Really disappointed with glass, it had waves and pits in the glass. County glass came out to assess the faulty. They said it was acceptable and there was nothing they could do as it was the process of the making of the glass. Shabby workmanship!! Keep away from County Glass!

County Glass were one of the few companies that were able to supply Pilkington Mirropane Chrome Plus glass for us. Nick responded to queries quickly and efficiently. Bought a perfect fitting stained glass window! They created it from measurements and photos. The finished product is outstanding and suits my home perfectly. Can't thank them enough for the advice and artistic skills. Plus they were about half the price so making it a double whammy of happiness!
Still awaiting a call back from 3 days ago even with numerous other calls to them to save time have taken my custom elsewhere now... Thank you for your response but I would like to add that I wasn't rude this morning I simply stated that was awaiting a callback from three days ago and had phoned numerous times within this time frame not once have been offered help or assistance and had I been able to visit your branch I would! Although five stars for a quick response to negative feedback!
