Andy was very responsive and polite on our visit. Couple of issues with a door and a tap at a tenanted property in Basingstoke. It was great to have 1 person able to handle both jobs on the same visit and leave a good impression with the tenants. A follow up visit a few weeks later was much appreciated to ensure everything was still working smoothly. Will definitely use again and no hesitation recommending
