If you’re looking for a gas engineer who is both highly skilled and a creative problem-solver, I cannot recommend Yuji enough. I was dealing with a frustrating water hammer issue in my heating system. Yuji didn't just follow a standard checklist; he actually thought outside the box and came up with a clever, efficient solution to fix it quickly. he also installed a valve before the magnetic filter, which is going to make future maintenance so much easier.

I just had my who boiler replaced today. Started at 9 and done by 12. He was absolutely fantastic. Dude was polite and got on with it. He needed a couple of parts but it was no problem as he just went out and got them. he also left all the required manuals next to the parts that need them (thermostat, boiler and documents for warranty). I thought that would be it but after he left I found out that not only had he put everything he had to move out the way back would he had cleared the carpet and utility room floor. Bless this guy man, absolutely nailed it. I would wholeheartedly recommend using using this company.

We had our boiler installed by Yuji. He worked into the evening making sure we had hot water by the time he left. Our house is a bit of a building site and we didn't give him the easiest start to the job but he took it all in his stride and got the job done. He told us the best way to do it but let us make the final decision. Clearly very knowledgeable and overall a very trustworthy guy. Glad we found him and will recommend to anyone who needs it.
