Ewell windows have been fantastic, from our first consultation with Jake, who came over to Chertsey at 6pm and was always on hand via email and messenger to answer any queries, to our contact with Darren for the measure-up and our fitting with Andy, whom was extremely courteous and prompt on the fitting day, he did all of the work on his own, extremely impressed with his work ethic! Left the area very tidy upon completion, which is a huge plus! I can't find a fault with their service, nor their product. All very fairly priced, as we got a quote for a full refit of everything, but we prioritised the front door and bathroom window, this wasn't an issue, and unlike some other well known companies, the sale wasn't pushed nor did we feel pressured at any stage to buy. We would also like to thank the accounts and admin team for the prompt responses to our emails. Thank you so much for the service, and we will most definitely be recommending and returning for the remainder of the quote!
Excellent experience with Ewell Windows. From Jake, who came out to assess our requirements, to Darren the surveyor, Jim who installed the window, and Kerry who managed everything throughout, the whole process was seamless. Everyone was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Can't speak highly enough of Ewell Windows. Supplied and fitted new bifolds, new kitchen window and four glazing units upstairs all pretty much in a day, just ran out of time for some minor finishing touches but these were completed the next working day. Old windows and sliding doors were taken away as well. Very professional, competitively priced and would throughly recommend them. Will be using again for our sofets and downpipes in the new year.

Received excellent customer service from Jake and the team at Ewell. Managed to organize (through whatsapp and email) and install new windows to our 2nd floor flat all while we were on the other side of the world. Finished project looks great and was great value for money.

One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. We sort of inherited a relationship with EW when we bought a house which has doors under their warranty. When we had an issue with the doors they were straight out to fix them, as if we had paid them the money. I know there’s a warranty and they are obliged to but they treated us as though we had spend thousands with them. After such a great experience we asked them to do our front door. The door, the service, and the finish all brilliant. Everyone who works for them is really easy to deal with. Just so impressed with EW. They want your business, they care about your business, they care about their work and are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
Sadly I’m still waiting for 2 window units to be put in. The original order was for 1 new front door and 3 window units. The door was fitted and goes look great. The windows were all incorrect - not measured correctly, the 3 units arrive to day and 1 was broken in transit and 2 still do not fit. So all have to be reordered. We are running out of time as the property goes on the market 1st July. I am so shocked that the measurement were not correct the second time. The door fitters did the second measurements and their surveyor did the first. I’m not very happy at all. 3rd time lucky I hope.

These guys are a class act. We have had three separate fittings from them since moving to Ewell a couple of years ago and what stands out is the care and craftsmanship of their installers. They take the time to make it good and finish very neatly any plastering and fixing required. Highly recommended.

I met with Jake from Ewell Window Co about 10 weeks ago. Jake was on time, very knowledgable and gave me confidence in the company. Fast forward 10 weeks and we have new heritage windows with fantastic detailing including stained glass and they look and work brilliantly. We have dealt with Jake, Kerry, Sean, Andy and Ray and every single member of the team has been excellent. We will be contacting Jake soon to have them quote for another 3-4 windows as part of a larger project. This company have completely restored our faith in the double glazing industry after a bad experience previously.
I have been into Ewell windows 3 times now they measured said no problem no job too large or too small after measuring I heard nothing went in asked them again they took my no and e mail ad again no reply So cross very bad business
Best double glazing company I've ever used. They are even coming out to my property to repair a broken catch on a window that wasn't fitted by them. Great clean workers and very neat job, fit and finish is perfect. One door fitted by them wouldn't open, they came out and put it right the same day. Can't rate them highly enough !
After much deliberation, I chose Ewell Windows to install a new Endurance door. Professional and responsive when dealing with minor snagging issues. Couldn't ask for more. Special thanks to Barry, the fitter, who was spot on with everything.

Sadly a terrible experience from their fitters. They were extremely rude, disrespectful and threatening towards me in my own home. It left me no option but to ask them to leave before the job was completed. They refused to remove their shoes, refused to protect our brand new carpets, dragged parts for the window across the road and up the walls of the staircase. They jeered and laughed at me when I asked them several times to please respect my home and my request to remove their shoes and take care of my property. I actually felt threatened as one of the men tried to forcibly push the front door open into me. They said terrible things to me and left me physically shaking. The company claimed to have been taking this seriously but still insisted I pay the bill for the job - albeit with a small reduction. I could never recommend a company like this to anyone as you need to be able to trust that the people coming to your home will respect you and indeed the company they represent.

Superb from start to finish. Kept to timelines and well informed of the progress. My new balcony doors were fitted yesterday. Old grubby balcony doors were out and downstairs before I could make them both a cup of coffee. An entertaining pair of installers singing away to the radio, to each other even the adverts got a singalong. Thank yor for the excellent fit, the and the thorough clean up after. Excellent service.
What a refreshing change to have a company that deliver what they promise. Very professional staff, excellent installation, very slight issue dealt with very promptly & rectified the next day. Will definitely use again & would highly recommend, didn’t even need to clean up after they left! 😊
We ,my wife and I are seniors and we have experienced two days of watching a fantastic team of pure brilliance masterpiece artistic workmen .They ,Shawn and Jordan arrived on time ,clean uniforms ,were extremely polite and customer focused . Introducing themselves ,explained the whole working plan in a' NO JARGON' scenario..They .Used our names respectfully .The whole working area was quickly meticulously laid out with dust sheets .Immaculate , impressive sets of tools were off loaded and placed on the designated area.No time was wasted.The removal of old and the renewing of the new windows was regimental.All the time masks and preventive measures were kept in the forefront of all safety measures .A very big thanking you for sending such a well oiled team of master craftsmen .Kindly, convey our sincere good wishes to Shawn and Jordon.We have some more windows to be replaced in the near future and they will done by none other than Shawn and Jordon.Goid luck god bless these excellent master craftsmen.

Went in for replacement unit on a Saturday, guy was flat out busy but still managed to offer great service and the cost was 50% less then ordering from online companys. Ready on the following Thursday!! Thanks will use you again!
