We have non-standard timber windows and JCM have fixed every problem we have had with them over the years. They are responsive and have an excellent 'can do' attitude to dealing with unusual problems (replacing parts that are no longer made, changing hinges that were not sufficiently robust and adapting the frames to suit, reglazing customised leaded windows etc). I thoroughly recommend them. The work is of an excellent standard for a reasonable price. I wouldn't use anyone else.
We had two windows fitted the guys also took out and refitted a door which we had fitted (badly🤦♀️) ourselves during covid. We received honest advice throughout and the job was done well. Will definitely be calling again when we are ready for the next set.

Mark and the team at JCM replaced the windows in my mother's house in Winchester. They have done a fabulous job! The property has been transformed by the new windows. Everything is really nicely finished and I was very impressed with how they fit the house and lift everything - inside & out. There was a particularly tricky bay window which looks so beautiful now. Today I have had windows replaced by this company and the two gentlemen that came were lovely. First off they explained what work they were carrying out (my autistic son was very curious). They were both happy to explain to him as they went along what they were doing and answers his questions something they didn’t have to do. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and I am very happy with the outcome. Customer service skills from talking to the lovely lady in the office to the men who completed the job has been excellent.
I tried to get a basic quote to sort out some issues on windows (change some glass panes, handles, seals etc). It took me 3 weeks to get a 3 line over-priced quote (was told repeatedly they would provide the information the following day and didn't). The quote didn't explain what they were actually going to be doing. When I rang for clarity I was told it would take them another day at least to get back to me. When I asked for a quicker response considering how long I had waited overall, I was told rudely to take my request elsewhere.... I never leave bad reviews but this is the most comically bad service I have ever received. I am glad they never got to do the work as if they fix windows like they communicate I would likely be very cold afterwards... Suggest you avoid at all costs.
