The pipes and joints were not in an easily accessible location but they managed to resolve the problem that others had failed to resolve. Highly Recommended & Trustworthy. As a single woman, I found KCC service is excellent and professional. KCC were helpful, willing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Jordan did a very thorough quote. Crystal in the office is very efficient and has a friendly style where again and Nik who installed the boiler was careful with my newly painted house, and worked so tidily and cleanly with a great attitude. All the way through nothing is too much trouble. They provide excellence and are great value for money. The work itself was a 2 day job - they helped me choose the right boiler for my needs and sorted out the problem I had with Hive. I called them in after a terrible experience with a local plumber who basically killed off my boiler and did everything else incorrectly, leaving me without hot water for days twice, not turning up and being unwilling all the way through - what a complete difference!! Recently had my boiler serviced by KCC. There was clear communication prior to the engineer arriving and he arrived at the time he said he would, he was professional and took time to explain the condition of the boiler, cleaned it and ensured it was running as efficiently as possible.

All my dealing with KCC have bean great! We have used them a number of times since moving to Brighton, each time has been a pleasent and professional experience. Having used a number of the KCCs' plumbers (all of which have been terriific), it would be remiss of me to single any particular one. However as an example, Harry came on Wednesday to sort out some CH stuff, and from start to finish he was prompt, pleasent, explanatory and efficient. Really couldn't ask for more. I will definatley be using them again if/when I need more plumbing work done

We had a great experience with KCC Team, and particularly John. John came over to assess a broken shower valve but we mentioned we disliked our shower over freestanding tub arrangement. He offered a solution that no other plumber had, that also kept down costs, because there was no need for retiling. On the day, he was punctual and tidy in changing our bath/shower and we are very pleased with the end results. We had to redo the new bath panel as it arrived dented but KCC Team happily did so. Very happy with our experience overall .

Had new combi boiler and re routing of radiators due to previous incompetent cowboys stopping downstairs radiators working. Assessed on Friday work started 2 days later. Advice given on best and most cost effective plan by Nick. Thorough, diligent, knowledgeable, honest person. Options with quotes presented before startling. No money asked for as deposit payed when job was completed. I will use this company to look after my heating system from now on and advise anyone looking for a fare,competent and honest job to be done look no further than this company.

Highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber. We had a pipe burst at 3am. I called next morning stressed out as I need water supply for my medical equipment. KCC have been absolutely brilliant. The job that I briefed them on was multi-part and tricky to solve and they have been in to consult and help me move it forward many times before we even got to scoping it out and getting to a quote. I a very pleased to write this report. I think in this day and age the KCC TEAM: Plumbing Heating team are nothing short of fantastic. I had a problem with my boiler and a chap called Harry came to help. He was friendly and helpful and obviously knowledgeable. I was very comfortable leaving him in my flat alone while I kept the dog occupied. I received a fair and reasonable estimate. The job was done quickly exactly when I was told it would be done. I have now received an invoice a week after the job was completed. I had need to phone the office to ask a question and the people there were equally friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with the work carried out in my home. They had to replace a gas combi boiler which they had fitted around 14 years ago. This was fitted in the loft space which was ok at the time. Due to age and health issues this was no longer suitable. The new boiler is now downstairs which meant that a lot of copper pipe work was needed. The work was a difficult job to complete but it was carried out in a tidy and friendly manner. i am very happy with the service I received A great Job.

Absolutely brilliant. Need to connect new gas cooker, asap, because new cooker was waiting on the middle of my room. Called and messaged few people but KCC acted very fast .Office lady very polite and booked me in next day morning . Nick arrived, at booked time,tools out, sleeves up and that’s it. Cooker was connected within 1 hour. Nick helped me to remove the old one , check everything for leaks, double check the new one and job done. Fantastic job.

We have recently had a new boiler fitted by KCC. They have previously carried out other plumbing work such as a new radiator installed. Nik has completed all works to our satisfaction and gives good honest advise. He works very hard and has lovely pleasant manor. We will continue to use KCC in the future when needed.

I tried to use them to complete plumbing repairs, fit a new floor to a kitchen, tiling and a kitchen refit and bathroom plumbing repairs. They only complete plumbing and heating work and nothing else. This is fine, except they could offer more services and they could be flexible. When I used them, they did not complete the job as promised and the Plumber left leaving the initial problem in a worse state than before. We went elsewhere. I informed their plumber clearly of this. He then decided to arrive at our home unannounced demanding to complete the work. He was harassing us. It is sad such Plumbers think they can abuse their customers. Jake who manages the plumber becomes aggressive if you complain. Certainly, I will never go back. They caused untold damage. I hope one day they improve their attitude! Good thing: they turn up, but the abuse is unacceptable. Thank you.

I’ve had a contract with KCC for several years, which gives me peace of mind if my boiler should fail. The boiler fan actually broke last week ( it’s 12 years old) They attended the next day ( I’d only sent a message the night before) , diagnosed the problem and ordered a new fan. The next day they arrived to fit it. Their communication is great.. they tell you when they’ll arrive, are polite, leave no mess, and are highly reliable. Thanks KCC

During a recent annual service inspection of our boiler and gas supply, KCC discovered some issues that needed resolving quickly. KCC were able to fit a new gas boiler and fix a detected leak in our gas supply within a short period of time. On this occasion I had dealings with most of the KCC team - Jake, Colin, Harry, Nik, Kai & Crystal - and each member of the team, whether administering assistance at the office or carrying out work at my home, were friendly, helpful, informative, reliable and efficient. I've used KCC plumbing twice recently and can't recommend them enough! We've had a problem with water hammer in our building for 2 years, 5 different plumbers have assessed the problem in this time - some charged for work, some wouldn't even take the job, none managed to fix the issue. John from KCC came, identified the problem, within 2 hrs he'd fixed it - polite, professional and smart - can't thank him emough! The week before Nick came out same day (within a few hrs) to deal with an escape of water in our building - he was brilliant! Compared to most of the other plumbing companies I've had out over the years he was amazing - really knew his stuff and explained everything. Also super calming since it's quite a shock having water pour thorough your ceiling - I can't thank Nick enough and highly recommend KCC.

Delighted with these guys. We had a last minute loo disaster before our holiday 😬 with a broken flush handle. Turned up exactly at the time promised, less than 24 hours from our call, and installed an improved piece of kit they had on the van! Zero fuss, and gave us a better solution than a simple fix.

An outside pipe burst in the freezing weather and the only way to stop the water was by turning off the main supply to the house. I contacted KCC and they had completed a repair and fitting a new valve by lunchtime. Most impressive! I am very grateful.

Quality work at an affordable price. I just moved into a new house. They installed new electronic thermostat programmer system, new kitchen sink and taps, and serviced my existing boiler and solar panel system. Very friendly and professional. I'm really happy with their work! Thanks.

Review: We arranged to have a a leak repaired after checks were made prior to this. It was promised it would be completed today unless there was a good reason it couldn't be completed. It is very obvious where the leak is especially now but it's just the case of accessing it with the least damage being made. I was informed on-site the plumber, John, would need to remove one kitchen unit or most probably just a piece of light timber and some plaster from the back of a kitchen unit to then gain access to the leaking pipe and then repair it. Today, the plumber was late by one and a half hours, but I was kept us informed. Not an apology though! It was an 8:00am appointment. 2 hours and 30 minutes later into the work, it's then decided he has another job and he left the leak in the property as its been partly uncovered. The leak is still there and there's no running water at all now as before. It's worse now because the water has changed from a drip, to coming out with more force causing further damage that we need to pay for. I informed Jake, the Manager, of his "empty promise" where he stated even if it would take longer, they'd resolve the issue. Of course there could be something they can't do. This wasn't the case for this particular job. I asked if we could have some "flexibility" considering the plumber was late. He (the Manager in the office) became upset, raising his voice stating they do not remove kitchen units to gain access to leaks. That is whilst John the Plumber stated he could do this. Of course, if they can't do this basic job, then what do they do? John then suggested that this wasn't an emergency, and was happy to leave. If you have no running water in your house and have a burst pipe, this isn't priority according to John so I'd like to know what is according to his understanding. Anyway, it's half done and the leak is still there. When they first assessed things, it was fine and thought they seemed reasonable. No water for another day as we wait for the plumber to come back in three days time because they are so busy. I now need to go elsewhere with the additional expense, inconvenience and stress on us. Never mind, they obviously need to re-assess how they do things and treat their customers. The manager wasn't happy that I left this fair review and was demanding me to remove it. That's without even resolving or even trying to resolve things. I would say, just do an acceptable job and you wouldn't be in such a position. I'd attach photo's, but simply put its now just a hole in a wall where part of a pipe is showing and leaking with water. Thank you for reading.

Amazing service, a brilliant job of fixing my sink, plug and pipe was done by a lovely young man who was extremely professional. I was recommended to use them and will happily recommend them to everyone, even though it wasn’t a huge job I was treated as a valued and respected client.

KCC installed 5 new radiators for me. They were very professional, efficient, polite and tidy. The job looks great. Their fitters, John and Nik were brilliant. Communication throughout was excellent. I will be using them again.

I can highly recommend this company. We had a problem with the Water Board insisting we had a major leak somewhere in our property as we got a bill for £3,000 (usually £286 per year!) Jake and his team checked everything out and apart from a couple of minor areas needing a little attention in the form of maintenance and a new kitchen tap, everything was fine at our side! It was in fact, a faulty meter which the Water Board replaced. The usage has now returned to normal. Thank you Jake!

Jake and his team delivered an excellent job. We had a new boiler which was fitted in a timely manner. They were polite and tidy. There was a wholesaler issue that unfortunately caused an issue, however I was happy with how Jake sorted the issue. Would definitely use again.

I would recommend KCC Contract any day because I had major leak in my rented flat on 23rd of Dec 2021 and I tried and contacted various plumbers and no reply. Eventually I had some fix the problem and charged me £140 and quoted £1400 for new water heater and I wish I knew about KCC they were amazing. They offered to move jobs around when I mentioned that there was a child and the tenants wife was expecting a baby. If I found them earlier I would have saved the initial £140. I shall make them my first port call for my plumbing needs and it is refreshing to see this sort of customer service. I would like thank Jake and his team for a wonderful job. I don’t generally give feedback but this time was compelled to it.

I elected KC contracts because of their good reviews. Will never again. They estimated a week of work and turned up being 5weeks work + 1w delay for our full bathroom refurbishment. I must say I don’t have a second bathroom at home and I spent 5w. of my life using a church and the gym bathroom. Loved it! Colin gave us a good first impression, thinking he would be our builder, he never explained it would not be him doing the work. Once works started we met up to 13 different people coming to our flat, there were no director on the project, no one had an idea about how the design it was or what they were being sent for. We met at least 3 builders were desperate to quit the company because of their mess, having to repair the disastrous works some others members from KC had done because of their poor experience. The WORSE MOMENT arrived when they made collapse the room floor!!!! This affected to my downstairs neighbours, they promised they will repair everything, and they did except by the painting she is still waiting for and that we will have to pay because they are not evens responding to her phone calls or emails. They contracted also an electrician, Clive from Angmering Electrics, left a 20cm hole in the wall and then said to KC I was going to repair it myself. Of course KC was not there to make sure the job was finished to the high standards they promise on their websites. There were a couple of nice guys working for them though and that did everything they could to progress, one is gone as could not cope with it anymore, the other was hoping to leave as soon as possible and I hope he finally did.Having to chase Colin for 5w gave me the more stressful time I would have never expected. Honestly, there is lots of builders out there...don’t choose KC unless you like “fun”! If anyone needs some more info or would like to contrast this information, I am happy to help.

The plumber was very polite and helpful. I called first thing in the morning and was seen a couple of hours later - I was very pleased at how quickly it was sorted. Again, the person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. Thank you KC contracts.

Fantastic Company. Highly recommend. Really fairly priced. Lovely plumbers. Always come quickly (even if the job isn't urgent). Am a landlord and deal with plumbers regularly and a joy to find such a reliable company.

We recently decided to have our very small bathroom and separate cloakroom remodelled and we are very happy with the result that KC Contracts gave us. All aspects of the work that was undertaken was overseen by Colin who guided us through the process and always kept us well informed and up to date. All the staff who we met were very courteous, nothing was too much trouble as I was encouraged to say if something was quite right for and it was speedily altered to my specific liking. I look forward to having my Kitchen done soon by KC Contracts and could not recommend them more highly.
