clearly just knows his stuff. Its like when you find a good trustworthy mechanic for your car, you hang onto them. I’d definitely return to Darren and SDP in the future and have already recommended them to numerous friends and relatives. If I could give more than five stars…. I would!

Darren did a great job getting my boiler working again, and at half the price quoted by another company

Came to fix my leaking boiler today. Talking me through what they were doing and why, showed me what to check if any issues in future, very professional and timely. Would recommend! Price as expected

Contacted SDP plumbing for fitment of a new boiler as they had always done good work for the firm that I work for in the past. They came out in less than a week removed the old boiler and fitted a new one. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely pleased with the service and price.I would definitely use them again as my first choice for any plumbing that I need.

I was recommended this company by a friend and I am glad I went with them. Absolutely great in terms of their service and efficiency. Smooth work was carried out and the team was extremely friendly. Thank you SDP Plumbing will definitely be recommending you to my known contacts.

Would definitely use SDP Plumbing again. Carried out the yearly service to our boiler+gave some extremely useful advice.

Very knowledgeable and professional service…solved the issue where others failed…👍

This was a great service. I got an appointment really quickly to get the shower replaced. Everyone I dealt with was really helpful and professional. I would happily recommend this company.

Brilliant service came out within 2 hours and arrived at the time they advised. Explained my issue with shower and the guy knew exactly what was needed to repair. He managed to fix straight away and also gave me advice if the issue was to ever happen again. Brilliant service.

Excellent service from first enquiry to completion. Highly recommended.

I called the plumber at 09.20 for a burst pipe in my bathroom, his office called me back at 09.30 made appointment for between 3 and 4 pm the same day. The plumber called me to say he had finished his current job early and could be with me in 15 minutes ,arrived at approximately 12.45 and left at approximately 1.50. Perfect job done and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use SDP Plumbing again and certainly recommend them for a prompt and professional service.

Very pleased with the installation of our new oil boiler and with the friendly engineers who carried out the work.

Really great service, Darren fixed the issue and made sure he’d completed multiple checks to make sure the problem had stopped. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again!

Punctual, professional and friendly service

This company has carried out work for me on several occasions. They have always been helpful, efficient and work to a high standard

SDP were a totally dependable “can do” firm who did what they said they would. I would have no hesitation to use them again.

Very impressed with new boiler installation. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Over the moon with SDP plumbing. Easy to book in the work. Really helpful with costings and got the job done super quick. Will definitely use again. Many Thanks.

Terrific work from Darren and the team at SDP. Answered all my questions, provided a reasonable quote and fitted on schedule leaving the site clean and tidy.

What an excellent service! Everyone is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. We have a tiny bathroom and I didn’t think we had enough space or headroom to fit a shower but Jay came up with the perfect solution. We now have a beautiful shower. It took imagination, improvisation and real skill to sort it. I can’t praise Jay (and his colleague) enough.

Replacement oil boiler fitted in a day !👍🏻. Thanks for a great service. David

Excellent service - serviced boiler and unvented cylinder. Arrived promptly. Great communication. High quality work. Recommended.

Really friendly and efficient service. Very happy with our new boiler.

Jay came early and did an excellent job repairing a toilet that had been improperly installed by the builder. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this company and Jay in particular.

Excellent service. Managed a tricky tap replacement with ease. Friendly staff and quick response. Highly recommended.

Very impressed with SDP Plumbing. To find such a polite, knowledgable and professional young man, as ” Jay “ was a pleasant surprise in today’s world. He solved all our plumbing problems and explained everything to us before leaving. I would highly recommend SDP Plumbing and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

Very prompt next-day service, Joe the heating guy was knowledgable and helpful. Problem solved!

As always, all the work has been done in a highly professional way, which reflect a deep understanding of the art of plumbing. Very tidy, clean, polite and accommodating . Well done

Replaced my boiler recently. Great service all the way through from quoting to installation and did the job very quickly.

When my old plumber retired I needed someone to do a Gas Safety check and fix a fault with the boiler in the house which I rent out. I googled a few local firms and this one looked promising. After efficient communication by phone and email the work was quickly completed, all within a couple of days and at a reasonable price. I didn't deal face to face, but everything went very smoothly and my tenant seems happy with the service, so subject to the usual caveats I would recommend this company.

A review on behalf of my mum Maggie: timely, efficient and very happy with the service! 5 stars🌟

Excellent service on a tricky repositioning of tank and pump. Darren made sure they had all they needed before the day. The guys arrived on time, worked hard and with thought as to what they were doing, going the extra to get the layout right and future proofing. They finished on time leaving the works clean and tidy.

Arrived promptly after initial contact to assess my boiler issue. Managed to source the part same day. An engineer returned the following day to for the part and ensure the boiler was working again. Both engineers I met were polite and friendly. Thank you for sorting my issue quickly.

Plumbers came out quickly to identify the cause of our leak. They were able to answer all of my questions and checked other pipes in the area of the leak to ensure no other repairs were needed.

Excellent service on Worcester Bosch Greenstar

Thanks to Jay for sorting out the leak for us!

Professional and in time.

SDP are simply brilliant. Can’t recommend them highly enough! They’ve done various work for me and my family members over the last 4 years (since I moved to Canterbury). They have skills to sort out all types of plumbing needs (water, gas, central heating, extractor fan vents and waste pipe/sewage pipes and soil stacks. I first got them in to replace my ancient boiler and following that they are my ‘go to’ people for anything relating to plumbing. They have, fitted new radiators in different places, replaced existing radiators, plumbed in bathrooms (moved toilets and waste pipes) moved external drain and fixed old long standing leaks. They are trustworthy and great value

Great service. Arranged to come on short notice. Clearly very knowledgeable and sorted out the problem immediately.

highly recommend that you make them your first point of contact. They efficiently organized a visit for the next day, and within three days, the issue was resolved at a fair and reasonable cost. I wholeheartedly urge you to seriously consider their services. They should be your utmost priority.

We found SDP helpful, prompt and efficient. Happy to recommend them.

Friendly, reliable, and experienced staff. We have found them to be very good in the past and continue to make use of them now, regardless of whether this is for the kitchen, bathroom, or the heating system.

Darren came to inspect our heating system and advised us what to do next. He was very professional. We will definitely ask his services again!

They may be great plumbers. Shame I'll never know as they don't answer the phone.

Just had our yearly service done on our boiler by SDP as always. Speedy, reliable and friendly service. Would highly recommend this company.

Friendly, punctual and efficient. I found this easy to book and the plumber did the job we agreed without fuss. Excellent service, I will definitely use SDP again.

Excellent and friendly service at a reasonable price. Good Company.

Great experience. Sorted our water heating problem quickly, efficiently and at a good price. They took time to explain and sort the problem with no fuss. Happy to recommend.

Great service. Contacted me quickly and came when they said. Quick efficient repair that didn't break the back. Engineer was great, friendly, efficient and clear about everything. First class

The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the boiler installation within the timescale originally quoted, efficiently and cleanly.

They replaced our boiler and tank- what a great team of people! A great job and they delivered on their promise to have heating by Christmas. I would highly recommend SDP (Darren) and his team

Darren from SDP Heating was very very good. He was informative, efficient and very polite. SDP Heating was a recommendation from a friend and I will most definitely be recommending their services. Very good indeed;)

Great friendly service would recommend to friends and family

Came home after a week away and turned on the heating on Monday evening. There was a strong smell and the carbon monoxide detector went off in the night, so I turned off the oil boiler and opened all the windows. Tuesday morning, I called the plumbers that usually service our oil boiler and they were not available for over 2 weeks, we have 2 children under 4yo and it was freezing. I started calling everyone I could on the OFTEC website. Most on the list couldn’t come any sooner. Left messages to a lot of them including SDP plumbing. P&V Quenby answered and told me they would send someone the following morning. Just after, SDP called me back but I told them that someone was already coming. The guy came and told us that it needs to be replaced, but they don’t do installation, only repairs and maintenance. He said he knew several that he could recommend and would call around and see if anyone can help. The same day (Wednesday), Darren from SDP came by, had a look and agreed with P&V Quenby’s diagnosis. He said he could try to fit us in on Saturday but might not be able to finish and next availability would be the following Thursday. 2 of his guys, Joe and Dylan, came on Saturday and managed to get the new boiler working by the end of the day and came back the following Thursday to finish up. Thank you so much Darren, Joe and Dylan from SDP(and also Patrick and Val from P&V Quenby) for managing to get us heating again so quickly at such a busy time!

I was very pleased with the way our boiler service was carried out. Joe explained what he had done and i felt confident about his workmanship. Thanks SDP.

Serviced the boiler and bled the radiators. Very professional and would recommend !

Fixed the issue really straight forward and good service will use again

Very positive experience

Had the boiler serviced. Quick helpful and efficient response.

Very efficient service. Reliable and informative. About 10 days from calling up to getting an appointment which was a routine boiler service with some advice regarding thermostat changes. Gave helpful advice about replacing thermostat myself if technically able, but also explained they were able to do this for a small fee. Many thanks.

FANTASTIC service!
The SDP Plumbing & Heating team did perfect job installing a new boiler. The quality of the work was excellent!
The price was extremely reasonable given the time they took. Very professional and polite staff
. They are friendly, punctual, reliable, conscientious and knowledgeable. Would certainly recommend to everyone.

SDP Plumbing are very good value for money. Their staff are professional, polite and friendly. Their work is faultless and any mess they make is cleaned up before they leave. I would recommend them 100%

SDP Installed our boiler 7 years ago and have serviced it every year since. We've always been happy with the quality of work and professional conduct of the service engineers.

Professional and personally supportive service. Joe did a great job servicing our heating system.

Very professional, friendly reliable and skilled plumber, with a lot of experience and knowledge. Would highly recommend.

Great prompt service even phoned to say running five minutes late good value highly recommended

From initial consultation to installation, was really pleased with the work carried out by the team from SDP Plumbing & Heating Ltd. The scope of work involved the removal of an existing microbore heating system (1975 installation) and the cold/hot water tanks that fed the bathroom/kitchen, to connect instead direct to a gas combi boiler. The quality of the work was excellent and the friendly team of installers worked fast, removing the old system and installing a new boiler, new pipe work and new radiators, including chasing in the pipe work to the lounge radiators (due to it having a solid floor and I didn’t want the pipes exposed). Communication was easy (including itemised options on the initial quotation), all very much a friendly team of people and all the paperwork (certification and guarantees) was managed very efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for installations and I’m planning to use them for all future services.

Professional, polite excellent work.

Darren and his team installed a new heating system for us a few years ago. It was a big undertaking as I was inexperienced, and the project involved taking out an old warm air heating system, installing new pipe work and new radiators, and installing a new boiler in the loft. I was happy I chose SDP and felt I was in a safe pair of hands throughout the process. I particularly appreciated Darren’s responsiveness to requests and his willingness to answer my naive layman questions :)

Darren came round to do a safety check on our 10yo Worcester boiler. He was quick, clean and informative, and a pleasure to talk to about boilers and flue pipes. I would definitely use SDP again.

Immaculate workmanship, lovely guys and came up cheaper that other quotes. Thanks guys

SDP Plumbing have taken care of several jobs for me and I can honestly say they have been great every time. I had the pleasure of utilizing SDP's services for my boiler maintenance, and I am delighted to share my experience. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail stood out remarkably. I wholeheartedly recommend their boiler service to anyone requiring assistance. They went above and beyond by accommodating our schedule outside of working hours and efficiently fixing our boiler. We are incredibly grateful and extend our heartfelt thanks.

Great service from this local company at a very fair price. I would definitely use them again for anything plumbing-related. The new boiler works like a dream.

I use SPD plumbing to perform landlord certificate. They liaise with the tenants to arrange the visit. Can't fault them on price or service.

Installation carried out within a week of acceptance by very professional and polite staff. Service visit the next day to ensure correct operation. So pleased with new install would not hesitate to recommend highly this local company.

Annual Gas Boiler Service - Excellent and Trustworthy

Water leak above the kitchen ceiling, got into the power lines and tripped all our electric off - so we needed help quickly. Darren attended promptly and calmly, identified the area of leak ; and as soon as a builder cut the relevant section of ceiling out, Darren was able to repair the joint and stop the leak - all within 24 hours of it starting and 3 visits. Excellent support and problem solving.

5* brilliant service. Polite and professional.

Had SDP Plumbing out to re-route my gas line, there was very little lead time, the lads were efficient & friendly, and all done for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

I used this company for a boiler service last week. The engineer was professional and relatively quick (I hope thorough, but goodness I know nothing about boilers). A positive was that as a city centre property they had their own council parking cover for trade, which cuts out all of the hassle having someone come to your house for work. Thank you.

Used them for the first time after being recommended by a friend. Can not fault the service and friendliness of the staff, Darren turned up on time completed the boiler service with no mess. Will be using this company again and would recommend them.

SDP did an annual service on my Oil boiler. The job was extremely thorough and great value for money. I will definitely be using them again

Very good service, friendly , polite and knowledgeable.

Been using these guys for the last 5 years and always have been professional, reliable and friendly. Pleasure dealing with the company as always !

I called SDP with a leaking pipe issue that had left us with no hot water or heating in the house after finding their number online and they arranged to send one of the guys out to take a look. He arrived exactly when we were told he would, drained a tank to stop the leak and worked out a longer term solution to the problem that would involve coming back the next day. He did just that and within half an hour had fitted an isolation valve and restored our hot water and heating. Overall the service we recieved was prompt, professional, courteous and very good value. 10/10

Nice family firm.good price and good installation of boiler very pleased with quality and attention to detail would recommend

Great service. Friendly and informative will definitely use again

My house needs a gas safe check service. When I called to SDO, Darren helped me make an appointment at a convenient time in a timely manner. The engineer was very serious and responsible, and carefully checked every gas-related facility in the house. A few days later I got the certificate electronically in time. I am very satisfied with the service of SDP

I recommend this company completely, from start to end. I had a complete boiler change from cylinder to combi and every step of the way has been handled professionally and respectfully. Jo and Dan were friendly and approachable. They are appropriately priced and exceed the expectations for the price. Thank-you for making a challenging situation so manageable. Highly recommend.

Never late always clean and tidy. Helpful great advise. this team will never let you down, I am so grateful I found them. Thanks Guys

SDP cover all our plumbing and heating needs, their rates are competitive and work is to a high standard. Would recommend with confidence.

We first used SDP a few years ago to replace an old broken boiler and were so impressed they're now our go-to plumbing and heating company! They've replaced radiators, fixed a leak in the loft, moved old pipework, serviced our boiler and not once have we had an issue with the quality of their work. Would thoroughly recommend!

Darren arrived on time, explained what he was going to do - answering all my questions - and got on with the job...a very efficient service and a pleasure to do business with this friendly family firm..

Great service, friendly bunch, turn up on time and very pleasant to deal with.

I have used SDP for a number of years now and have always found them to be very professional and go the extra mile! We’ve had a Full heating system replaced, leaking toilets fixed, heated towel rail installation, gas fire removal, additional radiators fitted , boiler servicing plus numerous other jobs. I would not hesitate in recommending Darren and his team to anyone.

Top quality service, Darren and his team are great to work with; friendly, a high level workmanship and most importantly honest and reliable. Highly recommend their services. They installed a new boiler and heating system, along with plumbing repairs.

Very good service and friendly people who got the job done properly.

Darren did our annual boiler service - always a pleasure to deal with a trustworthy efficient tradesperson. Highly recommended.

Always a very friendly and professional service! Great company to use for plumbing repairs and maintenance.

Absolutely flawless service yet again, SDP installed the boiler 5yrs ago and I have not gone elsewhere since. If only all tradesmen were this skilled and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent company..👍

Heating system installation

SDP carried out repairs on our hot water tank and installed 5 x new radiators and rejigged some existing pipework. The whole team were very diligent in their approach; turning up on time, making sure we were happy with the placement of the radiators, made sure the pipework was neat and were clean and tidy workers. They also came back promptly to sort an issue with two of the radiators (a manufacturing fault not anything to do with SDP). We would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent plumbers - do a great job with experienced staff and are a happy and adaptable team who have dealt with some tricky jobs on our old property.. thoroughly recommend

Good thoughtful solutions and advice for best type of system for boiler replacement. Replaced old boiler and hot tank system with Combi. Work completed in very difficult conditions on the 2 hottest days in the UK. Happy to recommend.

prompt, courteous and cost wise, very reasonable

Very Good Team work. They cleared up everything before leaving we were given a good and detailed answer to any questions we asked. A company we would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Our boiler completely gave up and these Guys went above and beyond to replace it for us the next day. The installation was not a straight forward swap as we required the boiler relocated as well. The whole heating system was overhauled and pipework rerouted to the new boiler with a new flue on the roof. They really gave 110% to get a real quality job done in such a short time. They were really friendly and curteous, even taking the time to keep explaining things to our little boy. Blown away by the service in all. thank you guys.

Polite, timely, reasonable price, good standard of workmanship, above all, Professional. I will certainly use them again and recommend their business to others.

Darren and the team were recommended by a friend of mine and I couldn't be more happier with the service. We wanted to replace the boiler within few weeks but low and behold the boiler died just after getting the quote. I called Darren and stated that we have no heating not hot water and can he replace the boiler sooner? Darren replied "I will do my very best to do it tomorrow and re-arrange my scheduled work" and of course he made it happen. Very professional, clean, polite and speedy without compromising the quality. I cannot recommended any higher.

Highly recommend this company. They installed our boiler and were very professional with an excellent standard of work which was realistically priced. They were punctual, polite, tidy and very considerate whilst in our home.

I’m always wary of tradespeople in my home after some unfortunate experiences but I’m thrilled with SDP and so relieved that they were actually genuine professionals, not cowboys out to rip me off! They were polite, punctual, mindful of working in my home (dirt on the floor, cold with doors open etc), friendly, and full of helpful advice with our new boiler and thermostat/programmer. They were thorough in tidying up after themselves and were here when they said they would be. No surprise costs hidden anywhere either - we paid what we said we would during the quote. I’m delighted to have found a reliable gas company and will definitely use again when it comes time to service the new boiler. Thumbs up!

First class in every way.

The team at SDP were superb. Darren visited twice to scope out the job before he quoted to make sure the new boiler system would be fit for purpose. The Viessmann system he recommended was installed professionally, on time and budget. The whole team were polite and tidy. Other companies quoted a simple replacement for our existing system which would have left us with many of the same issues. SDP went the extra mile to reconfigure and simplify the whole system so it is now easily understood, controllable and future-proofed. Thank you SDP. A+++

Great service and fast. Boiler broke down between Christmas and New year. Found these guys through the Worcester Bosch site. Got several quotes, and these guys by far the cheapest. Came and fitted that week, all done in a day. And due to being on nights, they even managed it all without waking me. Great workmanship, very friendly and professional all round. 3 months in and still all tickety boo. 11/10, could not rate more highly.

Couldn't fault SDP! Nothing was too much trouble! Great quality, great price, great service!!

We are very pleased with the work we had done by SDP plumbing (installing a new boiler) and will definitely be using them again for our future plumbing jobs. They arrived on time for both visits, were friendly and polite, explained exactly what they were going to do and answered all our questions. Gave us a quote promptly and communicated well throughout. Left the site clean and tidy. So we can highly recommend this company. We also liked the fact that they a local family firm, father and sons, as we are keen to support local businesses.

SDP did a fantastic job upgrading our central heating and fixing a few other issues for us. Very professional and courteous team. Highly recommended.

SDP provide an excellent service, arrive on time and do a good job at a reasonable cost. You cannot better!!
