I am very pleased with the work that Peter carried out for me. He took on a job that others had refused - boxing in pipe work which entailed working in a difficult confined space and removing then replacing a heavy heated towel rail with inbuilt radiator. He tailor-made and fitted some excellent boxing with a removable panel to access pipes . The job could have been messy but Peter cleaned and tidied the area leaving a beautiful finished product. I can definitely recommend him to others and have already asked him to do further work for me.

He also fixed the utility room door, the lamp post in the back garden, and even repaired the sink at short notice, which was greatly appreciated. Peter promptly responded to my request for a quote and provided the quote in a timely manner ( which is rare nowadays). Peter from Heartsmith Property Services came to my property just before Christmas to decorate the whole house. This wasn’t an easy project as the tenants had left the house in a terrible state, Peter was very patient, and professional, nothing phased him, he had a “can do attitude” he kept me updated and informed throughout the project. He took up old carpets and disposed of them, removed a damaged door and hung a new one, fixed a leaking toilet, painted walls, ceilings, woodwork/doors, changed the door locks, laid vinyl flooring. Everything completed to a very high standard and although he had lots of unforeseen problems at the property he managed to complete the work on time and even came back over the Christmas period! I would highly recommend Peter, he is very trustworthy, reliable and hard working, we are so pleased with his work, our house is completely transformed.

After moving into our new build over a year ago, we decided to get some decorating done to spice up the all white interior. Peter completed panelling and painting in our downstairs toilet and painted a feature wall in our main bedroom. Communication was excellent throughout the couple of days he was with us and beforehand. It was clear to us what Peter had planned each day which made both our lives easier being able to work around him and he also gave great advice into product recommendations and paint colour.
