Good work and polite but was expensive and charges seem rather random as not per hour job took 1hr labour was about 150 and parts 26 but personable and good communication

Just had gas boiler service which revealed a few issues with the system. Diagnostics and resolution of problems dealt with promptly and professionally by Graham. Highly recommend !

Immersion heater failed, and ball valve stuck resulting in the overflow running continually. Phoned in the morning, arrived in the afternoon, all sorted very quick;y and at a lot less cost than I was dreading! I would not hesitate to call them again if I had a problem

Graham is the ultimate professional and expert in his field! Today, we had a brand new combi boiler fitted. Graham worked tirelessly to ensure everything was in and working before the day was done. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Graham. Professional, respectful, diligent, and thoroughly knowledgeable.

After buying a flat, moving stuff in and then realising I had no hot water I was rushing through google looking for a plumber, to which I found Graham. I called him asking for advice to which he told me to send a picture of the cylinder. After doing this he gave me a quote just from a picture! Another plumber I spoke to just before this quoted an extortionate fee just to come and have a look! We then booked for the following week, on my day off, how ideal! Graham arrived on time and came across as a lovely friendly man. Many unexpected problems occurred during the visit, but Graham was not phased and carried on. He was such a lovely man very chatty. I asked Pryde plumbing to fit service valve to toilet and replace filling valve. Fit trap and pop up waste to basin. Tighten cold tap to bath. All went well untill bill arrived for £373 for under two hours work and £30 of parts. I feel this is extortionate charging. If you use Graham on work which he has not supplied written quote you have been warned.

Graham, was brilliant, arrived the time he said, was very polite and very friendly. Put all the sheets down before even starting on the job at had, was happy to listen to anything I said or would like and would give advice if needed. Finished the job and cleaned up after himself, showed me everything and the process and explained it very easy. Really happy would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, had new boiler fitted 4 years ago, serviced every year. also had gas cooker connected. Very polite, couldn't ask for a better plumber.

Graham repaired the pressure valve on my hot water tank, replaced stuck gate valves and also replaced old radiator valves. His was courteous, punctual, friendly, explained what he was doing and why, didn't overcharge and left everything tidy and in excellent working order. Definitely my go to person for any future plumbing needs.

Needed an old boiler replaced. From quote to completion everything was professional from start to finsh. Very reasonable on price and works to a very high standard. Also very polite and pleasant to deal with. I wont be using anyone else to sort any plumbing or heating needs and will recommend to family and friends moving forward. 👍👍

Dishonest overpriced cowboys do not trust them. They changed a £200.00 tap for a rubbish screwfix £25.00 tap one completely unnecessarily. Could have changed an o ring or cartridge on it for £5. Then charged me £150 for the privilege. When asked for the old tap to inspect, they would not provide it. Awful, please learn from my mistake.

Mr. Pryde was a life saver. He came out, on the day, to help repair a burst water pipe. Was quick, friendly, and did great work. I will definitely recommend and use again. Couldn't recommend higher than using this company.

I would recommend this plumber- his charges are reasonable for a good standard of workmanship. Graham was punctual and professional. A good plumber is hard to find these days so I will definitely be using Pryde Plumbing again in the future.

over priced bloke big head rude and full of himself I offered him less to settle bill he would not back down he took us to court left us worried and stressed does not remember who you are and after work at my parents is still the same problem over priced as he said he has over heads ha don't we all left us broke for a week pay day threatened us and put us down ~ avoid this mean man all you needing public
