Huge thanks to Jerome and his team at J Williams Heating Ltd for an outstanding job installing our new boiler. After being left in the cold, they stepped in at short notice, leaving us with fan heaters overnight and arriving bang on 8am to start work the next morning. By early afternoon, everything was installed, tested, and running perfectly—an amazingly quick turnaround! The team was professional, clean, and tidy, making sure everything was in top shape before they left, even leaving us a radiator bleed key. No issues at all, just top-quality service from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable heating engineer!

We have used J for years and have always been really impressed with his work. He is neat and tidy and attention to detail is great. We recently used J to re-do our bathroom. He planned all the tradespeople to get it done on schedule, even coming in on a weekend after a late delivery from our supplier put them back. Ian did the majority of the work for us, he was super tidy and did an amazing job getting all the details just as I wanted it. He came back a few times to finish little tweaks that I had made and to make sure I was fully happy with the job. Would really recommend this company.

Jerome is a really friendly guy, and a very neat heating specialist. He recently installed a brand new boiler into our home, removing the old boiler and water tank. The work was really high quality, and was completed within a day. The photographs I've taken are to demonstrate the neatness of the pipework, etc - Jerome offered to box the pipework back in, but we are planning on a new kitchen, so asked him to leave it open. Thank you!

Good and bad experience. When first used Jerome a couple of years ago for an emergency, he did a great repair when other service people had suggested the boiler was knackered and needed replacing. 2 years later during our annual service and he identified a major issue which he suggested was likely to cause failure in the not too distant future. He refused to do the repair at that time or at any time until the next service in 12 months...? Puzzled by his decision to put off a major issue for 12 months we found another contractor to take a look and pre-empt any breakdown. Jerome’s attitude when we politely informed him we would use a different contractor going forward was unprofessional to say the least.

Employed to re-route hot water pipework; and to fit TRVs to radiators. Did a thorough examination when estimating for job; then a very tidy job, with floorboards lifted and refitted neatly. Was better value than another quote; and was able to fit me in without too much notice.

Great work, Jerome was really quick at coming round to fix my boiler. From call out to fix in about 8 hours!!

Jerome was great when I was refurbishing my house. He worked around my needs and it didn't phase him when I had to change plans, he just got on with it. Very honest and reliable, will be top of the list when I need a plumber again.

I have booked Jerome twice now, first for a boiler service and most recently to fit a Nest Thermostat. Each time Jerome arrived promptly and was courteous and very tidy (he places covering on his shoes before entering the property - nice touch!) He performed work toa high standard, offered great advice and showed me how things operate before leaving. Highly recommended!

Jerome replaced our old understairs boiler with a new Vaillant, re-siting it to the loft in a particularly hot July week, provided a new gas supply and changed 3 radiators. The job was fairly priced and from quote through to completion Jerome was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a keen eye for detail. His work was to a very high standard and he took great care to minimise disruption, keeping the house clean and tidy during the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jerome and will be using him to carry out the annual boiler service when it comes due.

The installation of a central heating system, boiler and bath at our property was carried out with the utmost professionalism and care. Jerome Williams' company delivered an excellent service from start to finish, always with outstanding attention to detail and we would not hesitate to recommend them. There is no doubt that having this kind of work is a major upheaval to your home, but every day with out fail Jerome and his team tidied, vacuumed and left our house in a very fit state to enjoy our evenings. I had a small leak in the boiler/central heating system which two other plumbers had failed to find. Jerome found it, putting an end to several years of the boiler constantly loosing pressure. I would highly recommend the company. Reliable and polite, every time I have used them.

Had J Williams come round when my boiler stopped working. Turned up within an hour, quoted me for a necessary part and supplied and fitted it there and then. As quoted and within 30 minutes of arrival. No hesitation recommending them and will definitely use them again.

Having done such a great job installing a new combi boiler in our flat in Brighton, I asked Jerome to come to our new house in Haywards Heath to look at a long standing problem with a leaking pressure release valve on our un-vented hot water system which had been problematic since installation. Jerome diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently (the expansion vessel was fitted incorrectly). The system is now drip free. I should point out that the original installer and 2 other plumbers failed to remedy the issue. Will use J Williams P&H every time from now on. Very happy.

Jerome, came round to fix a boiler a previous plumber said he couldn't fix. Unlike my previous plumber, who just seemed to upwell at the first sign of problems, Jerome and his team stuck at it and worked endlessly to fix the issue and save the cost of purchasing a new boiler. Even though it was no long winter and they were super busy, Jerome came as zoo as the part was delivered just so we could have hot running water as soon as possible.
