We contacted Jason because we had a problem with noisy, vibrating water pipes. He arrived as requested and introduced himself to my wife and I. After explaining what the problem was he asked if he could look in our airing cupboard and within minutes identified where the the fault was coming from. He clearly explained to us what he needed to do to rectify the problem and gave us a verbal quote which we considered reasonable for the work involved. All in all Jason is a polite person, good at his job and is well worth a 5 out of 5 from us. We will certainly call upon him again as and when the need arises. Thank You Jason

Had to get a plumber called out due to a suspected carbon monoxide leak at our property. After searching on Google and after numerous calls we decided to book with Jason Lodge Plumbing and Heating. Jason was warm, professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to sort out our issue in a timely manner. He was also very respectful of the house and made no mess at all. Overall we are very, very pleased, with all the work conducted. Jason was so good we’ve even asked him to quote for an additional job. It’s so refreshing to know that there are still good honest tradesmen out there that are fairly priced and also deliver at an exceptional level too, when it comes to customer service. Called and spoke with Jason regards a large project which unfortunately he was unable to assist with as it was outside his coverage area ( Frinton-on-Sea ). That said he was super professional, polite and even though I was disappointed I couldn't engage him for the work, his honesty and frankness were refreshing.

Jason recently replaced a 30 year old boiler with a new one, for me. Not easy needed new pipework and it lives in a fairly small cupboard not the easiest work space. Anyone who works in your home you want to feel they are reliable but with gas your life is literally in the eengineer's hands. I trust Jason absolutely he is a fully qualified experienced engineer who takes pride in his work and is ultra safety conscious. He is also a very nice guy he has done work for me before ,look no further for your gas heating/cooker needs. Tip top!

I don't normally write trade reviews, for a simple reason: I'm usually always disappointed. However, Jason deserves a 5-star review and more. We're new to the area and called a few plumbers for a quote. A couple came to see the job and never turned up again, despite promising to get back to us with a quote. One was too expensive, and then there was Jason. We liked him straightaway: he was polite, friendly, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave us an itemised quote (we were pleased to see the breakdown of the quote, so we knew exactly what we were getting), and asked him to come and change our boiler and radiators, move a sink and install a shower. It was a big job, not everyone could have handled it, but Jason showed up on time, day after day, always cheerful and patient with our children whenever they asked him questions. He carried out all the jobs thoroughly and professionally, and even cleaned up afterwards. We trusted him and were comfortable leaving him to work alone in the house. He also kept his mask on the whole time without me having to ask him to do so. We were so happy with his work that we then asked him to recommend other tradesmen - simply because we trusted him and valued his opinion. We have recommended him to all our neighbours and will carry on doing so whenever anyone needs a plumber.

I cant recommend jason Lodge enough. done a fantastic job fitting a new radiator and all new pipe work and at a very reasonable price. Managed to squeeze my job in the very next day. Will be using again.
