We had some work to be done before we moved into our home and Landex Building Services were excellent. Luke was professional and kept me informed regularly of the work. We also felt that we could trust them, which is important in this industry. We are very satisfied with their work and would use Landex again.
The lovely team at Landex fitted a wet room for me earlier this year. Highly professional people with outstanding craftsmanship, they kept me informed every step of the way and answered any questions I had, including helping me pick out the wet room elements one by one at a pace and price that worked for me. I would highly recommend these folks, they were amazing and the new bathroom is the best room in the house!
Very professional. I needed pipe work updating to cater for a water pump installation. The plumber (Mark) was happy to be on the phone to the pump manufacturer to ensure everything was done correctly (I hadn’t a clue what was needed). He knew his stuff. He also took the time to advise me on other things beyond his brief (I don’t mean upselling) that I asked him about. I will definitely use Landex again. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable, my now go to plumber. Thank you.

Landex are great to work with. Their sites are well organised, communication is easy, and they genuinely care about building good-quality homes. As a supplier of Joule heat pump systems to them, they’ve been really easy to work with because everything is properly planned in advance and Green Energy is clearly important to them. It’s always a smooth process working with the Adam and the Landex team, and we’re really happy to be partnered with them and to support their developments.
From start to finish landex guys were very professional , always polite good communication with their office .
In the beginning everything was great. Jane was amazing, any engineers we encountered were so helpful. Then we came across some more snagging issues and we were left waiting for months on end while the issues steadily got worse. We chased and chased, got palmed off every time while they dragged their heels. We’ve not been told almost a year later to just deal with the warrantee company directly. Shocking experience from the office. No customer service at all.
A big thank you for making our move possible, the house is amazing, the quality superb. We are still finding little touches that we never realised we had brought with the home. Jane was superb throughout the sale and on the hand over. Setting up the trades to explain how everything works. Not that we have needed any snagging, when called upon it has all been very efficient. Thank you
