Three years ago, I purchased all of my aluminium doors and windows from them, and I have been extremely impressed with both the quality of the products and the value for money. More importantly, when I recently experienced a couple of minor issues with one door and one window, their after-sales service was absolutely outstanding. From my first contact with Nicky in the office, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. She arranged everything without any hassle, kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to Dan, the Production Manager, for ensuring everything was organised efficiently, and to Wayne, the Installation Manager, whose team carried out the repairs to an exceptionally high standard. The technicians who visited my home were punctual, friendly, highly skilled, and a credit to the company. Finally, I would like to recognise Rob, the Director. It is clear that excellent companies are built on excellent leadership, and in my opinion, Rob has created a business that genuinely values quality, customer service, and standing behind its products. That commitment is reflected throughout the entire team. It is refreshing to find a company that not only manufactures excellent products but also provides first-class customer service long after the installation is complete. They honoured their warranty without question and resolved everything promptly and professionally. If you're looking for high-quality aluminium doors and windows from a company that truly cares about its customers, I would recommend them without hesitation. Five stars are thoroughly deserved.

From first contact through to final sign off, Marco Architectural Aluminium, Poole, Dorset have done me proud. Excellent advice, quote, front door design and how it would be finished with its accessories, overcoming some challenges with the build design, installation, finishing touches. Asked for a door’s quote and price was ridiculously high, three times higher than competitors in the area. They couldn’t justify that price and left in the email thread all the internal conversations about price margins that they wanted to apply (shocking unprofessional)!
